Took my grandsons there,park and trail are nice and kept clean. Very enjoyable experience

The signs naming each of the trees in the park is a really interesting feature. We also saw several rabbits in the park as we were walking around.

This park is nice. It has a volleyball net. The childrens playground has plenty of appropriate age range for play. It has plenty of seats and tables for bbq parties.

Nice playgrounds for little toddler and also 5 to 12 year old, nice walking path.

Great park for kids, 2 playground areas with 2 swing set areas and a field, very simple but you can spend ur time here. There are NO tennis courts or ball courts FYI

It has a nice cement trail around it. About 3/4 mile. Plenty of parking. Play area for the kids. You can walk your dogs. There is a lot of room to be away from others. Easy to find between Rues lane and Ryders lane next to Hamershold school and Butterfly Park.

A paragon for doing a lot with just a little space. The park appeals to visitors of all ages: just astride the spacious parking lot is a large play area for kids; the periphery surrounding the play area consists of a collection of various types of trees, all of which are named, rendering the park both fun and informative; but best of all is the butterfly/nature trails, created with help from a local Boy Scout troop, which is a series of beautiful walks through woods and fields that leaves one wondering how it all fits into a little pocket of Rues Lane. A great place to visit with families, to take dates, or, as was my experience, for a quiet and contemplative walk by oneself.

Always a good time. Friendly park-users. Try the butterfly park in the back in the summer. Plenty of nice flowers and butterflies to observe. Not many walkable trails in the park, but there is a place for small children to play.

Nice quiet park with a lot of trees. Many trees are labeled and the titular Great Oak is huge so it can be fun for kids to see. The playground is a bit small but it is good for smaller kids and there is a lot of walking space.

Great park to take the kids to play in the playground. Need more benches under the shades of the trees tho. Otherwise light traffic, in the park. Good for pokemon go gamers.

This is a park with a story to it (which you can read on one of the information boards) and variety of trees planted and marked up for you to learn about each. Great playground for kids and a circular walking path around the park to walk, jog or cycle. Very family friendly space, highly recommend for bringing your kids there.

My 3 kids (5.5, 3, and 1.5) love this park. They always ask to go to this one by name. Great playground for older kids and a nice smaller one for the littles. Two sets of swings, two playgrounds, an open field, a nice path, a great oak (go figure) and a butterfly garden - whats not to love about this park? Ah yes: parking is limited and no bathrooms.

Nice park for the kids. Was there for a project my daughter did with her girl scouts. Has a butterfly park as well for the nature folks. Parking sucks though when the park is packed. Street parking i guess.

Good location, great environment, right next to a lovely path through a wooden area of the butterfly park.The only thing missing is the water attraction of some sort. Anything will do.

I come here because path around the playground is small and clear and full of pokestops! Any time of day you come youll see people playing pokemon. Theres plenty of benches and seating if youre like me and trying to get into shape but need to sit occasionally.My only complaint is the wooded path for butterfly park thats attached really needs some upkeep. A lot of the trees are hanging low into the path and the benches are covered in bushes. Otherwise its very lovely!

Very nice park with a small area for kids to play in by a very large Oak Tree which the park is named after. According to a sign in the park the tree is over 200 years old. There is a walking path that goes around the park and goes in to the adjacent Butterfly Park.

The park personnel at township refused an suggestion to have retail fridge unit work with solar power for beverage, not sure why, but park it self very convenient location to us with butterfly zone in the back.
