Great park for a day of outdoor activities! The playground has plenty of fun equipment for kids to run around and get some energy out. The basketball courts always have some great games going on and theyre of fine quality. Plenty of baseball fields and even a short path to walk or run down. This place has been here forever and its just great!

Visited this park while an event was going on and wow i was impressed. Still very clean and trash cans emptied and taken care of right away. Lots to do, volleyball,playground,baseball and so much more . Large shaded eating area and public restrooms. Great park to visit.

This park is enormous! I had a blast with mini golf. My kids love this place. Definitely worth checking it out

Nice place. 18 holes, fairly easy course. Family friendly. No mandatory use of face masks.

Have been coming to this park since it was first built. The path and all the amenities are great!

Half of the time I come here this place is closed. They have very limited selection of snacks other than the fact that they have a lot of candy. The candy is overpriced of course. Three different flavors of ice cream, tons of soft drinks and only hotdogs and nachos and cheese are what is for food. That concession stand is located at the far end of the park next to the parking lot. If you are on the baseball fields it is a very long walk to get here. The bathrooms are also located in the same building and are extremely dirty. The floors are so dirty that I would not want to even step in there with my shoes on. There are no paper towels and the dryers do not work. The park itself is really good however. They have lots of tennis courts basketball courts and soccer fields.

Great park with lots to do. Id like it more if street parking around it were less restrictive; the park itself is so big it can be hard to get where youre going if youre not close to the lot.

This park was spacious. It has a mini golf, tennis court and basketball court. The ambiance was relaxing too. Clean and was well-maintained. You can bring your kids if you like too.

This park has everything: 3 full BB courts, 3 sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, baseball, horse shoes, picnic/bbq areas, open grass areas, and walking/bike trails.

This is a great park to go play basketball volleyball or soccer. There’s enough parking lot room for cars so there’s always a spot. The bathrooms are always clean. The volleyball court is sand and the net is always well maintained. This park is in a great location Downers Grove. For any sport this is a great park to go to.

Miniature golf is a blast!

I loved playing at this park since I was a little girl. Now I bring my son. The park is well cared for. The playground includes equipment for toddlers and older children. They also have tennis courts, miniature golf, a walking path with workout stations, outdoor workout equipment, volleyball courts, and fields for a variety of team sports.

This is a great place to visit if you are looking to relax, play, or exercise. It has some nice walking paths as well as a robust set of basketball and volleyball courts and a soccer field. The playgrounds are big and there was a roving security guard when we visited keeping tabs on the place. We felt safe and were able to enjoy ourselves for several hours.

Loved McCollum park! Super fun and huge place!! Has a couple soccer fields and tennis courts and baseball field and basketball courts and playgrounds for kids! Was my first time there but was a really fun experience! It was big enough where everyone has their own space and you don’t feel crowded. We were actually able to do a bible study with some friends without being distracted and having people loud and around us. Really enjoyed my time there.Definitely a good place to go if you have a big group of people and need a lot of space.

Another good walk

This is a great park, with lots of different areas for various sports (soccer, baseball, basketball, beach volleyball). There are also two nice childrens playgrounds: one for younger kids and one for older kids. They are high quality and the kids enjoy them. There are lots of paths, with great trees and lots of grass around. There is also an outdoor gym which is pretty good. There is also a nearby mini golf, which is fun. There is usually enough parking since they have a few parking lots.

McCollum Park is a very well planned park. There are restrooms with running water and flush toilets in the center of the four ball fields. Strategically-placed tree offer shade on hot, sunny days and there is a drinking fountain located by the childrens Park play area. Exercise equipment is available as well as boxes available to play bean bag games! I was here for baseball game but I will return to use some of the other facilities!

Beautiful, vast park with many activity options for individuals and families of all sizes. There are basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis, mini golf. The walking/bike path is winding, long and well paved. Located right off of Main St. There are pavilions for group gatherings.

Lots to do at McCollum! Besides the sports fields and courts for organized sports, there are playgrounds for all ages, a picnic shelter, walking path (with plenty of benches!), and more.

Lots to do no matter age or likes. Convenient parking. Also plenty of places for grandmas to watch the kids play.

This park has everything. Getting in the park can be challenging depending on the direction your going. Leaving is easy if you exit near the lights. Great playground for all ages and almost every sport.

Plenty of things do especially with kids. Nice playground with a lot of space. You can ride your bike through the park and walk on a path. There is also an area where there are outdoor workout machines. I love this park. I find myself going to this park just to read a book.

McCollum park is a good place to be outside. Very large with tennis, baseball, and soccer fields. There are also nice open areas and trees. My friends and I like to hammock here.

Baseball diamonds, soccer fields, tennis courts, volleyball courts and two kids parks. Not to mention mini golf. Very clean in a safe neighborhood

The Jeffrey Michael Dehlin Memorial Foundation held our 1st annual 5K Run/1K Walk at McCollum Park on Sunday, October 6th. We had a wonderful experience with the Downers Grove Park District, the price was affordable, there is a large pavillion to work under for registration, running paths, and a lovely park. Because we held our event on a Sunday morning, the additional population was minimal, which kept the pathway clear. We will definitely use McCollum Park again!

Always clean and well kept. I go here on my lunch for a quiet reading break.

Great park BUT they need to post diagrams throughout the venue with the numbers of the fields on them. Impossible to know where to start looking for grandkids games.

A very nice public park maintained by the DG Park District. A variety of sports and play arounds available plus a nice miniture golf course. My wife and I go there to have our daily walk (1.2 Mile walk path. Very nice!!

Great city park with baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, exercise equipment, a 1.2 mile path for walking, jogging, bicycling or rollerblading. Portable bathroom and Putt-putt golf are also available. Ample parking is available too.

Public bathroom not always available/open.

I cannot tell you how many hours Ive spent here first as a kid and then as a coach. If youre trying to play tennis here, it will be hard to find a court after 6PM in the summertime. But its a great community and people are very friendly so dont be afraid to ask for a court. Or to join/play doubles.

One of the best park for sporting activities!

Large open areas, plenty of smooth paths, large playground and an array of fields and courts. I prefer this park when my children want to bike or ride scooters because the paths arent near streets.

Very good park for Volleyball and walking/running. Track around ground is 1.2 miles which is good for walking. Volleyball and basket ball courts are having night light. Well maintained tennis courts and good soccer and baseball grounds.

The park is fantastic! In the summertime there is an ice cream shop, a playground for children, Pavilions and barbecues, baseball fields, horseshoes, miniature golf, and a really nice paved walking path. Leashed pets are welcome. Also there is free parking.

Nice looking park in a very safe area. My two kids enjoyed themselves and it seemed the other kids did as well. If I live red near by and my kids were older I would be conformable with them using the park without me.
