I just got married here November 2020 and it was a perfect wedding! The venue is so elegant and beautiful! The staff and my coordinator Amelia were so kind and amazing to work with! Also, they provide their own food and and drinks which were nothing short of amazing! felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this venue!!!!

Great course with three nines in fantastic shape (11/20/2020). Practice areas are great with a huge range and the clubhouse is awesome. Greens there can be tricky especially when they get above a 12 stimp.

Elizabeth was absolutely THE BEST! I had my wedding at TPC Sugarloaf on new years eve and i would not have changed a thing. Elizabeth was very responsive, and we communicated often. She led practice the day before the wedding and made sure everything ran according to the timeline the day of. The food was great! the staff was great! I was a little nervous about having the ceremony inside because they didn’t have any pictures but there was plenty of space for the 175 guest I had in attendance. I also had space for a photo booth, DJ, and 2 staffed bars. There was a party in the restaurant at the venue at the same time and it didn’t interpret my wedding at all. I HIGHLY recommend this venue.

Course was in great shape. Pace was a little slow, though. To be expected, everyones playing golf, these days.

The service was great. The staff where very nice. I would recommend this for any event. We had our company function and the food was perfect!!

Attended a rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely gorgeous. Both the interior design and the view were beautiful.

Attended a business function here. The staff was very friendly and the place is gorgeous. Only complaints I have were that the chairs available for our event were highly uncomfortable and I wish they would have turned the heat up as it was freezing inside.

The upgrades to the golf course are awesome..

Fantastic food and service. Awesome dish creations for a private club. Great whiskey, bourbon and Rye whiskey selections and perfectly priced. 16 different draft beers to satisfy every taste. Must become a member.

Very nice practice range, excellent golf course, and in very good condition for this time of the year even after all that rain (in March). Really enjoyed playing with Robert, Norwood, Mr & Mrs Park. This course is awesome! The bunkers are very penal on the Pines 9. Unless your bunker game is good avoid at all cost. Meadows 9 renovations look and played great!!

Great place for a company luncheon. Food was delicious as I recall. Wish we could have done it here again this December, but they are renovated the clubhouse from what we heard.

Great facility. Come here often for different events. Under renovation and preparing for Mitsubishi Electric Classic.

Beautiful golf course. The company I work for sponsored a charity golf tournament here and it was really good. The TPC staff was super friendly and the day went off without any issues.

When Im visiting family here we always visit TPC Sugarloaf at least once. Definitely try the restaurant, great food & fast service. Lucky for us its within walking distance!

I have played TPC Sugarloaf many times over the past 15+ years. I always played with a long time resident and member of the club. This year, on Easter Sunday afternoon before I was to take my 3 sons in law to the Masters for a practice round I got another chance to play Sugarloaf with them, my member friend and his sons. While every time playing this course in the past was a special treat for me, on this occasion, with my sons in law promised a round of golf on one of Atlantas finest tracks, I was instead left embarrassed and upset. I had texted my member friend when we arrived. We proceeded to have lunch in the grille and do some browsing in the pro shop when we found out my host had the flu and could not play. We checked in at the pro shop and after 5 minutes of discussion between the attendant and someone in the offices off of the pro shop we were told that we could no longer play at the member/guest rate of $140 we had booked but they would let us play for $260 per player. They suggested I just put the difference on my friend/members bill. My sons in law were only in town for this weekend of golf and the Masters on Monday. We didnt expect this kind of treatment from the folks at this course. One member in the clubhouse after overhearing the exchange even offered to take us out after hearing how we were treated but there were 4 of us and not 3. I want to thank that gentleman for the offer but I want the staff of TPC Sugarloaf to know that this Musgrove Country Club member in Jasper, Alabama will not be back. I am sorry that my friend had to call you at the club while he was sick with the flu to correct your error in customer service. No one from the TPC Sugarloaf tried to contact me directly. After gathering our clubs from our loaded carts we instead played a very nice round of golf at Bears Best for $89 per person.

Attended a private party at the clubhouse. Real nice staff and good food. Didnt get to experience much away from the clubhouse. Lots of large, opulent homes in the gated community surrounding the golfing areas.

I got invited by my uncle that is a veteran and got to watch Vijay Singh and other famous golfers play at their best.

I played this course about 8 years ago. I collect logo balls and forgot to get one when I played there. I called and asked if they could mail one to my home in VA Beach. They said sure, I had the ball by Wednesday. Its the little things in customer service that sets places like this apart from everyone else. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!!! Oh and the course is absolutely beauitful!!

Not sure what this person references for a bad meal. They must not be a member and only been there one time. Sugarloaf has amazing food day in and day out and weve been members for 9yrs.

Gorgeous venue for a wedding, anniversary, special occasion. Granted it is not a wedding venue per say but you can have your wedding ceremony and reception there.

EDITED REVIEW: I am pleased to say that the quality of this restaurant has improved drastically. The staff has either been replaced or coached on how to provide customer service, because our large party (50+ people) was finally treated with courtesy and attention. This is our 3rd, possibly 4th time coming here for our yearly Christmas luncheon, and this is the first time that the wait staff seemed happy to actually be working there. They were attentive to every member of our party and provided refills or answered questions quickly, and I never saw them get any orders wrong. The quality of the food is vastly improved too, and this is the first year where no one got sick from the food afterwards. Due to these changes, I have improved my rating to 4 stars. I hope the improved quality continues!PREVIOUS REVIEW:The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and very well kept. I could sit and look at the scenery all day, it is just that gorgeous.However, the diner at the Country Club is not worth the money they charge. I have been there multiple times and each time there was something wrong with the food - the first time, I became very ill for the rest of the day after eating the burger I ordered (which was not very good anyway). The most recent time Ive gone, the food tasted better....once they finally got my order right, that is. How hard is it to cook salmon without sauce, anyway? Ive had better salmon at Outback Steakhouse, honestly.The servers usually look very stressed and grumpy; only a few of them have ever seemed cheerful or helpful. I have to wonder if they are overworked or understaffed, based on the way they act.If you want to pay for good quality food, I wouldnt recommend the Country Club. If you want to spend a peaceful day looking at beautiful, flowering landscapes, this is the place to go.

It is a great place to live and most people are nice except for this one rude and unfair Asian lady who was working at the waterslide. She made me get up when I was in line to go and let this one kid who was pushing people go in front. She is very ugly and unfair. She deserves to be fired

I have to say that the food, service and setting here are second to none. Its ITP food and its OTP! They do different types of dishes and mix up the menus and if you dont like whats on the menu then they will do WHATEVER you want -- try them! Ive never been dissapointed here -- try the Naan bread appetizer -- they mix up some good drinks, and the beer and wine selection are terrific. Service, bartenders, managers all exceptional and have very high levels of customer service. Love it here and free of traffic as were out in the burbs.
