Juan is neither professional, responsive nor on time. Highly recommend not paying him until the complete work is done and strongly suggest on insisting on a receipt from his LLC.

I have never dealt with such a painter! I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how excited I am with the paintwork they did for us. Me and my family had recently moved into our new house which was in need of quite a bit of decorative work. We asked Juan to do the job, and oh boy...he showed such a skill and eye for the detail! He repainted our homes interior and was very polite and speedy. I am a veteran builder and wIll reuse them again. When I had any issues, he had his crew address them immediately, and they cleaned up impeccably at the end.Note from a career builder: Always make sure you know the quality of paint ( the higher the quality, the lower the need for a second or even third coat, which always costs more in labor. If you buy cheap paint, dont expect a free second coat, and changing colors in your home takes more coats).
