This was my first experience buying fireworks. As a female who drove alone from IL, I was a bit intimidated when I walked in not knowing where to begin. I casually asked for a little help and Brittany went above and beyond! She was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! She spent a good deal of time with me, explaining everything. I feel like I walked out with a good variety and cant wait to light them off! Employees make all the difference and Brittany was AWESOME!

Do not go to Boomtown fireworks! Their mortar shells didn’t explode correctly and pieces of the shell flew 150 feet away and injured two of our guests. One mortar shell blew up in the tube and destroyed our table that we were using for a surface. Do not use their below grade fireworks! This was my first time using them and my last time! Their Roman candles barely worked at all and the color displays on the mortars were substandard! I’m going to a more reputable company next year!!!!

Bought a box of zombie revenge artillery shells. The box advertised several different shots. We got all the same effects. No sparkle. These are just a loud noise. No visual effects at all. Waste of money.

This place have great selection of fireworks all shapes and sizes. They even have video previews to see how they pop and their sounds. As soon as you come in, an attendant is ready to assist you (at most times). Prices are affordable and they even set package deals to even sweeten the purchase. I highly recommend it.

We were able to pick what we actually wanted. Family owned, very nice, very helpful. Will definitely go back here not phantom fireworks. And the prices are the same if not a bit cheaper and wint have a lot of wasted stuff from previous kits we have bought in the past at other places.

4th year in a row coming back to Boom Town to shop for my lake show. They really do have the absolute best and new selection. I always come in with a budget, and then I have to increase it last minute! Austin is a huge help with the big finale cakes. Definitely coming back for years to come. As they say, “Don’t be Krazy.”

Originally I rated this store 5 stars because of the wide variety and helpful staff-that opinion hasnt changed. I spend $120 on fireworks and about only 60% actually lit off. I bought several packages of sparklers and only a few lit off for the kids (had to deal with disappointed kids!). Only a few larger firework shot up, most diffused after a few seconds.

What an awesome store! It was my first time there and I will definitely be back. I had lots of questions and they were happy to give me answers. Very knowledgeable about theyre product. The selection is amazing, the prices are fair and customer service is top notch. I cant wait to make another trip. Thanks BOOMTOWN!

Boom Town is the best fireworks store that I have ever attended. The staff is very knowledgeable of their product and are always willing to help. I love how they do not have any BOGO sales. Because why would I want to spend $150 on 3 of same 500 gram cakes.....that suck. Boom Town has great quality products and cares about their customers fireworks displays. I also found my salesman Austin to be absolutely amazing. I plan on shopping here every year

We have gone to Boom Town every year for our firework shows for the past 10 years. This year we had a malfunction with a big purchased item. I called the store and they told me to bring the product back in so it could be inspected. Found out it was a manufacture issue. They made me feel so at ease in returning the product and helped make me a happy customer. They were very understanding and supportive. Nothing but great customer service. I greatly appreciate them.
