Out of all the places to get coffee out in the area, VRcafe is honestly the best. The coffee is perfectly made and the service is one of a kind. The workers really make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your experience great. I have yet to play the games, but from what Ive seen they take great care of each station and make sure to sanitize after each use.

An absolute MUST if your kid is a gamer! I threw my sons 13th birthday party here and it was a breath of fresh air. The kids got to rotate through games for 2 hours, and for an extra $10 I got to use their party room for an additional hour to do cake, lunch and presents (unlike other places that rush your party through entertainment and food in 2 hours only). Wanna know the best part? The staff there handled the kids! They walk the kids through what to do, suit them up, watch game timers and regularly kept me posted on how everything was going. They also checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything while I was setting up (you get 30 mins to do so BEFORE your party begins which was perfect) The party room walls were pre-decorated with sweet gaming posters and they had a table cloth for me too. The party itself had customizable options which I liked, and the staff were knowledgeable enough to help me choose the party options to suit my needs. You do need to leave a deposit in-store to secure a party reservation, which is no problem (they accept cash or cards). In the end, even clean up was a breeze! One of the hosts generously helped me carry my things back to my vehicle, and again they checked in with me to see if there was any other way they could help. I made sure to tip them ;) Well deserved!I was impressed...so I went back again (just me and my son), and guess what!?!? The service and experience were still equally delightful. They suit you up, guide you through the basics and help you ANY time you need it. In fact, my son got dizzy suddenly and communicated this out loud. Before I had a chance to say anything, they were already helping him unhook and ready with a cold bottle of water for him. My 13yr old took a short breather (his game timer was paused) and they happily helped hook him back up when he was ready. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Go!!! Have fun!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed (although maybe a little sweaty from jumping around so much hahahaha) #TheyHaveBeatSaber (Oooohhh yeah!!!)

I booked (3) VR booths for my sons 13th birthday and they had a blast. I just cant say enough about the staff ..... All the guys were incredibly helpful and really handled the kids well. They were able to answer any questions my son and his friends had and really know the games ...... and they make some of the best coffee Ive had in PA! I had a great time just talking to the guys while the kids played and would recommend this location to anyone wanting to try VR gaming. N McShane

Hosted my daughters birthday here and it was a real blast. All her friends had a good time. Most had not played any VR previously and the folks at the VR Cafe were very helpful in getting everyone setup and helping on initial game choices. They also had consoles for those that were waiting their turn on a VR station.I had an opportunity at the end to try out the VR and this is an inexpensive way to try out the Steam VR offering. I thought it might overwhelm my senses and give me motion sickness, but it did not. I will definitely be returning to try a bit more on my own.They have a nice room in the back with tables and some video game decorations. We supplied some decorations and the food ourselves. It was also nice that they are in the Palmer mall as when we finished and were clearing up my daughter and her friends walked the mall.

My son loves it, the employees are friendly and patient. I had no fear of cleanliness before the pandemic and they certianly stepped up your game even more so after.

Had my kids there on the weekend. They had an awesome time. The only reason this is not a five star review is they have a bit of a wonky policy with gift certificates.If the customer asks if its okay to do a half hour of time from an hour gift cert and you say yes, youd best explain that theyll only get fifteen minutes when they come back. Otherwise, its kinda shady.But the experience was awesome. My kids LOVED it. The staff was very helpful and super on top of making sure both of my kids had the best experience possible.Thank YOU!

Really awesome customer service & an amazing hour of VR..My boyfriend and I visited on Friday and had a blast. With plenty of games for all age levels and difficulties, I was super sad when we had to go! That was our first time doing VR and we absolutely would return to this place again.Also the workers were great -- giving us hints for certain games and helping where they could -- very attentive and friendly

This is a perfect place to chill and enjoy several types of video games. The options are easy, virtual reality or console, but they have a seated VR experience, and several variations of console types such as Xbox and other brands which I dont know the names of, but they are quite cheap. After your time is up or before you play you can enjoy a drink or snack, which is the Cafe part of this business. Recommend as a place to hang out at with friends or on your own.

I honestly feel like family when I come to this place. It has become my go to hangout spot, and I just feel at home when there. The best customer service ever, and the coolest/nicest people.

We are in the process of making this our hang out place among friends and family. Great place to play virtual reality games when you may not have access to a VR system.

This location has some of the friendliest staff Ive ever met. The prices are definitely worth the experience you get for entering a world of virtual reality, especially for the first time. Also great drinks. Highly recommend. 10/10

Goofy place, coffee shop is a little odd but the heart of it is VR and it is reasonably priced and tons of fun. I have gone other places where you have to pay by game. This location you pay by time and can select from many different games over that time without ever removing your headset.

Staff are great, and Im extremely pleased that I happened upon this place accidentally. My son had been trying to get me to get on the VR bandwagon for months and I resisted, at least until I gave it a try. The HTC Vive is the best headset on the market now and the cafe didnt skimp on the computers.

This place is amazing. They didnt skimp out on a single thing. The computers are top of the line (GTX 1080s and i7 7700k for you nerds like me), and like 5 or 6 HTC Vives.
