Super great place to let the kids run free and do their own thing for 1 hour+. Super nice staff that were efficient with each of their areas they were in charge of as well. Kids got a good night sleep after burning off so much fuel so I definitely recommend to a parent in need of a break!
I have to write this review and I never bother to do these. Yesterday 7/25 my ten year old son and I went to a 2pm open jump. I am amazed and proud of your staff. Although it appeared to be comprised of what seemed to be high school kids or very young adults, every single staff member was polite, friendly and professional. The place was very clean and the young staff stayed on top of it. A few that we had conversation with were happy to answer any questions with a smile and great eye contact. I felt that this staff understood respect for themselve and for the patrons. I have never been so proud of kids that were not my own. Kudos to management for selecting the right people!
Overall very good experience. This was my first time at skyzone - I had my 7 year old and my nearly 2yr old with me. My review is based on attending a birthday party. It’s a large facility in the back of an industrial building - there were plenty of signs so it was not hard to find. Once we filled out the waivers the kids were given special grippy socks (free for party goers). I had to pay for my 2yr old so she could play & buy her socks because she wasn’t part of the party. All the kids get a sticker name tag which doubles as a indication as to what group they are in (A, B, C) and to what time they are allotted. The Birthday party stays together for the first half of play time doing different sections before being able to go to whichever area they’d like. One thing I wish they told me when I got there was that there is a dedicated Toddler area. I didn’t find this area until half an hour after just holding my 2 year old while the big kids played. There also is a concession area, couches for parents, lockers, cubbies, and even two massage chairs (you have to pay to use I believe). It was well staffed. It was a lot of fun for the kids, and next time I’ll probably join in the fun too! Let out your inner child and visit for a couple hours of family fun.
Staff were on top of keeping things clean & the limit of people made it so much more enjoyable for my 3yr old
Good place but bad peoples there! They are so mad so nervous I don’t know why !!!I didn’t recommend this place
The whole family had a blast. Even those of us that just watched the others play had a great time. Even though it was the day before Thanksgiving all the staff friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and safety definitely comes first there. I would feel more than comfortable bringing my nieces and nephews there any time. Honestly I think my sister and her husband had an even better time than the kids :-)
Decent price.. fun times for the kids.. can get crowded during school vacation times
Horrible service! After waiting in line over 10 minutes to register 2, 11 year olds, the manager on shift was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Made it a priority to tell me the kids need it T-shirts to jump but doesn’t cross sell the socks. paying over $50 dollars to jump for 1.5 hrs, staff are restraining the kids from jumping in certain areas over no socks, when the “manager/cashier” DID NOT MENTION aside of t-shirts socks were required. When I approach the register for my socks she insisted “I TOLD HER, I ALREADY HAD SOCKS”. really? When I refused to agree with her, she Denied me service, and sent me to the next cashier. In her small mind my tone of voice was screaming. Just because I’ve been here in the past doesn’t necessary mean that I carry your socks everywhere. She failed to include the socks and wanted me to agree on her asking me and because I didn’t she refused to service me. Staff, super slow and very unorganized. If that’s the attitude of the manager in charge, I honestly can’t blame the horrible service. NEVER AGAIN will I step a foot in that place, I rather drive 30 plus miles!
Brought my little sister here once and she will never stop asking me to go! So many different options for all age groups, it is a great idea to get the kids energy out and keep themselves occupied! Also a very safe and clean place that you can rely on.
Check in team member was very nice. There was another team member named Cristian who went above and beyond to answer my questions, help resolve my issues and interact with my children...I have been to several other trampoline parks, it didn’t matter which socks my kids wore as long as they were jump socks. The option of buying sky zone socks or trading in your own socks is a little over the top with micromanaging.I had two toddlers with me and four 10 year olds. My older so called toddler was jumping with the big kids and was immediate yelled at and kicked off by a team member. When I looked on the main court there was a child who was quite smaller than my son jumping. I had to seek out a member and ask what the problem was. I was told that a parent could put any age on the waiver and it couldn’t be questioned, but because I was honest my son gets the boot? Also besides my kids, there were only two other kids jumping there, not crowed with the potential of someone getting hurt. Cristian was nice enough to explain to me that I had the option of bumping up my older toddler, the person who kicked my child off should have told me.Next there were not enough team members for every area to be open. My little ones had to wait to be able to go to an area they were “allowed” which was only wasting the time I had paid for. For the last 15 minutes of our time because there wasn’t anyone on the main court Christian allowed all the children in my party to jump together which I appreciated. If it wasn’t for him doing damage control my review would have been much worse. Still due to all these problems I will not be returning nor will I recommend any of my friends go there.
They don’t allow to jump less than 16 years old kids after 10 pm on Saturday though they are opened up to midnight. They need to mention this rule on there on google maps listing. No body checks all the rules in your sky zone website. Please be transparent what matters most to the customer.
My kid always has fun so im happy
Great place for your child to burn some energy!
This place is dead now. Unfortunately, when it first opened it was always packed with kids and birthday parties. This park is great for babies and toddlers. Dont have to worry about other kids running them over. Hate to say this, but its boring for middle aged kids and above. They need to improve their equipment! Need more obstacles and different games to play.
We came for a birthday party for my friends son. It was a lot of fun Zoe our host was amazing, she was super sweet and helpful. The kids loved her! I also had little one with me and they had multiple areas where my little could play safely and not be trampled by bigger kids. Overall a great experience.
Fun for the whole family.. and whats better then it being indoors so it can be enjoyed at anytime of the year....summer or winter
Great staff everyone very friendly
Professional and safety! Grest place and clean! My children had a great time. They enjoyed it and went from center to center. Each staff was uniqueand respectful! They will keep track and monitor while first were using the area they were in charge. Thank you for making this experience great! Thank you! :)
Fun place with your kids
My kids have a blast here.
My boys are always bothering me to bring them here. They love bouncing around all the time. If its not in their beds, then its the sofa, and if its not the sofa, its me. Brought them here last night with their friends and it was a blast. I too love coming here and I hate to admit it lol. Those darn kids :)
Staff was great! They really kept a good eye on things.
Went for Incredible toddler time. Our first ever time at one of these places my girls had a blast the workers were all wonderful Ms. Incredible was certainly the best she went out of her way to play with all of the kids we will definitely be back soon for toddler time!
We love Skyzone!Vanessa was amazing!Very helpful and patient! My daughters birthday at Skyzone was so much fun!
I held my childs 5th birthday party here and it was nothing short of amazing! It was my first time hosting a party at any venue and there were a few hiccups (on my part) that I was nervous about. But the manager on duty (Ryan) made me feel secure and he made sure to reassure me that things would run smoothly and thats exactly how the night went. I have to give A BIG shout out to Ryan and his team, I wouldnt have changed a thing. They seem young...but extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Again a big THANK YOU to Ryan, Megan and Christian!!!! WE WILL BE BACK! My oldest turns 18 soon :)
The kids loved it. Exercise if and having fun. Kinda expensive though
My niece and nephew absolutely love this place. Fun for all ages of children. Great staff. You need a waiver from parent/guardian that can be filled out online. The people that work here are really nice, great attitude &customer service. There was a temporary snag with online payment & the guy at the counter was nice enough to let the kids get started while they worked it out. Highly recommend this place.
Great place for kids to have fun, sometimes over crowded .
I went with my nephew and his friends, they had a great time. We tried all the different areas including rock wall, obstacle courses, half pipe climb, carnival ladder. I feel like Im getting too old for these things. Im 35 and 62 tall, I did the 1 hour pass and was ready to go home after that. My neck was sore for a week after visiting, I think its too much stress on the spine and neck from landing.
Great place for a few hours, but not great for younger kids. Pricy as well.
My kids wife and I all love this place!
Brought the kids here and we had a blast last night, will come back soon. Hoping I could find a group or family deal for out next visit on Groupon
Great place for the kids to have some fun and burn off some energy!!
My sons a member. Best deal ever
We attended Sky Zone, since our usual favorite trampoline park is closed because it is moving locations. Firstly, the parking is awful...the parking lot is not circular, so if you get to the end and cant find a spot, you have to do a multi-point turn to try to turn around to go back the other way. Then, we had purchased tickets the day before for a set time frame, which they have a set amount of slots open. The place was packed and it was obvious that they over booked, as we had to spend half of our time there waiting in lines. Lastly, I went with my 13 year old daughter. We were spending the day together and were looking to spend some time jumping together. However, this was not possible, as they separate by age. She was in a different section than I was. I understand that they need to follow safety precautions, but maybe, then, they should have sections for people who want to do flips or whatever, as my daughter and I dont aggressively jump and we only differ in size by 35 pounds. This place does offer more activities than the other trampoline park nearby, but that just means less actual trampolines, which also means lines waiting for them.P.S. Bring change if you want to use the lockers. And the sky zone socks are required- $2 a pair. Not a good experience and I hope that the other trampoline park opens in its new location soon, as it is much better!
My kids are very happy and they really enjoyed, we will go back again very soon
I bring my grandchildren there all the time. They love it. If your child or children have to much energy this is the place for them. So get out and have fun at skyzone. Their smiles are priceless
Me and the kids love it here and as soon as we get home when leaving sky zone, Ill always find them jumping form bed to bed lol
The place is clean and a fun place for the kids which is good.BUT their policies and selective enforcement of the policies need a lot of work.Their policy separates children by age which is good. But it also prevents parents from being near their children over the age of 4. Since my son is 5 I was not allowed to be with him while he jumped, which is the whole point of going in the first place it would have been nice to be told before purchasing tickets that I could not jump with my child. I see no need to return as long as this policy is in place. The big problem is that they do an excellent job of policing their you cant play with your kids policy but when it comes to the rule that children must stay on their own trampoline, not run around, and not interfere with others they cant be bothered to enforce that. The whole time my 5 year old was in the open jump area there were three kids running around, jumping on other kids trampolines, knocking some down, and generally be a nuisance. The attendant did tell them you cant run in here, stay on your own trampoline over and over again which the kids just ignored. So it would appear that the rules only apply to those who choose to follow them. Ill be spending my family entertainment dollars elsewhere going forward. If you have kids under 5 its great, otherwise their new policies prevent you from playing with your child.
Great. Im not a good idea to make sure that I have helped out of town.
I loved it and my babies had so much fun
Nice new facility, lots of fun for my nephews & cousins.
Love it, the team of skyzone are lovely friendly and Im definitely gonna come back
Staff funny and entertaining, engaging with kids, as well as helpful and informative to a couple first timers. Clean, safe environment. My kids, 10 and 15 had a blast.
You had to where there socks and spend 2 dollars and there always checking your sticker and its 2 dollars and 13 cents for 12 ozs of coke.
I dont like how they have certain areas cut off but other than that my kids enjoyed it very much.
A little small but kids had a good time
I had my sons birthday party here. 13 kids, many families went to SkyZone for the first time ever and will return again. My only, and big gripe is... When you pay $500 for a birthday party, introduce new customers to them in turn making them more money, and yet SkyZone has the audacity to tell me I cant jump with my own son, I will have to pay an extra $25 to jump. And is his father wants to jump its another $25!!! Wait, what??? So I already paid you $500, half a grand, for the party and you want to charge me an additional $25 - $50 just so the parent can jump with their birthday child!! Ya, that alone I will not be booking here again. Ill check around for other places for the other kids. I could see if it cost them money for me to jump. But it doesnt.I will say, that our party host Shaun was amazing!! Hes an asset to the company. He made sure everything was fun for the kids.
Great place for kids and adults. Dodge-ball and wall climbing stood out for me. Great front desk staff.
The kids loved it.
We had so much fun and I love it
Everyone kid and parents loved it!
Cant wait to go again and again
Don’t waste your money. Went on a Weekday and most of the place was closed off and had to ask to have it opened, which took 3-5 min, but paid full price. Adults not allowed to jump anywhere near your child, everything separate. Not a fun family experience. Have had a great experience at other locations, never going back to this one!!!!!
Well maintained and open space for bouncing around. The ropes and climbing space was a bit limited; three lanes in the warrior pit. Some of the junior staff was grumpy and mumbled instructions. The senior staff was friendly and professional.
Kids had a great time and wore them out a little
Screw sky zone and launch. Hands down the best jumpy place in RI!!!!! Kids area is flipping amazing. Even My teens were satisfied. That says it all!!!! Add some snacks tho please
Fun for the kids...and the parents! Plus I burned an extra 300 calories jumping like a maniac. Extra stars for being able to get an extra workout in!
I brought my 11 year old daughter to a birthday party at Skyzone in East Providence tonight. She is autistic, and she was having a really hard time between the jumping, the lights, and the music. The manager on duty, Chris, was so kind and helpful with her. He let us sit in the employee breakroom where it was quieter, he brought her bottles of water and gave her some crackers in case her blood sugar was low, and he came and checked on us numerous times throughout the 2 hours we were there. When my daughter decided she didnt want to jump because it was too overwhelming for her, he gave us a free pass to come back another time. He was really great, and his kindness meant a lot to me. The rest of the staff was great with us as well.Thank you so much Chris!
Had my twin sons 8th Birthday there today. They had a blast. The staff was organized and accomodating. We’ve been there countless times before and they do a great job monitoring and interacting with the guests. Updated equipment and obstacles keep the experience fun.
Great place to bring the kids, they had a blast jumping around all day and slept very well after. A bit crowded on rainy day weekends but still enjoyable.
Place it’s nice for kids and clean. Problem to me was their text communication. Why offer it but never respond. I used their text help at 12:07 on Sunday never received any hello nothing. Just the first text stating thank you for using the device they were going to get to me shortly. Now some one text me saying they weren’t open, but they were 10-8 on Sunday. Horrible. And they should lower the price just a bit.
I beat the team
Lots of fun! Very clean! Friendly staff! Affordable
Wouldn’t come again. Great place for older kids but if you have children 4 and under it’s not fun at all. They are restricted to a very small area with not much to do at all. If you have one older child and a toddler it would be difficult to observe both. I recommend aero trampoline so much to do and you can actually be involved with playing with your child.
Great place for the kids.
Great place ! Kids love it ! staff is very nice! Thanks for a good time !
Great place to get a good workout in, the obstacle course was challenging and a lot of fun for both adults and kids. The whole experience makes you feel like a kid again yourself!
Skyzone is by far the best trampoline park. While it is pricier there is a lot more activites going on for your dollar. The staff is extremly attentive and friendly. Definetly worth doing to it you are down for a good time and full of energy.
Not too many fun options! I prefer Aero 100%...
This place is great, plan ahead cause there could be a wait, especially if your going to the toddler area. Its a small location that gets alot of customer. Had a great time!!
My kid lost 2 pounds and it was not in the lost and found. Fun but I wish I could of found the 2 pounds.
We took our entire class and all of the students had a great time! It was fun for a wide range of ages which was GREAT!
Amazing and super great staff
Love it!!!! Took my nieces and nephews and they spent the whole week taking about it. Score one for the cool auntie!!!!
Good place to go. Kids had fun
Manager and team were wonderful. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.
Overall pretty fun, but the rules limit a lot of things that other parks dont.
I dont usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience. I called this morning before they opened to see if they had an area for toddlers (my 2 yo daughter and 16 mo nephew). The person on the phone confirmed they have an area for kiddos between 1-4 yo. I asked if I had to schedule an appointment, they said no you can just come in. When my sister and I showed up with the kiddos they said we should have made an appointment and we would have to wait one hour to jump. After waiting the hour we were let into the toddler area, the kids were having fun at first until a big kid (looked about 6) started jumping into them and knocking them over. I understand its my choice to take my child here but it became unsafe and I was yelled at multiple times from staff members for trying to keep my child safe.I do think its a great concept, and the facilities look clean. But with the exception of one person all my interactions with the staff were HORRIBLE!!! Everyone was extremely rude. My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service and I agree with all the previous post that complain about the rude staff. We are big fans of Jump Trax in Sharon. we will be bringing our business back there, friendly staff and they even let you play with your children in the bouncy houses!!! I say stay away from sky zone!!!
It ok if youre a kid
I love they added different things to do and the staff was wonderful. We walked in and they were very friendly and even remembered us even though we have not been there for a couple of months.
OMG! This place is so much fun! Absolutely love it!
Toddler time is a great deal and tons of fun.
Im 60 years young and physically fit Ive been there twice, if I could afford it, Id be there every day, 40 minutes on the trampoline my first time, 50 minutes out of my hour session on Friday the 17th. Life is Soo Awesome.
Plenty of parking not always near the door though.. My daughter loves it they have six or seven areas with different things to do like basket ball free jump small kids area and they have a rock wall and other things snacks and drinks
Awesome place to wear the kids down!!! Clean, polite staff, good times!
Crazy fun but safe
The workers are awesome
