They didnt know much about the toys n the store I have 31 yrs experience in toys.

Went in there after calling first to see if they have a large selection of big girl sizes and yes. The sales person Rosemary was so nice and give me plenty of options. This location gave great customer service and went above and beyond on wrapping the last minute gift i needed for a bridal shower.

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Every time I go in the girls working are extremely helpful. Its never awkward, and they are very knowledgeable. You can tell when somebody actually enjoys their job, and everyone at this store clearly loves their job.

The Lady working their named Kim was amazing. Not only is she knowledgeablele on the vast majority of the products, she doesnt mind helping guest when it comes to finding an trying on those corsets. Me an my husband always struggle to find proper sizes because I am a heavier person but she help me try on a variety of items an find the proper size. She was super friendly, fun, an engaged us in some knowledge on the products we were looking for as well as brought a lot of things to us that we didnt know or understand the proper use for. Having been to this location several times in the past I have never had such a tremendous an exciting visit as I did working with Kim. We will be returning soon to finish up our wish list.

I went here with my boyfriend, we are definitely more on the vanilla side sexually. We walked in very hesitant and nervous. We were CLEARLY clueless about... well, everything. Alex has the type of personality that helps you relax and feel comfortable asking questions. About 15mins in we were talking and asking questions 100% comfortable. Could not be happier with my experience. Will be back to add more toys to our now growing collection!!!

The last time I was here, I left furious. I wanted to purchase a few items, and at the counter decided I was not going to be taking one of the items. I was very clear about this and my boyfriend standing next to me was my witness. So as I walked out the door I looked at my receipt and noticed I was rung up for the item and went back in to point out the mistake. Well in so many words they told me I was screwed and that I couldnt return the item I asked to be taken off in the first place!!! Yep, they said it was my fault for not catching it and I was out my $40 and stuck with a product I couldnt use. I wasnt even outside the store 15 seconds before returning. Yes, I get thats policy but come on. Talk about being a goal obsessed store who doesnt give a crap about the customers. I will just order my goodies from an online store from now on.

The service at Lovers Lane was great. I was a bit hesitant to go into the shop and ask questions but the girls made me feel very comfortable. They had so many products to choose from and the prices were good too. Highly recommended!

Went to buy a product...I purchase it go home and the thing stops working 4 minutes after operation... No returns it exchanges...I just paid 50 bucks for garbage... And they let me buy it knowing it was probably defective... I would not go back there to buy anything.... Save your money... That was such a waste of time and money...I cant get either of it back nor exchange the product I feel like Ive been robbed

So I went in to lovers lane a few days ago and I had a fantastic experience. Ive gone into this location before but only for costumes and little things as gag gifts, etc. Well this time I wanted to check out a few other items and Ani, Rae and Faith made it so easy and made the situation so chill it took away any awkward vibes I mightve otherwise felt. Its always a great thing when you go in and the employees talk to you like you are a human instead of an inconvenience. These ladies made me laugh, gave me tips and instead of focusing on making the sale they made sure I left happy and satisfied. & trust me... they know what theyre talking about!! ;)Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nice place but the white lady with the brown bad colour tooth so rude I will not buy there again

All the ladies where very pushy trying to make you spend more. Did not like this store.
