Its quite quiet for a Sunday, a really good selection of music and plenty of drinks and pool. Worth it

Its called the Garage now. Live music was awesome. A rhythm and blues band from Austin was on the venue.

Pongas is not like the classy pool halls I am accustomed to back in Minneapolis... But that isnt a bad thing. This place has a nice vibe which is upbeat and everyone was friendly to my pal who is a total beginner and gave him advise and encouragement together - the right way. I think some of the tables could use new cloth but that is just me being picky. There is also a ping pong table. Bring your sticks to Pongas and have a grand time!

This place is no longer called Pongas. Its called The Garage.. And more like a game room. Its for 18 and over now.

Great place. The tables are well maintained, and theres fun tournaments to get into every week. One of the better pool halls youll find anywhere around SouthWest Colorado.

This place is good for pool and darts and fairly cheap beer. Its a pool hall with plenty of space for many games at a time. Its open until 2AM unless its a quiet night. Sometimes they close early so check b4 going.

I miss this place.. I loved the hip hop music, Pongas always gave something to dance to. Several pool tables, so I always had a place to play pool and enjoy some cold beer . The staff of Pangas was always friendly, and safety of their customers is freaking awesome. If it was a afternoon, evening, or night I would have been there enjoying my beer and playing pool. This bar is great! Good bartenders, good pool tables (not curvy and messed up),and a relaxed environment especially on weekdays. NOT a pretentious place. Bartenders dont speak spanish, but friendly to those that do!

Kinda feel like you might get stabbed, but thats part of the fun! Lots of pool tables so you dont have to wait long for one when theyre busy. Plus, the bathroom layout provides a fun and icreasingly interesting challenge as you get progressively more intoxicated.

My parents like to play pool here. And it is the only pool hall that doesnt allow smoking so thats their only option pretty much. I like to join them but when the sun goes down its time to leave unless you want to grind crotches with someone or fight.....mostly the latter. Ignorant fight scene, enjoy!

I absolutely love this place the bouncers really looks out for people the bartenders are friendly and they know how to make awesome drinks and one occasion I dropped $100 and the staff immediately told me. Lots of pool tables Ill definitely keep going !

This is a nice place to play pool if its the middle of the day and no one is there. Frequent fights, interesting smells, and lights always flashing in front of the establishment. You will likely get served in a plastic cup. Not a place that represents Durango well at all.

Worst bar in town by far. I’ve been there once, never again. I’ve even had the bouncers harras me while I was out front of the bar next door. Stay away from this place.

Decent pool hall, not great service, managment is not friendly, nice tables, competitive tournaments.

Lots of pool tables, super open atmosphere, dance floor...not my favorite bar because the dance floor music is far too loud, but still fun.

I like playing darts here on Monday nights at 7, also Thursday night Bones. Margaritas and pink patron drinks are my favorite!
