Alot cleaner than last time I was there. Aside from the whole mask thing it was a good time. Will go back again when I dont have to wear one

Tightest slots I have ever played. Didnt even pay enough to keep the fun going for a little bit. I went through $600 in under a hour. Dont waste your time or money,Go elsewhere.

Great fun. Theyre showing great effort in cleaning the machine after somebody has played on it. I miss the buffet but the food is still good,steak was just as I ordered it med-well.

Diamond Jo always has a busy feeling. The atmosphere is great. Lots of slots to choose from. Payout is decent most of the time. They usually have good shows going on in the Moonbar.

Usually have a great time here when we go, have several games that we like to play. But after last night I had something disturbing happen and couldnt find any security to speak of and wanted to talk to someone but couldnt find anyone so we just ended up leaving.

Id say it was horrible cause I lost all my money but it was fun clean and a lot better clientele than most big casinos. I was allowed to use my vape on the floor. Thw only thing thats bringing down to star is the floor layout. It doesnt seem like there is any organization as to where the machines are. Still a great place. Have a visit

They keep your money but better casino than the Roses casinos in iowa. Prob 1 of the better ones. Clean and have the dollar slots still.

Visited on a Monday. Was offered a mask if we wanted. Hand sanitizer as you come in and throughout the casino. Was greeted outside by a very friendly employee. Asked if we were traveling and we talked about my truck camper and trout fishing in Colorado. He gave us a rundown of the casino. The employees wore masks, and we felt very safe there. Hats off to your greeter a very friendly gentleman.

A very petite and intimate setting. During COVID-19, they need to require mask and take body temperatures prior to entry to ensure the safety of all.

We are regular casino goers, we take 4-6 night Vegas trips every couple months, we frequent our local casinos (Ho-Chunk Baraboo, and Potowatami) every few weeks...we know casinos. We were surprised that we had not been to this one sooner! The staff was very friendly, the patrons were happy and warm, the vibe was just warm and inviting! The casino was very clean, smelled fresh (not typical, as Im a non-smoker and I usually find myself stuffy and feeling like I need a shower after an hour)...I dont know what they do to their air there, but other casinos need to take note! It smelled clean, and there wasnt a single ash on a machine, or spilled ashtray in that whole place. I was definitely impressed. We had very good payouts on our slots as well, which always helps make for a good night. We will definitely be back to this one.

This is where the Dubuque Impact Awards are held. We won 2019, what an honor! Super fun environment. We also rented private bowling alley for our crew. Despite our heavily tattooed appearance, we were treated with the upmost respect.

Came out a little ahead otherwise slots are really tight.Took 2 of my favorites and put them on lockdown.

We have yet to be disappointed in this casino. It has become a staple stop everytime we visit Dubuque. Staff is super nice. Place is always busy. Awesome entertainment. The Filament has delicious pomegranate margaritas. The Grill has really good sports food. The game betting area is huge, vibrant, and easy for guests to maneuver. The casino offers a wide variety of places to eat and get drinks. If you have kids?... there is a bowling alley kn the second floor! I love this casino and will continue to visit every time we come to Dubuque.

The casino is great And immaculate and the girls clean the machines the minute someone is off of it.

Our favorite get-away, from Milwaukee! The people are so warm and friendly! We enjoy Maggie Moran, the casino host, as well! She makes you feel like family! The food and bartenders at the Sports Bar are amazing, as well!

Only 2 stars due to smoking allowed.+ Styrofoam cups used as well(environment??). Tight slots. Nicely laid out casino. Very, very accommodating staff! Casino floor beverage areas and bathrooms could use some reworking. Great buffet, as well as all other dining areas with exception of Woodfire which is way overpriced and lower quality food served then expected. All eating areas adjacent to casino floor should have windows or sealed partitions to keep smoke out(Iowa Clean Air Act is a joke!)

Nicely lit place. Clean for the most part. Offers free coffee (Um, yeahhh!!!!), sodas and water. Has tons of games, but not much of a variety. Spacious enough so youre not hitting one another. Kudos.

I really liked the hotel there is arcade games a waterpark, its also fancy. But I would give the rooms 6-10 it wasnt bad but I mean its dark even with the light on. Overall I give this hotel a 8-10

Let me be first to say I didn’t listen to any of these reviews of how terrible the payouts are at this casino until I tried myself....I don’t ever expect to win at a casino that’s just the way it is but loosing 400$ in 4 hours never being up a single time is terrible! Boyd runs these casinos and this one is just like all the other ones he runs just terrible payouts will not ever be coming back again unless it’s for the buffet which was the only good thing about this casino

Great buffet,bars, music and casino! Casino is on the small size but you can still win big and great place to have fun alone or with family!

Had a great time there! The band started out being good. There was an older bartender who was great in the entertainment area. A younger heavier set girl was by no means able to tend bar. A small crowd and yet was still unable to hear the need to close the tab or order the right drinks. The main bar in the casino is exceptional! The black gentleman went out of his way to help! Kudos!

Always excited to visit this adult funhouse! The hosts are ever so friendly and helpful. I see plenty of people give negative reviews cuz they lost money. Its called gambling, because its win by chance! Either way of winning or losing, we always have a nice time.

Tryed the Kitchen Buffet would say its on the level of a Ponderosa not really bad just cafeteria food out of trays.Again wait staff are great and friendly and professional.

Its a decent casino. A little on the smaller side and laid out oddly. Not sure about the BJ table but it is what it is.

Went to Hotel California tribute band and they are talented beyond belief. They sound just like them but if they sang and played other music it would be as wonderful. The table we bought tickets at was a little tight. The guy next to us was having a tizzy about it. Were are getting a booth next time. Love this place always a good time.

Love this place. We come here a couple times a year with a bus trip that we run through our travel agency Latitudes Travel. They are friendly. Place is clean and not too smokey like other casino in Wisconsin. Food is good and the buffet has everything. In my opinion the food and drink prices in the other l restaurant are a little on the high side see that this is a casino. There is no incentive to come and stay hangout for a while and take a break. It costs more to have a couple of drinks and an appetizer that to just keep playing.

They allow smoking, yuck. Games didnt pay out for us. Buffet is pretty good, similar to the ones in Las Vegas.

This one is okay because the only place I found to park my semi war in the museum(?) across the street.Maybe I didnt look hard enough, but with its location, I think this would be impossible for trucks to navigate and park when the area is busy.Did win money here, so review isnt based off losing.

Nice place but never seem to win any money here. Better luck at Q casino. VERY disappointed that the entrance doors from parking garage are NOT handicap accessible (the doors are heavy and are not automated).

Went on bus trip. One of several over the years. Lot of penny machines, etc. Nice bowling alley upstairs and other venues. Love the location by the river museum. Lots to see within walking distance of casino. One of the best lunch buffets I have ever eaten at. Prices wont break the bank and very good quality. Give the casino a try if you are in the area. You wont be disappointed.

Me and the wife book 4 rooms for a Christmas gift for the kids and their families the kids and the wives enjoy the waterpark while us guys went across the road to the casino and had a good time. This is me and the wife second time staying at the hotel we went there once for a wedding which was very nice . Thanks for the good time will do it again!!

I am the Hard Rock Critic. This was my weekend get away to Gelena. Stopped at the casino for lunch and had the buffet, it was delisious. Everything i had was great. Plus you cant beat the price for lunch.Definitely not a disappointment here.Just double check to ask on what ingredients are in the food incase you have alergies. They are not descriptive on some items. So be procative in your own health.The pork tenderloin was to die for great job on that guys.

On Saturday, March 7th, I came to Diamond Jos for the 1st time on a Bus Trip from Beloit WI. .. The adventure was Great !! .. Gaming was Good, the Staff were Courteous, and the Restaurant has the Best Food !! .. Im sure Ill be back, I had a nice outting there !! ..

Came here for my birthday last month. Staff are always welcoming. Its a nice casino and had a good time. The Cherry Lanes bowling in the upstairs of the casino is a lot of fun! The River Walk is across the street behind the Grand Harbor hotel and is a nice walk when its warmer outside.

The machines were tighter than hell !!!! This is making me select a star before it will let me Post this. So Im selecting 1 Star BUT they dont deserve Any Stars!The guy that was at the door acted like I was bothering him when I asked him a question. I dont live here so I was curious about a couple of things. I finally told him not to worry about it.

I called the sports book to try and resolve an issue and the person I spoke with was very hostile and hung up on me. I then tried calling back and he didnt answer the phone. I used a different number and he answered the phone. When I started asking questions to resolve my issue he hung up on me again. Very rude and horrible customer service.
