I like the atmosphere in this casino & it has okay pay outs. My mom won a Jeep here but I havent been too lucky here... And my mom went ALLOT before finally winning big.

We dont go very often now because funds are limited but its absolutely a place we enjoy. Something we both like to do that I am physically able to do and reality with set limits doesnt cost too much.Negative there is only one of my favorite mschines

Its a fun place! Am not a gambler but I do go with my sister ever so often to keep her company.. she is a gambler. plus its pokemon gym and I play pokemon. The pics are me on a penny game that I was playing my bet was 1 which was 8 cents everytime I spun and I hit all 7s which gave me $8.00

How can a Casino lock all their exit/entry doors with one exception? Arent they required by law to provide more than one exit in the event of a fire or other disaster?I watched and saw that machines didnt get wiped down after they were used, some staff were only covering their mouths with masks, not their noses. Customers certainly didnt abide by the mask rules and no one said anything to them. The six foot distancing was totally ignored. Sorry, Im not paying to risk my life...!Sorry, this handicapped old person wont be going there for a long, long, time. I stayed away over four months and will happily do that again.

They were letting people smoke therefore no one was wearing masks. I didnt win any money, as usual. The machines are made to take not give. Not a pleasant experience and made me feel like I was gonna be exposed to covid -19. Horrible and wont go back

Its my favorite casino in Oklahoma. I feel they have the best payouts and I like the size of it not too big or little.

Customer service people are not friendly very nasty attitude.....need to retrain them in what customer service actually means

We dont go to the casino but we do go to the Rustic Trail Center to buy snuff. We come here because the price is cheaper and because of the coupons we can use. The service is always quick and the attendants are always nice.

Rarely win here. Dont much care for it. Ive been to this casino the most amount of times. Ive won here, maybe twice? Not good in my book.

It was ok but couldnt win any money on any machine in that place. Needless to say I wont be going back there anytime soon.

The main reason for a 3 star is I go to this casino regularly and used my players card but dont receive the free play for the email and hardly ever get just the 1,10,20 free play but know a couple of people that only goes couple times a month they get free play every month both ones the 1,10,20 and the Sunday free play plus the you play we pay. It be nice if I could get the other types of free play and get the 5 dollars free play more than once every three months

Got too greedy, lost customer base and now cant afford to pay much, and too their techs are not very well trained and lose their temper frequently, and are hard to find when you need them.

Wish there was more then just machines.. Pay outs are are limited, even if your betting on Maximum bet. Bartender looked like he just got out of bed and hadnt taken a bath in a week. No drink attendance to serve drinks, you must go to the bar and wait for someone to come out of the back area. I recommend to go to the casinos in Lawton.

Payout wasnt very good and the staff at the front taking temps were very rude. I felt like I was walking into a prison he told me to look at the camera for my mug shot. We wont be back.

Fun casino! They have alcoholic drinks which is a big plus (although not free when you play but not sure anywhere in Oklahoma has that!) No table games.

What can I say I can see now is a casino you go to spend some money to get some money the only thing is when youre spending too much money and not getting enough back I have been fortunate lucky to be able to win a little here and there but I mean this crazy I mean come on half the time the machines dont get it and when they do youre just getting back what you put in them I mean you got a 50/50 shot so I mean you cant really complain about a casino I mean its clean friendly you got free drinks you got a good bar and grill in there the games are fun until you dont win lets see what else can I say this needs a few different games you know and they should be like let you know before the games they have in there they take out because a lot of people like playing those games and then they just up and disappear but next time I come in Im going to send you promotions they should advertise limited time on these games or something you know and they dont do the tournament thing anymore which was really cool with the popping the balloons in our they move seniors day to a different day Its was a little different for my dad they should do more drawings you know I dont know it just seems like theyre doing the same thing and they dont hit like they used to

Actually did alright for a change.

We had all you can eat catfish on Tuesday. It was very good. We seen an advertisement on the way there for happy hour. And there was no Happy Hour! Why advertise for something you dont have!

Well, to be honest this is a terrible place. Imagine the millions of dollars this place robs our community of. Casinos are the worst thing to happen to our state.

If you are going to have bonus freeplay that is only for 24 hours, it should be 24 hours which would require the same time rules for when it starts as when it ends.Had freeplay that had to be played on a certain day of the week. Was there playing the night before and hung around an extra hour to download and play that $15. At about 15 after midnighdt, it still wasnt going through. I went to ask and they informed me it wasnt available until 8am. I asked then would it still be available for the 24 hours like it said. They informed me that it would only be available that same day and would lose whatever wasnt played at midnight when the day ends....So why is it then the beginning of that day didnt start until 8 am, but the end of that day didnt go until 8am the next morning... but ends at midnight. So the would be no way to have 24 hours at all. Was a little upset to day the least.Not sure if Ill go back again. Too many others that do as they say they will.

Bar is great. food is good. Gaming is limited, and very smokey.

Been here several times over the last few months and always look forward to coming back.Restrooms are sparkling, attendants are friendly and competent... and the machines I prefer are usually open.Still havent made it to the gift shop.... maybe one of these days

I do not hate Chisholm Trail . Its the first place I ever won the most at one time.

I went into tbe smoke shop looking for an item. They did not carry this item. however the nice lady who was attending the store took.my name and phone number and had the manager contact me to do a special order. What a fantastic place and great attitude. Even the security guard was friendly. I would highly recommend it. Ask for Chet Ford and say a thank you to him from me!! They should get compensated for such great customer service! Its so rare these days and his entire staff was great. So you know it was because they had such a great manager! I cant say enough how wonderful they were.
