Poor to no communication. The mobile home I chose was Lot#40 which was a new unit that was just placed on the lot so it had to have all the electrical plumbing air and heat unit installed. I paid the application fee and deposit at that time. The assistant landlord advised me that the unit would be ready on the 1st of November. On the 27 of October I went to check on the progress well low and behold nothing had been done to the unit. I then went to the home office and spoke with Chasity about refunding my deposit. I wrote the corporate office of why I want my deposit back and Chasity advised me that it was going to be submitted that same day and it would take about 30 days before I would be refunded. Which is kinda understandable. I call just to see how things was going. The home office told me that they have no way of knowing because the corporate office is handling it. Then I called and asked for the corporate office number and was told by the assistant landlord the she don’t know the number and to call back when Chasity come in. Well I called back and no one answered. Well here it is the 1st of December and I still have no idea of what’s going on. I have called and texted and still no answer. My question is how can you work in an office and not know the number to your corporate office. So unprofessional

Current residents in a newer unit that is supposed to have central heat and air and we have been without a.c since January. they also mismanaged $1000 on our account and it appeared all through may we were behind when we prepaid mays rent in April. the account was missing $1000 that would not have been recovered if we would not have kept receipts. I have small infants and as climates climb into the 90s here in Ga we are still with no A.C as I am typing this. I was promised a repairman would be here today. No-one has been here. I have checked with other tenants who have received their utility bill and I still have not received mine. someone stole my childrens bike, and also packages from my front porch. on april 9th I gave them a money order for over 2 thousand dollars and they still have not fixed the a.c...living here is a complete nightmare!!!! not even worthy of 1 star.

What a dump. Trash overflowing, animals running wild, same with the kids. Very trashy looking. Heard nothing good about this place.

Management will tell you what you want to hear to get you into a place.. then when youre in... they fix nothing, do nothing, And apologize & do more of nothing.

The management here is always with bs and it’s always excuses when it came time to move in! They had my money for a while and now that I want a refund I’m still getting the run around! They won’t give me the regional manager number, all they keep saying is someone will call but never do! This is the worst place I ever did business and due to them failing to provide my money me and my children are homeless! So u tell me if this is a great place to call home or do any business

Beware seems liken this place is run by thugs under new managment i had a big agrgument accused of stealing because they listen to anyone an anybody,but come to find out nothing was stolen,i proceed to let the managment know that one of there employees approched me wanting to take property from someone being evicted,but the day they kicked the door in is the same day the tenant came to collect her stuff,i informed the regional manager that the employee wanted to steel some of the tenants property,she basically called me a lier,because this same guy still enters peoples apt,with keys given to him.i would not want to live somewere werew a theif has my keys,also they belive anything someone tells them without useing there own experience an investigation tactics,Before they bought the property ither was a cat problem to many cats i am an animal advicate,an with my own money i spayed an neutered 36 cats an removed 43 babys to rescued tnr is the most humane an succecful wayh to deal with stray cats my stratergy was working no cats in most areas exept for the back of park an a few by office were it joins a nother community,but 32 cats are healthy domesticated because the people who lived there left them there alone i tryed to ask the reginol manager if she could donate resources for me to contiue to spay an nueter the cats,she told me i was exstorting her,also she told me that she wasa calling animal control to come an handle the situation an i think we all know animal control will kill every last cat causeing a vacume effect meaning new cat thsat arent spayed will now take resident were we all enjioded the reduction of babys dieing in the hot sun an the dogs killing the babys,the overal problem is there allow people to bring in there animals this helps with renting quoters as most people wont allow animals into there property because in the minority section of rentors they tend to move alot anleave tnher pet in the park abandenment it happens to often they dont monitor how the animals are treated just no rules on housing animals,so the animals are left on chains 24hrs day in 100 degree weath chains to short then tangled up.one tenant has two large dogs in a chicken coop box for 23hrs a day tymes 3 years he walks them 2 times in day 15 miin in morning 15 in evening than back ton box its to hot nuber one 2 the animal needs physical stimulation also vissual but gets none,thes dogs live right in front of office i informed office an nothing was done.please b werrey when rentin g fron plase,save yourself a head ach an rent in ga is not that high it dose not start at 450 1 bedroom. please conside before renting ffrom these thugs very disrespectful.thank you i thought it b important to write this for iformative purposes

Very nice and clean quiet place. The office staff is amazing as well.

Not a place a person with better decisions should live. Rent is 2 high and u cant get anything fixed because they claim they never have the stuff to fix your trailer right and can never keep a maintainance crew. Nothing they advertise is true. There are new trailers in the park that are suppose to have central hear and air that dont so dont waste your time.

The roads are full of potholes, the pool is never open, and repair of existing trailers is discouraged.

They charge to much for those ragged trailers and they put new ones charging like its ATL!

They started out nice and then the staff became very ugly was very rude to war veteran overall the place is awful I would not advise for anyone even put their dog there

They dont have permits for the new homes have not had inspection done and refuse to give your money back for your security deposit which I was told was illegal by officers
