Really fun and amazing bike trails! Probably some of the best “blue trails” of any network I’ve ridden. Lots of cool optional lines and fun and creative ways of working with rocks and wooden bridges to help protect the watershed. The advanced trails are world class on the level of some of British Colombia’s trails even!

Heavily wood area, and a challenging hike up the hill, nice views and places to appreciate them. Some of the signage was hidden at odd angels and by brush.

Good scenery, but its hard to find trails until you get more into the park. I recommend finding where the Superior Trail starts!

Wow, you will be amazed by the views of Duluth from this park! Theres a small parking lot, so be on the lookout for it when youre driving along Haines Road just north of Skyline. This park offers moderately challenging routes for hiking and mountain biking. Highly recommend if you want to have unforgettable images of Duluth!

Did the snowshoe loop 2-22-20, nice hike. Didnt even need snow shoes, it was so well packed. Id love to hit the bike trail on my fat bike some winter.

Great hiking, pretty dry even after a hard couple days of rain. Loop can be accessed from Haines Road trailhead or Skyline Parkway/Highland Ave trail.

The Superior Hiking Trail is still great to hike in winter. The views are even more spectacular with no leaves to block the views. Make sure to have good traction and dont forget to bring something to keep hydrated even though it is cold.

Good for hiking, but be aware its primitive (muddy, remote). Can get crowded in nice weather.
