Let me start by saying they bought the mobile home i had for sale and for that im greatful. The problem i have is that Nothing went as argreed. I felt all the negative results. Home was still finaced and they agreed to make one payment and then pay off. Never been late on any payment except that one. Supposed to be moved off my property by a certain date,which didnt happen. I was told by Brett that my land would be cleared of all debris pertaining to the mobile home and reassured by Maria that it would be. The movers came,took mobile home and blocks and the mess is still here. When i asked about clean up (3weeks) later, Maria tells me that it highly unlikely that the movers would come back and clean it they only move the home. My ? to her was, who will? Since then i got no response. So.... If your thinking of selling your mobile home to Mamas make sure you get a Notirized dated and dont leave anything out contract. That way you have a leg to stand on when you are lied to. All in all i wish nothing but the best for mamas, just hope people see this and dont end up regretting giving them profit and being stuck with the mess at the end.

Wow. This place was an absolute dump! And they want thousands down so you can rent to own. Run!
