Visited Escape USA to celebrate an employees anniversary. We had a great time! Staff was awesome, room was clean! Great team-building opportunity!

The Escape room was SO much fun and really challenged us! We worked together really well and will have the memories forever.The “game masters” were super sweet and fun. They were extremely helpful in the game and kept it fun. I can’t wait to go back!

Had lots of fun. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All of us had a great time. Would definitely recommend and even re-visit for another room.

Went last night with a group of friends.. well first, let me start out by saying I bought 6 vouchers through Groupon and had forgotten that I purchased them about a month and a half after they had expired. I emailed Escape and explained my situation just to see if there was a possibility of extending the vouchers for a couple months. I wasnt expecting the company to do so as it was my error, but it was worth a shot. Dante emailed me back and said he would grant my request when he got back into the office the next morning. Well the next morning he emailed me back and let me know that he extended my vouchers another 12 months! Now THAT is Customer Service! Already A+ in my book before I even got into the parking lot. So now last night.. we picked out The Banishing which was very cool. This was our 3rd escape room my friends and I have done, and we plan to do the other two. Sadly we failed The Banishing even though our House Operator (cannot remember her name) was helping us with tiny clues along the way when she did not have to! She was great by the way too! Highly recommend coming here for fun and a team building event! I will come back soon.

My daughter and her friends had a great time at Escape USA for her 10th birthday. Mr. Dante was great he walked the kids through the escape process. The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom and waiting area were clean. Excellent experience.

Had a great time with some friends here. The lady working the front desk that night was awesome. very nice. I would definitely recommend this to others if you looking for an activity other than bowling or the movies.

This escape room is worth every penny! The props & technology are outstanding and not to mention their amazing owners who are so creative and down to earth! My group did the haunted one and I left just wanting to do it again!

It was a super fun experience. Everyone was so nice and the puzzles were really clever. The themes for the rooms were interesting. I definitely plan to do this again.

Ive been to a few escape rooms, but most of them are a lot further away from where we live. It was great to see one open in Douglasville, right around the corner from us. We had so much fun! We tried our luck in the Doomsday room which looked great,it was challenging but not impossible. Ive found as long as everyone works together you can accomplish much more. We even got a keychain that looks like a gas mask,or what we call it a Trophy! Im looking really forward to a new room I heard they are building. Its supposed to be a scary, haunting room. Im a big horror and haunted house fan, so to get a haunted house vibe with the puzzles and games sounds great to me and my family. I would highly recommend, if youre in the area definitely check it out and even if you have to take a bit of a drive, its well worth it! On top of everything else,the staff is really friendly and helpful. Great place for fun with family and friends.

We had family up from Florida and had given our son Escape Room as a gift for Christmas. We all dug it. Recommend!

Creat place to have fun as a family

This was my first time going to an Escape Room and Im glad I went. This was an amazing experience, and I know Ill definitely be back again. The employees are the best and lets not forget they have candy!! So if you want to go to an Escape Room, I highly recommend coming here for a fun, competitive engagement with family and friends.

Took my Daughter and some friends to celebrate her 13th Birthday. They had a lot of fun. the staff was very nice. We will be back.

The rooms are beautifully constructed, the staff is amazing beyond words, and the price is not only worth every penny it is also extremely affordable . I love the atmosphere that is present in every room and I cant wait to go back !
