I want to love Studio Movie Grill but I cant. The food is over priced and frankly terrible. Every time I order an adult beverage I recieve it at after the halfway point of the film, often after having asked staff several times for it. Last time, my margarita took an hour and half to arrive and was blended rather than on the rocks. I told the server and she who left to fix it. Another 20 minutes went by and another server brought a melted blended margarita to me. Again I asked for the correct drink. During the denoument of It: Chapter 2, I left the theater to find a manager who was loudly discussing how he handled a customer who left her phone behind and made fun of her! I asked for my drink, it arrived after the cheque for my bill. I was still charged for a drink I hadnt yet received.This wasnt the first time I have had this problem however 2 stars for some sweet employees and free parking.
