Airborne Trampoline Park

I always have such a fun time jumping at airborne. It’s clean and everyone is always so helpful. Avery went above and beyond to help us get our party taken care of. 10/10 recommend!!

We were there with a very large group from one of the local schools. So I think they were a little overwhelmed at the counter. Nevertheless, I think they did a good job of trying to accommodate so many people all at once. It was also very clear that they were trying to be attentive to everyones individual needs. I also admire the cleanliness of the place. I felt sort of safe I think would be the best word for it. It was very obvious that they took a lot of care and keeping everything clean. .

Our groups of 9 was very well accommodated! Elizabeth was so nice to open and sanitize the wipe out area so we could do it as a family! Overall super fun!!

We had our football banquet here and it was perfect!! Adnan helped coordinate everything, answered all of my many questions and made our event happen smoothly! We will for sure be back for other events and just to play!!! Such a fun place!Heidi

Great customer service! Nice and clean. And my kids love it here! But having to fill out a different waiver at every single location is insane! It took me 45 minutes to get checked in because I had to figure out where all the waivers had been filled at from. It was a pain!

Online system is kinda annoying in that it doesn’t transfer between locations. Had to fill out waivers all over again. Then half of it is under construction—which we weren’t told before paying. Despite this—the kids had a great time. There weren’t many people there since it was the day before Thanksgiving.

This was our second time going. It was Presidents Day so I expected it to be busy and it was, however the line took way too long to get checked in. The party check in desk said they would help in a minute but they didnt. There needs to be a plan in place for high traffic days. Other than that it was great my boys loved it and had more fun than last time since people were actually there. We will be back another time for sure.

I always have an excellent experience. The equipment is well taken care of, the facility iss clean, and Dillon does a very good job at taking care of me and my kids. Love coming here!

We have always loved this place but we came recently after the new remodel and it took us 30 minutes just to pay and when we got up to pay they said we had to sign a new waiver due to the remodel. Once we got that all taken care of and got in the place was absolutely freezing. We have done a ton of our kids birthday parties here in the past but I don’t think we will be coming back.

Love going here!! Zack makes amazing pizza! Very affordable and a good place to hang out with friends. The staff are also super friendly as well.

Used to be better. Now they force you to buy their socks even if you have your own. Doesn’t make any sense. Not cool.

My kids are members here and come a couple times a week to jumó. Today we are here on a busy Saturday afternoon, usually we come right after Jiu Jitsu around 11 and it’s not so busy, and the place is pretty packed. I have to give s large compliment to Elizabeth who is working up by the air track and the super tramps. She is doing an amazing job of keeping all of the kids under control and keeping the area safe. Great job young lady!

You *have* to buy their socks. It doesn’t matter if you bring your own socks with grips. They will not let your kids jump with out Airborne socks. I think they should have this posted on their website in big bold text and in their google maps description. Also when you call they should warn you. I drove two hours out to get here it’s very frustrating. I also called before coming and was not warned.

Kids love coming here to play! So many area to experience and obstacles to challenge them. New renovation will not disappoint.

Logan was the best employee ever. It was my first time here and he helped me with everything. He was so nice.

First time visit for my son birthday at the Lindon location. We had a wonderful experience!!! The kids had an absolute blast!Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. I am not sure on employees names, but had interactions with several and everyone was great.I loved that it felt clean.While there, we bought the no brainer monthly membership and talked about group prices for an upcoming family reunion of sorts.Cant wait to come back next week.

Every time I come in I have a great time jumping the party’s are great and it’s an all around fun time. I love all the employees there all super nice, I especially like Adnan he’s always so kind to me every time I come in he’s a great employee.

Ive been going for a while and always had a great experience, the add-ons and upgrades were needed and make it much better the worker Dillon helped me learn a belly flop on the big trampoline.

We had a birthday party tonight at your Draper location for my daughter. We made reservations and arrived before our scheduled time, no one was available to help with party reservations. When we finally found someone to help us, they gave us wristbands and told us someone would come take us to our table. It took another 10 minutes, we were well past our reservation time. She showed us to our tables, unfortunately they were all in the dark. Our daughter and her friends played for a bit. We were told pizza would be ready at 6:30pm. It was 6:30pm and nothing came. I looked for someone at your snack bar. No one was there... I talked to someone at your front desk who informed me you guys ran out of pizza. No one even went out of there way to inform us that you were out of pizza. Our guests were hungry and thirsty and had nothing. We had to leave to get pizza and bring it back for our guests. I’m really disappointed with the service I received and was embarrassed to host a party like that for my daughter’s birthday. Food was not available, no one was around to help us, and they didn’t even get to jump the full 2 hrs. That was the worst service I’ve had. Someone needs to organize things at your Draper location.

I had a really great time! Dillon was very friendly and helped me learn to do a backflip. 10/10 would bounce again!

Camden is always amazing behind the food counter. Tyler is one of the best staff members right next to Zack, both in the food counter and everywhere else. Calvin and Logan are always pleasant to be around and I know Ill have a great time.

Love bringing my kids to Airborne. Space is always clean and staff are polite and friendly.

My kids love this place! It’s so much fun. We love the new membership and go all the time. Lindsay and Susie were very helpful in getting a ten pass for my children’s friends so we could save money but bring friends each time we come. Thank you for having such a great place for my children to enjoy during such weird times.

Ally was extremely helpful with our very large party. She was so patient and willing to explain prices over and over again even after we asked for the hundredth time! Of course the jumping was fun also, but I still have to say that the service here was by far the best part. We will absolutely be returning.

Called Tuesday to book Friday night party, the young lady completely forgot to enter party info into the system. When we arrived there was brief confusion until Zach(or Zack) saved the day. He immediately got a room cleaned and provided every party piece with perfection from holding our ice cream cake until ready and giving the birthday boy and crew a shoutout when it was pizza time. Our 9 year old couldn’t have been happier with the night. We enjoyed every second including some of the newer attractions like the trapeze and wipeout areas. Could not recommend more for a bday party; especially if Zack is on shift.

Everybody does a great job they are all so nice and hard working! Especially Zack Poe he is an amazing employee/manager! 100/10 would come again.

Airborne is a great place to have fun and exercise with families and friends. I recently bought a frequent flyer Membership, I can say with 100% confidence that it is one of my best and smartest purchases. To go to the Lindon airborne Location every day and get two 2 hours and pay only $22 for 3 months. With this membership, I found out of another location that was better in every other way. The draper location has so much that you can do that you never get bored. And their services are 10 out of 10. The employees are great at keeping everyone safe and having fun. An employee by the name of Yvan did a great job enforcing the rules and keeping everyone safe. Airborne is a great place for families and friends to come together, have fun, have some food, and have a great time.

Fantastic place! Been talking about coming here for years and finally did this weekend.Can’t wait for the obstacle course to open. I’ll definitely be back!

Waiting forever to get in! Then they tell you that to pay to jump you also have to pay to buy “their” socks. Don’t use any other jump parks socks because “that’s the policy”. Nickel and dime the customers and they’ll stop coming. Fly High is so much better!!!

Lindzey helped my father get my sons month long pass and also assisted myself and my son when we came in for the first time. She was absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond helping us get started. She made us feel incredibly welcomed as she let us know how things go since we had never been to a trampoline park before. I felt comfortable, knowledgeable, excited, happy, and certain we would love our time jumping around. Not only that but we most definitely will be back often throughout the summer and beyond. Thank you so much for everything and we will certainly be back sooner then later!!!

Great fun. Newly remodeled. Some areas are not open if there isnt enough staff. you have to wear their socks(the socks I bought at altitude were not acceptable). But once purchased you can reuse them.

It was enjoyable for the most part, I think in the remodel they took out some things that should have stayed, like the big wall and basketball hoops for the older kids. My kids got bored after about a half an hour which wasnt the case with the old layout. The new wipeout feature is fun but the last time we went it wasnt being operated and I asked why they said that they were understaffed which I get but its one of the funnest things to do there. Hopefully the new air x will have some more exciting additions.

This place is awesome amazing place for all ages and amazing place to learn new tricks, I like this place a lot because they have an amazing staff. In fact I would like to name a specific person named Nicholas he was awesome he would explain rules nice and clearly and would also give a really good anwser to. He would also help you learn new tricks. Keep it up Nicholas like fr airborne give him a raise

Camden at Draper Airborne was so awesome and gave my kids a voucher to jump for free to accommodate for some mistakes made at my son’s birthday party. My kids LOVE this place - it is so clean and the staff is all super friendly.

Lindsey was amazing at the counter. They did a great job with the remodel. It’s like a brand new place, so many new attractions. Very clean and felt safe to have my kids play here.

Had a great time here every time here on every occasion. Most recently they were remodelling the place, so its looking better than ever.The workers here are awesome - cool, nice, helpful folks. Camden was especially helpful and awesome.All-around a sweet place to vibe.

I am writing a review on a worker named Adnan he is the best worker there he has the best attitude and is such a hard worker!!!!!!! He deals with costumers well and should deserve a RAISE he is the best worker at airborne and he is a very good influence to the company!!!!!! I am combing back!!!!!!!!

Always a great time for my grandchildren to play and have fun. Nice facilities, clean and well kept. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Kaitlyn at front desk is especially nice. Jackson, the manager is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Lindsey was such great help I came in the other day with me and my friends, and we didn’t have enough money to pay for us to jump, she went above and beyond to help us and ended up paying the difference out of her pocket! They definitely have caring staff, thank you so much Lindsey!

First, the trampolines are very fun. There are alot of places to jump. Kids and parents will have fun. I like how there is a little-kid only area. I have two complaints, first is the cost. It is very expensive and I am not likely to visit again soon, It would be $68 for my family for one hour. Second, the nerf battle arena was terrible. The guns would shoot one shot and then jam. This was nearly all of them.The trampolines are fun though.

Susy helped us out and she was so kind! We love airborne and all of their staff. They are being diligent with sanitizing and helping everyone social distance while still having fun!

Awesome! This place is so much fun for kids and the customer service is outstanding! Lindzey and Susie both went above and beyond in their customer support, by showing me how to fill out the waivers to accommodating our request to leave a bit early! We will definitely be visiting again.

Great place. Lots of room. Remodel looks great! Kids from 2-16 all had a great time. They could use more room for big kids since you have to wait for the trampolines.

Lindzey was such a great help when I came to Airborne with my kids. We had never been to a trampoline park before and she helped explain the whole process to us. Not only did she go over the waiver with us step by step, she also explained it to my father In Spanish because he doesnt speak English. We definitely will come back, and recommend Airborne for the to-go-to trampoline park!

First off, we had a great experience at Airborne and my kids loved it! I was incredibly impressed with Zack. Waiting in line, I was able to watch him deal with some very frustrating situations, teenagers demading a refund because they werent having fun and they had 20 minutes left on their time and a mother of a family demading a discount that didnt exist. He was super helpful to me and when I purchased my punch pass, I accidently dropped it. He grabbed it off of the ground and when I went back to the desk he said I saw that on the ground and grabbed it so it would be safe for you. As an owner of a company with employees of my own, I would want to know that Zack is doing an awesome job, keeping calm and helping customers to solve problems. Definitely a huge test of character and he passed with flying colors!

Airborne is one of my favorite places to go to I try to go as much as possible the staff is amazing and nothing gets old

They did a lot of remodeling which was good. But they are targeting little kids as there audiences. As an andult i feel like it could have been better. But still will recommend to people because they do treat people well. At least every experience i had.

They are finally open again and they have changed the whole place! Huge remodel and it is so much fun! Big thanks to management specifically Rob for making everything easy and an effortless process to sign in.

Airborne has recently been remodeled and the kids love it! Lindzey helped us check in and she is friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend purchasing a punch pass!! We will definitely come back and recommend Airborne for all ages!

I went to airborne and I hurt my hand and Katelyn came to my rescue and got me an ice bag and was so nice to me. She was the best!

My kids are always begging to go here with friends to bounce. Huge area for small kids to have fun without getting run over, medium spot (which is huge), and an advanced area that resembles a Ninja Warrior gym. Very little staff supervision throughout the area, but plenty of parents that are in the variety of sitting areas, and the kids bouncing have always been nice and respectful in the 10+ times we have gone. We love the Two for Tuesday special, and get 2 hours for the price of one. Lots of Fun!

Me and my friends had an amazing experience we loved it.The assistant manager Lindsey was so nice to us this place was super fun I definitely recommend it.

The staff there is amazing and its a great place to take the kidz out for some bouncing fun plus the assistant manager is really nice with some of the other staff i fot to know.

My family and I love coming to Airborne, especially this location! We were greeted by the friendly manager Rob and throughout our experience, the workers helped and assisted with anything that we needed. 5/5 this place is very welcoming and super fun! We will return soon!

It took us over 30 minutes to get checked in tonight. There was one person at the check in desk and another worker sitting behind a separate desk but not helping customers. I asked later and found out he was the manager. He made his co worker check in everyone and only helped when there was an issue and then immediately went back to sitting down doing nothing even if it meant walking away from the next person in line. We were there Wednesday august 19th from 7-7:40pm.We paid for 2 hours but the building was so hot and the workers were so rude or unhelpful that we eventually decided it wasnt worth staying.If you want to go to an airborne I would highly recommend the one in Lindon. It doesnt have as nice of an area for little kids but the staff is so much nicer and the whole atmosphere is better. I would never go to this location again

I went here with my three year old son and ten year old niece today. We had the best experience. Lindzey helped us at the front desk and was so friendly and accommodating. She answered all of our questions. The facility had recently been remodeled and is very clean and well maintained. They had sanitizer stations throughout and lots of seating for social distancing. There was also spray and towels around the facility for staff to clean and wipe down surfaces. People were well spaced out and a lot of the adults who were observing wore their masks. We really had the best two hours. I cannot recommend it enough. That you for an enjoyable afternoon out of the heat.

I spoke with your graphic designer, Nick Moore, and it was such a pleasant experience! He was extremely helpful and kind. He gave me all the information I was looking for, plus more! He was more than happy to share his resources with me. Im really grateful for all his help and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for that.

Great place to take the kids or do something different for date night.We were coming through from out of town and needed something fun to do during a rain storm and ended up here. The staff were great, it wasn’t over crowded, and there is plenty to do with some great obstacles.We had a great time and were treated well by staff.Thanks!

I had a blast here! This one kid named Jack was a tad strict about the area he was watching. But now that I think about it he was just trying to keep me and the others safe and was just doing his job.

This place was all in one! Absolutely loved taking my nieces and nephews here! There was Somthing for all of them to do. This places stretches the dollar in the best way! The staff was amazing and observant and attentive. The location will be a stomping ground for fast and fun enterainment!
