Great firework place until this virus came in to town. No 1 for 2 deals on fireworks only 50% off and there products are not coming in like they were. Hope thing get better again!

Still a decent selection even with the worldwide shortages this year. The staff is always friendly and competent. The prices have gone up because of the shortages but Im hoping theyll come back down to normal in a few months.

From the moment i walked in the young Man C.J greeted me with a pleasant welcome and was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything I was looking for. He didn’t rush me at all and gave me all the Time I needed because this was my first firework show for my family. C.J definitely got me prepared and my great show tonight will be all his Doing. Terrible service. We came in because the billboard on 285 said buy one get two free. When we got to the store they said it was only buy one get one free and to get the two free you needed a flyer. Rude customer service and totally ripped us off. Would not recommend this place at all to anybody

There is no sign that says it closes at 7:30pm. Even when all the lights are on.

There are no more buy 1 get 2 free, but they got some changes buy 1 get 1 free or buy 1 get 50% when you check out. Basely all firework in there are over price then other store, not recommend.

This location has the best staff! Weve been Phantom customers for many years now and weve always been very pleased with their product line. Despite what the competition says, its very hard to beat their buy 1 get 2 free special and customer reward coupons.

Very good selection, great deals (but one, get two free), knowledgeable staff, clean store. Overall a great experience. The selection skews a bit to the higher priced items, so expect to spend quite a bit. But with some really good products at least youll get a lot of bang for your buck.

There was no buy 1 get 2 free as advertised. Overly priced for the same things I get from pyro city.

Pretty awesome sales! Also the staff is super friendly and always present to help out! They are always asking if you need help! And they even show you videos of the fireworks you ask about and want to know what they look like!

OMG, this is the place to be getting All of your fireworks from, the people are extremely nice and willing to help out with anything, and the sales that they had were amazing. I was able to get$650.00 worth of fireworks and only spent $249.00... what a savings. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and Id like to say thank you to all of you at Phantom Fireworks for making our 4th of July a memorable one....

This store has been in business less than one year. The variety of product will satisfy from a small backyard party to a sports event on a large field. The customer service is on point and the but one get one free is the best. They not only offer it for the basic products but the grand finales as well

Every year I use phantom and they are the best fireworks in the business. This store has a great staff and the store manager, Chris is outstanding. Love this store and I promise you that there is no way you would be disappointed with the selection and friendly staff. O would give it 10 stars is Google would let me.

It was pretty easy to find things. There were plenty of signs. It was fast to sign in and check out. There was lots of parking. Its hard to know what the fireworks do unless you know to go to their website and watch their videos which I highly suggest.

Just left out of here and I super shocked at how pleasant these people were compared to some of these reviews. The employees were EXTREMELY friendly (all of them) and knew how to multitask helping everyone. They have videos of all the fireworks so you know what youre buying. You cant expect these people to know what every single thing does. Come on. Anyway, buy one get one free & buy one get two free deals are perfect too. I spent more than expected, but also got more than expected. Also, shout out to the manager (cant remember his name) and Jeff, they were awesome!!!! :)

The store is good and has a great courteous staff but their buy one and get 3 on everything is a bad deal and you can get stuck with the same fireworks that you cannot use. It seems like a rip off to get you to buy more.

NEVER - they said I had to sign up and sign some waiver, THAT is not state law, must be something they are doing only. I will go else where, I dont need my personal data in their system, so they can blame me if someone accidently starts a fire. There prices are way too high anyway

Before you guys complain about them to go the black cat off pleasanthill behind Applebees. Other firework stores are way worse than this one. They need personal data to enter you in a reward system that lasts a few years also. You guys are idiots. I have experience buying from numerous stores in different states and this is the best local store to buy from and I also do not like to advertise for businesses and companys but I am doing so. Do your own research dont go in there in July 4th and expect there to be 50 employees for 50 customers. If it was like that youd have to wait in line to get in.

These guys are always pretty helpful and have a good variety, and real value saving deals!, whether you want something small or you wanna go all out! Theyre always my first stop on my fireworks hunt!
