Chuck E. Cheese

Jonathan was super nice, great costumer service. The games have changed a lot since ive been. I like the fact that you can pause game time until other arcade places that make you use your time that night. The cards with a time limit also let you collect tickets unlike other money grabbing places. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had some more games but then again its meant for little kids to be able to play. I would expect a teen to have as much fun as a kid would here.

BEST TIME EVER!!!!! This location has extremely kid-friendly employees!! Let me tell you everyone was so helpful. The food was exquisite ( YES, EXQUISITE) the drinks were not flat, BATHROOMS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED, every single game worked too. I could go on and on about my time there. I give this location 10 stars, perfect all across the board!! We will be back!!

This time was better. Pizza was good, fun time, evil chucky, and some good cake. BUT, BUG WAS IN MY HAIR, it looked weird to. But overall it was good.

Really disappointed in the halloween bash. We spent over $100. For our daughter and her friend to have the experience described online. We ordered the pumpkin shaped pizza, received a regular large. No characters came out and danced, no music/dance party, no Mr Munch, no videos, no tattoos, during the 2 hours we were there they gave out candy 1 time. It was just a regular, overpriced, visit, nothing remotely resembling a Halloween experience. We also had to clean our own table, very limited seating due to social distancing, no clean tables were available. Also, no safety measures in place, no hand stamp, no picture, no security, just 1 lonely and extremely over worked front counter employee. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone. The worst part is my 7yo was let down that it wasnt like what we described to her, a glow party.

The Food is Fresh and Delicious!

Well coordinated and sanitary. Good food and a good time had by the kid. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not too packed even on a Saturday which was a relief.

Awesome place for kids with cool robots and great pizza. Have a great time with your kids and enjoy your drinks and pizza while they play and have fun.

Animatronic was scary, sanitation was pretty alright, pizza was unbelievably greasy and had an odd taste, good pepperonis though, doesnt enforce masks ()

Actually not that crowded. They have Halloween stuff up now. They have sanitizer stations and you can play by the time instead of the points. My family had fun.

Good service/food. Granddaughters had a blast.

Love the staff very friendly and professional thank you for your service

Clean and fun. Went around noon when it was empty and was able to take my 2 year old there for his bday with no wait.

Great place for kids and social distancing procedures in place.

Fun family friendly arcade place with fairly reasonable prices.

This place is great for a rainy day when the kids are wanting to play. I took my kids after school it was not crowded. We had the place mainly to ourselves and a 30 minute card is all we needed to play the games cause you can actually use the card to pause your play while you eat. Great for the kids

New management. I can tell the company has been trying hard to get this location into good shape. Friendly staff, good food, Chuck e. was actively on the floor with kids!Keep up the good work!

Love this location very clean and lots of games they have a paw patrol game and the kids loved that

Half of the games were not working. Theyre not stamping the wrists anymore (due to Covid I assume) so no letting the kids play unsupervised. Most everyone wore masks.

Busy, crowded and loud but service was great! We came in for a birthday party it turned out we came in on the wrong day. The person in charge of schedules and parties check the calendar for us and told us that we came in the wrong date. She was so kind to give my twin girls game cards so they can play. We stayed for a few hours. The pizza was surprisingly delicious and we had a really nice family time. One tiny thing was the sweetened ice tea tastes like sugar water.

Clean play area for a Saturday evening. Plenty of staff for support. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our pizzas were hot. They took a little while to come out. But they were tasty. Cute little unicorn churros for my babies. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would request a work order for the cleanliness of the restrooms.

We went yesterday evening for a last minute birthday change for our 4 year old. The manager Shawn was more than accommodating by allowing us to do a birthday package. They checked on us the entire time making sure everything was flowing well. The support staff Jamia, Maria and Dylan were AMAZING as well. That group of people are definitely a great bunch! Thank you all!

Just took my son here since it was raining and cold. Love it here. The food was good and my son had so much fun. I went on a Monday because I didn’t feel like dealing with the weekend crowd. I bought the 30 min card which was all my son needed.

My girls had a blast. I bought the 1 hr unlimited game pass. We went mid day, mid week. It was only 2 other families in there so my girls were able to play a lot of games. We paused the time so we could est and then played again(restarted time).

Ordered pizza and wings. I ordered barbecue but got buffalo. I requested my order be forfilled how I asked but then I got wings with buffalo that they took back with barbecue on top will not be visting that’s is unsanitary for today’s pandemic will not be back and will tell others. I requested barbecue for health reasons and still got buffal. Highly upset

Decided to treat my daughter yesterday. She had a great time and thats what matters. There are new games added since the last time we came. The plus is that points are loaded onto a card and you just swipe card to play game. I love this better than carrying around alot of coins in a cup. The only thing I didnt like was this one old guy that hogged a game machine for about an hour and didnt give other people a chance to play. Some of the machines jammed but staff immediately fixed the issue once notified. I will definitely be back again.

Not as fun as it used to be. Some games were down and didnt give the correct amount of tickets. We had a party there and it just was not worth the money we paid. The host wasnt fun and the manager said we couldnt pause the play time cards and I know in the past we were able to. Dont understand why thats not an option anymore.

Great place to celebrate a birthday with family

We love Chuck E Cheeses. Always have a blast and go home with great prizes.

Great time on Wednesday with unlimited play for one price

I like me the new play pass. We got an hour for 20$ and played our heart out. Lots better than coins.

Took my grandkids to Chuck-E-Cheese and they loved it Spirit weve made it kind of a tradition. And I really liked that they added unlimited play for the games. And the prices are very reasonable.

What can I say this place is crazy. Our grand kids had a great time we chased them around and they were in havent for an hour pizza was very good for lunch.

I arrive at this marvelous place from time to time since I love the special atmosphere that is part of this place. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably helpful and qualified. The service is absolutely fast. Also, the food they prepare is perfect. I ate there more than once and I was always satisfied. The expense is reasobable. I suggest this place to all my friends.

Always zany and fun times our son has been coming here for years and always asking to go back.

Had our girls birthday party here. Best experience!!! Ej was our hostess she was amazing all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the smiles and take lots of pictures

Fun fun fun. Better then I expected for the older kids.

A great place to take your children and you might even have a little fun yourself. There are a few stations that print out photos for you to take as keepsakes, as well!

A place where a kid can play with no worries. Just get there early so you can basically have to place to yourself.

I apparently missed rule #8 posted to the right of the second door as you walk in that says no outside food or drink. My wife called me and said she took our 2 boys and asked if I wanted to come during my lunch break. I had already gotten a salad at moes but just decided to meet her over at chuck e cheeses to help her with the kids etc. First off at the kid check up front there was not one employee which I found odd since there was maybe 6-10 people inside so not a ton of things to occupy them. So I found my wife sat in a booth where maybe 1 minute passed and a manager popped out of the back and approached me as if i snuck in a knife lol he was very short and rude so I put up my banned contraband and played with my kids. Later my 1 year old and 5 year old wanted to see the mechanical chuck e and I find the pictured BOX CUTTER out on a cart about chest high beyond easy to reach for my older child and even low enough for my 1 year old. So the dirty / slightly run down chuck e cheese in Douglasville was more worried about an outside salad than a blade laying out where any child could have grabbed it. Talk about negligence/ potential law suit if a child had gotten that. Also in regards to the salad they didnt even have their salad bar out so that wouldnt have even been a option just their gross pizza. Avoid this location!

Loved all the new amenities and changes theyve made. The unlimited pass is great

Expensive but my kids enjoy it. Spent 65.00 for 30 minutes both kids pizza 4 drinks, fries and a salad. Plus I used Military discount.

It was nice the people was nice. I think depends on the timing of going. My 2 year old daughter really enjoyed herself.

The kids love this place. If you buy the unlimited pass you get the best bang for your buck.

Great birthday place for young children and staff was very helpful for my daughters birthday

The kids always have a great time there. Our Birthday Coordinator was very nice and kept us on schedule

Always better to go here during the week when it’s low with people. Staff is okay.

The pzza is good, prices are fair. I really like the way the gaming cards are set for an alloted time.

We had a great time. The Birthday boy was happy. Thats all that counts.

Lots of people on a late Saturday afternoon but no problems getting access to games.

My granddaughter had a ball lots of fun food was good birthday parties

Most games the tickets were messed up and 1/3 of the time on your card was wasted waiting on tickets. The boys that worked there and i do mean boys were to busy following around the little girls that worked there saw a manager for less than a minute and he immediately disappeared into the back never to be seen again. Been to this location over 25 times worst experience ever by far

Theres times when they say chucke will come out and he doesnt. Also there is usually a couple games not working. Besides that we really enjoy it tjere

Its chucke cheese, whats not to love!! It was an unusually quiet afternoon for a Saturday, which is nice because the kids are able to enjoy with less wait time. Staff was nice & knowledgeable! Only Con I had was the pizza took longer than expected for it not to be crowded! Definitely will visit this location again!

Went here for a friends kids birthday party. Taya was awesome. Kids really enjoyed it. The play passes are much more kid friendly for todays generation. Even my 3 year old was able to play the games without much help. It made him feel all grown up to slide his play pass. Love that they are improving and staying with the times.

Much better than expected. Several years ago we came food was worthless. Today my six year old birthday. Food was actually good. We are not having a party but just letting him and his friend play games. Customer service has been very good. very clean.

The environment was friendly and the staff was wonderful. Mariah helped tremendously with our party. Thanks for making my little guys experience so wonderful!

Theres this deal where you can play an unlimited amount of games for a fixed price which is arguably pretty reasonable. I think its like $16 for 45 minutes or something. Regardless, I went with my nieces and they had a ball. Cant comment in the pizza because we only went to play.

Always a good time spent there with my nephew. Pizza was good and salad bar nice and fresh.

I havent been to one of these in a while. I went for my girlfriends nieces birthday party. The facility was clean throughout (dining and play areas) and the food was pretty good. They have fun games that are designed for a variety of ages. There were a couple of other parties there as well, but we had plenty of space and never felt crowded.

My 2 year old had a blast, lots of fun! will be going back!

Loved it it has friendly staff pizza was good the games are fun and its easy to win tickets

Ok place to take your child or kids. My daughter enjoyed herself a lot. Must do it again.

Would have been five stars but Chuck E. Cheese, when out, was literally out for a minute and went right back. This happened twice and didnt even come out on schedule, my son was disappointed that he didnt get to see him. Otherwise we had a great time and yes, our pizza was even and tasted great!

Yesterday I had my daughters birthday party here. Prior to getting there I was informed none of my guest would be attending. Well long story short the managers had to cancel the party because of child requirements. So I wasn’t suppose to receive anything I wanted for my daughter.. I am new here and none of my family have kids here. However Shawn the general manager and Michelle the higher manager allowed us to still have a party there! In the end I don’t think my child was upset at all and those two made my day! Highly recommend them and this place

Had a nice time and our hostess Jamia was on point and sweet as can be . And Chuckie came out jamming

Bright, clean facility. All of the games worked. Really great service, especially from the coordinator who handled the party for my five year old niece. I was very impressed with the level of service given.

We only played. We had a good time. Food is pricey and doesnt seem as good as it used to be. Salad bar looked good.

Very nice staff ! Very helpful. Great place for the whole family

Dont even bother. Game card is for 45 min and it takes 45 min to get your food . The kids want to play again after they eat so you end up getting another card. We ordered wings and they were microwaved. Hot on the outside and cold in the middle. I had to get a refund. Just Dont Go.

I liked the new kiosks locations that allow you to quickly print play time passes and play cards without standing in the lengthy food/play purchase line. There were few 4 & under games/activity. My kids were ready for more after 3 go rounds. We didnt see Chuckie not one time being there over an hour. He should show more face. Lastly it smelled like sweaty feet, could use more freshner/cleaner.

Everything was working and food was good. My kids always enjoy it. Salad bar was clean and restrooms. Will definitely visit this location again.

Very poorly set up for my Grandsons birthday party today. I couldnt believe how they did nothing right. We waited 1hour past our party time, and they still had not set up his table right. They really deserve a 1star !!!

Great place for kids of all ages. You can actually let them play without standing over them. Very safe and secure. They only allow those who stamps match to leave together. Great idea!!

It was great grandchildren loved it spent two hours there and had a great time thanks for the Memories

It was great..the kids had a ball..

I was there 20minutes waiting at the prize counter before I was helped, after I was done I had to pay for some items, so I went to the front to check out with 3 cranky kids,.. they kept skipping me in line, and helping the new people, but after 25mins I just left, I’m not waiting all day, they need to have more people working there......and when we got there we ordered our food, their was like 3 families in the whole restaurant. We ended up waiting 45mins just for our 2 pizzas, they were room temperature,... I didn’t complain to the managers I just won’t be back, so please, don’t waste your time here, they will disappoint, specially for the 100$ we just wasted,

I danced with chuckee cheese lol kids had a blast

Everything Is So pleasant and great atmosphere

Great time, they made it rain tickets.

We normally do not have any problems with this location. It took over an hour to get our pizza and it should have taken 20 minutes. But the kids had a good time playing.

Everything was ok except the ants..its hard to eat when you have to keep ants away from you.

Had a blast

Great place to go have fun with the kids

Great place for a childs birthday party

Good place to take children. Just not toddlers

I am really pleased with the card system instead of lugging around coins its more efficient. I also appreciate the fact that the card has time loaded on to it instead of points/coins. Also the new games that were added to this facility is also a plus. Every individual that I encountered that was staff in this facility was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. Please keep up the outstanding work my son had a ball!

Great place to bring the kids to burn off some of that energy.

I love it ️

Great day for my boys.

Attended a birthday party here and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. We had the unlimited games card and my daughter and the other 7 kids had an amazing experience

The kids of course loved this place. The pizza wasnt that good. The games kept the kids busy for a couple hours. The place and the restroom were clean. The staff was polite. I like how they stamp you and your family when you walk in and check it when you leave to keep you from loosing a child.

Great, our server was the best ever today for our party.

I really wanna give no stars but its not an option. Half of the games didnt even work. The games that did work wouldnt even give you the tickets you won. The workers were all rude as hell. Not the first worker ever smiled. One of the kiosk machine took my money and they wouldnt give me my money back, said I picked the ticket up off the ground where it showed the machine took $20 cash from me. Paid $30 plus dollars for food... the toppings on the pizza was not what we ordered. The chicken wings were not boneless.... like we ordered. Overall a horrible experience. Wish we would have went somewhere else to celebrate my kids birthday.

My kid loves this place.

Great games.fruendly and helpful staff.kid friendly environment

Is fun, but it would be nice if they have something for specials kids.

I was shocked at the changes made since the last time but it is all good. The staff was super friendly and most of the games were working so thats better than most of the places I go to. We didnt eat there this time, but the food at the buffet looked fresh.

The pizza is so good here i also like the wings salad bars on point, they have a couple new cool games my kids enjoyed themselves and so did I.

My kids always have a great time.

Loved it, we go often and the new system works out great. Playing for time verses points is awesome. More bang for your buck
