Saper Galleries and Custom Framing

Ive framed two pieces as gifts for family and the Saper team provided some of the best customer service Ive experienced in any industry. In addition, the quality of the work is top notch. Ill be returning for future work.

Weve purchased many pieces of glass artwork here and every piece is simply stunning. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about each piece and artist that they carry.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Saper Galleries. I took in an heirloom mirror to be repaired. It had a bad crack and it was slipping through the ornate frame. I checked out a variety of places, but Saper Galleries was clearly in a class by itself. Roy Saper assisted me and couldnt have been friendlier or nicer, as was his staff. Roy really took the time to carefully examine the mirror and let me know in detail how it could be fixed. The repair to the crack was expertly made, the mirror repositioned, and better fasteners attached to the frame with a new strong wire, and a brand new backing with bumpers. Roy even offered to give me proper hooks to hang it. It was repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price that I could afford. I was emailed when it was ready and received a lovely thank you email after I picked it up. I was also impressed with the store. It is well designed and filled with lovely examples of their framing. Easy to get to and easy parking in the back, too. I will be sure to turn to Saper Galleries whenever I have a framing need or want to buy a special gift. Thank you to a great team!

They do simply fantastic work!

It is very average. nothing special or great to say about this place. i visited this place and was going to buy a few items but decided not too so the place probably will not have records of my trip to this place. it has a bit of an odd feeling. but the owner was a bit wierd, a bit arrogant and i got a know it all type sort of penny wise pound foolish type of guy. needs some customer service training and humility. many of the things also were in my personal opinion were just overpriced. i gave it two stars as they had nice carpeting and lighting.

Roy Saper was delightful to talk to! He is very passionate about the work he shows, and the artists he represents. His collection is top notch with a varied amount of styles, and mediums. I highly recommend, and look forward to visiting his gallery in the future.

Loved the place and people. Very professional and very helpful. They did a great job of fixing a broken photo frame. Would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for custom framing.

A slightly hidden gem. A great mixture of art and sculptures. This is a must if you are in the area and appreciate art in a very relaxing atmosphere. There is a mix of relatively affordable art as well. The staff was so friendly and greeted at the door but then allowed for us to wander at our own pace. This is a fantastic place!

I took a piece of artwork to the wonderful ladies at Saper to have it restored. This piece was a gift to a family member many years ago, and was in horrible condition when I found it. It wasnt worth anything but my own sentimental value. They treated my piece like they would something that was a million dollars! I knew they would do their best to salvage it but was absolutely shocked how AMAZING it looked and their ability to put it back together. It came out better than I could have ever hoped or imagined. Thank you so much for preserving my memory and treating it with so much care. You made my year!

I have been wanting to visit this gallery for quite sometime. The art work is astonishing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I spent less time than I had wanted, but that’s because I plan to return with my boyfriend so we can share the wonderful experience this art gallery is!

We got a quote from Michaels to frame a signed concert t-shirt and then went here, to compare. This is a much higher end business, more so then we realized yet still, they were only about $45 more. So happy we went in. Their turn around is about 4-5 weeks with the holidays but thats ok with us.Give them a try, I guarantee the quality of work will be much higher than what I would have received at Michaels. Annette was super knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to get the finished product.
