Doerhofer park is a lovely park situated in the northwest part of Downers Grove. All of its facilities are maintained very well. Speaking of its facilities, there are 2 baseball fields, a softball field, 4 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, 2 batting cages, a playground, concession stand with restrooms and water fountains, and a combination football/soccer field. It is a wonderful park to go to.

Parking isn’t the greatest to access the play ground . They have a football field and a couple of baseball field. The park overall is clean and they have public restrooms and picnic tables.

Wonderful park

Doerhoefer park has three baseball fields complete with home run fences and lights for night games. Theyre also public restrooms in a drinking fountain, along with a playground for younger siblings to play on the playground during baseball games. Theres also an astro turf football / soccer field that also has lights for night games. All of the fields are very well maintained and have good drainage allowing games to be played even after rain. Each of the three baseball fields and the football field Ill have bleachers to watch the games from.

Beautiful clean park with lots to do for the kids.

This is a pretty good park with baseball diamonds, artificial turf field for football and soccer. The concession is sometimes open during the weekend.

This park packs a lot in for a small space! It has a playground for kids, multiple baseball fields, a few tennis courts, and a full length turf field. The walking path is great for my lunch break! Always clean and well maintained.

Mainly used for travel youth football games, soccer and baseball practices and leagues through the park district. Small playground area. There are enclosed bathrooms, but would not recommend letting your kids go alone. There have been a few incidents there over the years and wouldnt recommend letting kids go in there alone.

Wish the Park District took better care of the Girls Softball fields spent 1.5 hours scrapping off field mix run off.

Good playground equipment. 3 ball fields. One artificial turf football/soccer/ rugby field. 4 tennis courts. 2 pickle ball courts. 2 basketball courts.

Its easy to get to if your far out this way. Clean park. Two big lots and two smaller ones to park. Really nice place.

It is well maintained and it is beautiful.

Pros: Clean park, play equipment for 2-5 yrs and 5+ yrs, indoor bathrooms available but I cant attest to the cleanliness bc I didnt go in, lots of shade for a picnic.Cons: baby swings are in a separate area from the regular swings, no handicap accessible swings, theres a cement lip around the park thats only 2 inches high but it would make it hard for a wheelchair to enter the play area.

2 separate bball hoops, but no full court which gives this a 4 and not a 5/5. Plenty of parking, 30 spots or so. Fenced wall and concrete tennis walls on either side of the court to keep the ball from rolling far which is helpful.

Horrible parking arrangement. Extremely overcrowded, I consider to be a fire safety Hazzard, no chair is bolted down, in the event of quick evacuation, people would most definitely be harmed by others trampling over them. Judge with the long white beard and bald head is extremely nice. Lady that calls out the name has a very soft voice and is hard to hear anywhere near the rear of the courtroom not professional looking at all. 1 star cause its a sh¡t show

Parking is kind of a bummer on a busy day, but at least the parking spots are close. Nicely kept for the kids to play. Inside bathrooms and concession stand too.

Just wish security was more accessible. There was a very scary, passive-aggressive man who has been there lately terrorizing patrons.
