Frequent kratom shopper... Im always treated like a friend and not just a regular. When I expressed how I prefer to shop local but didnt always agree with their prices, they locked me in at a great discount, and continue to give me random discounts...such as, one day I walked in and I was unable to afford my usual purchase, I only had $20 and some change to work with. So without giving it a second thought, the employee sold it to me at 2/3 the usual cost!Anyone who complains about being treated like a kid because they dont want certain discussions taking place in their store, grow up and understand that there is such a thing as liability, and public image ... If you want to talk about illegal activity, take it to a safer environment.

The glass here for some is a little expecive but for others its really what the piece is worth. A lot of the glass actually in store comes from some reputable artist. If you want a store to say your buying american boro glass when really its china glass head down to altered state. But right here is the only place to buy authentic custom glass in dubuque.

I drove two hours to buy some kratom. The guy working behind the counter was very knowledgeable and professional. It seems nowadays employees everywhere have a hard time with eye contact while answering questions. This guy answered all my questions and was great. The prices are a little high on the kratom but it comes from a good source. If they have sales every so often it would average out. I will definitely be back again. Thad

Clerks are fairly knowledgable on all products in the store, i gave them the description of what I was looking for, I was shown three options and given adequate information to make my decision!

As I walked in I heard a gentleman in front of me say, 2 more please. Which should have been a red flag as he consumed his 3rd pouch of Kratom powder. Long story short...i purchased the Gold Kratom (5 count) and was told its the strongest. I started with 2....then a third and fourth until all 5 had been consumed. 3 hours later Im googling and calling the store because I havent felt anything yet. In the end....$40 dollars gone and a very frustrated as the stores employees explanation was....hhhmm thats odd. Its our best seller.

For as many head shops Ive been to, this one stands out the most for treating their customers like children. Walked in and was told not to say certain slang about some of their pipes. If you dont know what to call it, just ask me, I was told. I should also note, all glass is $10-20 & sometimes $30 markup which is unacceptable. It blows my mind this place is in business. No wait, it blows my mind people are paying the insane markup prices. No wonder they host free pizza parties & raffles, they dont know what to do with all the extra cash.

I probably wont go back. Not my style.
