I have to say I see a lot of comments about the massive speed bumps, they are large but I dont see anyone speeding through the park. There are a lot of young children here and they are safer due to the slow traffic. The roads are all paved. The lot rent is reasonable. Its just a few blocks from the river and the walkway long the river. The elementary school is only four blocks away. I have yet to see any loud behavior at night.

For the big speed bumps that they have they have way too many of them. They are improving the park a little bit mostly due to one big investor remodeling a lot of the old trailers that are in the park. Sad to say but it is the best mobile home park in Douglas I dont consider KOA a mobile home park. Its a shame the owner of the park to spend a little bit of his money and really improved with trees Paving little things that go a long ways

Very poor roads with more than enough speed bumps & pot holes for a park twice its size. Pets roaming loose & an emergency number that is not always answered. Small lots with very few fenced. Dirt & mud for many parking places or having to park next to the road. Office only open mornings. Can be quite loud at times & busy. The center of the park has RV spaces so also a transient community. The school bus stop is a block or more away from the end by the mail boxes while the office is at the opposite end. About average lot rent plus water.

Very clean & the people are very nice. I would come back and stay here again
