In past years this business has been great. However, I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and, though I received an automated confirmation of the order, I never got confirmation of shipment and the goods never arrived. Ive emailed customer service a number of times, with no response. I suspect they have gone out of business.

Im not sure if this business is open. I placed an order 9 days ago via their online shop. I received an automated confirmation that the order was received but have not heard anything since. I left a voice mail at the number listed on their site and also sent an email to them, but never got a response back to either inquiries.If they are still open, their customer service needs work.
