Came for a birthday party, wasnt skating, just there for my neices birthday party and still wanted to charge us 8 dollars a pop. Absolutely not acceptable.

Wow we had so much fun skating! My kids had a blast and so did the adults, even though we havent skated in 25 years! The place was clean and had your typical roller rink look. The family night special was a great deal and food prices arent that bad either. We will definitely come back again.

My daughter and I love going here. She is learning to skate. The large size of the rink is great, prices are reasonable, and the food isnt bad. If people on the rink understood basic etiquette of not cutting people off all the time when making a beeline for the rink exits everything would be perfect. Referees are great with the patrons and run the place well, but are really hands-off on the rink itself and dont police the ones causing issues when they skate against the flow or stand still in the middle staring at cellphones. If you like dodging oncoming traffic, this is the place to be.

I am a teenager and from what i see people look happy with the place. The kids are able to skate with the help of the workers. They also have safety rules like no food on the skate floor!! The food is AMAZING!!

ROLLER SKATING, YEE HAW!!!Fun, but skate within your abilities (which means go slow at first so you dont fall).Ok, with 5 weeks worth of experiences, at this location, leads me to say that this is a place for fun family times.They offer lessons for all ages, so get up and try it.The amenities are geared towards children so dont expect gourmet food and fine dining. Its a roller skating rink with typical food to order. They even give you a buzzer when you order to ensure that your food is cooked to order.They definitely support the community. School outreach field trips and teen nights. Just remember that kids are great but they can also have attitudes.Overall, I would recommend this place and they definitely need your support. Roller rinks are far and few between.This is a gem of a place. Come and have fun.

No other Skating option in Dover. But the customer service is pretty good and the kids love coming here. Good clean fun for the family. Very rare.

My kids had so much fun!! The food is not great, but we dont go for the food. They have fun games and the skates were in good shape. Bathrooms were clean and facilities are well kept for their age. We will definitely be going back!!

I had my son’s birthday party here. We ordered the VIP birthday package. My family could not be happier with how the manager and staff treated us. They went above and beyond what we expected. Pizzas came out in an orderly fashion. All the kids had a great time. Until after the party.... we made it home and realized that the envelope containing all the birthday kid’s money had been left or thrown away. After a call to the rink who confirmed it was not on the table. Our server pulled the trash bag out and found it. This was way over what I expected from them and we will be having party’s here again.

Dover skating ring doesnt care about your kids. This evening they had their Throw Back Night from 7pm to 11 pm. The cost was $14.00 for our kids to attend. I get a call from another mom saying they are shooting at the skating ring, come get your daughterWhen I arrive, I arrived at the same time the police arrive and their are kids standing outside of the skating ring not allowed to go in. I go into the skating ring and see that there is nothing happening inside and my child was skating. I allow her to stay but I remain on the premises and I watch from 9:30pm to 11 pm. The 4 SUV police cars sit in the parking lot watching all these kids stand in the parking lot. Now they must have heard a loud pop to have ran out the building, nut once everything calmed down, the kids should have went back in the Ring but they were not allowed to go back in Kids were running in the street on Route 13. After a while the police left. Again they should have at least allowed the kids to wait in the lobby for their parents because all kids dont own cell phones. I was not pleased! Those kids where running between cars pulling into the skating ring and I watched a few almost get hit! Unacceptable! Do better Dover Skating ring!

As good as any other roller rink. A few games to play and a pretty nice surface to skate on.

I was reminded of childhood going to the skating rink. What a great time! Although its been years since Ive been on skates, it is that same excitement to go skating!

Great prices, especially the family deal. Love the DJ and the overall offerings at the skating ring. They work hard to bring people in and keep it affordable.

Who doesn’t love the roller rink? This place is fun and offers a discount to military folks. We’ve been here for a birthday and just to skate and enjoy it. They also play a good mix of music ranging from roller rink oldies/standards to new modern tracks that the younger crowd enjoys. Definitely a fun place!

As a teen almost every week I go skating with some friends and everytime its very fun and entertaining however there are 2 minor problems I have one of which being that some arcade games such as the air hockey machine getting you ripped off and not listing how much you should pay and the other problem being that the bathroom is too carpeted and just feels unclean however otherwise is a great experience.

The music/DJ was playing up to date music as you skate. The food court area was clean. The games was fun to play. I had fun at the skating rink.

Down here for work and my daughters birthday she was in town and we went skating had a great time thought it was going to be busy with all the people but there is plenty of room

My family has been going here since I can remember. Not much has changed over the years here and its kinda nice. Its nice old school fun for the whole family. Good music, ok food, skates are in good condition if you dont have your own. Its an all around fun place to be.

This is a nice place. I had my sons birthday party here. Great customer service but at times delayed response for when food was ready due to high volumes of foot traffic.

Whats there to say about a roller rink? If youve been to one in the last 25 years, you know what to expect. Music, skating, occasional limbo contests... I took my kids here and they all had fun. I didnt try the food, so Im not sure how that is, but it fit the bill for what I was looking for. Prices felt a tad steep for the location, but since I dont skate much I didnt mind to spend a few extra bucks than I felt it worth to have some family fun time. I can say with some degree of confidence that I will go again.

Great family place .But they need Baby changing tables in bathrooms

We love the skating rink but the music choices are so, so. Maybe I’m showing my age but I would love more old school skating music that you can jam too. Some of these newer songs don’t even have a beat. The DJ is very young so he seems to play music from his generation. More variety would be awesome.

Seating is limited, bathrooms are not as clean as they should be, snack bar seating too small. Should make the extra unused snack bar seating available to patrons. Other than that, an enjoyable experience for the family.

Nice place for family fun. It does get a little crowded so bring your patience. Employees are very friendly. Skating, games, snack bar & a DJ.

I was told my seizure detecting service dog wasnt welcome on the skating floor by staff and the owner then explained to me his insurance agents told him my service dog wasnt covered under the Anericans with Disabilities act bc he did have fake service dog paperwork. Boycott this place

I like the place but it is so humid and hot in there. They need to place an air conditioner in there with all them kids breathing up the fresh air. Other than that fun place to skate.

I really like it here even though I don’t skate a lot. Me and my daughter went and we had a ball. She does not know how to skate but we made it work. They have cement blocks going around the ring. She made it around a couple of times.

Great place for the whole family. They have food, arcade games, and of course skating. Price to get in is $6.50 for General Admission and $4 more for skate rentals. Participants are permitted to bring personal skates. They do have employees on the skating platform to ensure that everyone is following the Dover Skating Center’s procedures and staying safe. Occasionally throughout the day the center plays games as well. The games include four corners, limbo, and more.

A good place for families. Waited an hour unnecessarily for food. They forgot my order. Restrooms are carpeted until you get into the stalls, which arent carpeted, which could be an increased fall risk, especially if youre still wearing skates. Generally entertaining and fun.

My son goes Friday nights for a teen skate. Awesome for both of us

This is a great place to spend the day and maybe even have a party! The employees are very nice and you can play games, skate and theres a snack bar. Theres really nothing wrong with this rink except the pizza

It was a cool chill afternoon but I have a 4yr old who is a lil big for his age, so when he couldnt fit in a size 13 I got him a one, but they cant tighten the wheels on a size 1, so my lil man couldnt skate!

My son loves to go skating on Friday nights. But I swear every time I pick him up....there are fights literally spilling out the doors. Y’all really need to get a hold on that. If I’m not mistaken, there were gunshots last week. It’s a bit ridiculous that these kids can’t even go skating without this bull**** going on. Now i get that you sometimes can’t help the actions of other people. But something needs to be done!

If i could give a zero i would.Staff not friendly including the teenager who is one of the managers.Asked us to get up from table because they needed the tables for the people who needed to eat.My only problem was that there were other open tables. Not sure why they would want our two person table when the table next to us had five people at it and noone had ordered food.Also there were no signs saying the tables were reserved for customers who ordered food.My first and last time at this wonderful establishment. They weren’t asking people who were eating rinkside to move to make room for people who needed a seat.
