I went to a movie with my wife and left my $750.00 smartphone at the concession counter and forgot all about it.Those employees looked EVERYWHERE for my phone until they found it. A young lady who worked there (part of the excellent team working tonight) saw my phone on the counter and put it in the back room for safe keeping.I and my wife will CONTINUE to have some of our dates out here...WTG people!!!

Theater 9. I asked an employee to have someone adjust the picture to the screen, and his response was Oh Im hoping that is just the advertisements..If the top and bottom of the avengers is cut off, with the picture at a tilt...Ill never come back here....(I saw a movie in theater 8 recently, and the picture was aligned with the screen )...LUCKILY... the picture was adjusted when the previews started, and the movie was GREAT!

Service was great food was great to but 5 dollars for 1 hot dog was a bit much lol but anyway good place.

Im a fan of the premier membership! Helps get through lines faster, especially with kids. Had the pizza for the first time and was satisfied. I wish there was more recliner seat options though.

I had to wipe down the seat but the wait to go in didnt exist which is nice we did get great seats I just feel the movies is missing that arcade element that should be offered when u are waiting for a movie step your game up and accommodate families that are waiting for their movie to start.Also AMC need to get it together with this $19.99 a month 3 movies a week non deal I was going to purchase it but so glad I didnt I have a family of 3 which would be great if my 3 movies a week can be used for my family. Manager there said the membership is only good for me alone I have to purchase it family members theirs so now were at $60 a month.

The place is nice and for the most part fairly clean. The prices are a little much! For two adult tickets, a large drink and a kid tray it was over $40. I can go buy a whole meal and rent the movie for less than that. The wait is almost worth it.

Long-time regular customer here, but I just need to say that the staff could do better cleanliness-wise. The womens bathrooms are usually trashed (clogged toilets, water all over counters, overflowing trashcan, etc) and the single bathroom in the hallway is even worse.

Great venue but prepare to wait if you dont pay extra for the membership! Would never go here for a new release or during peak times! We were second in the regular line and waited ten minutes for them to help the premier members, what a croc!

Cant be to critical. You accept their prices will be astronomical. However, the menu has improved. It has always been clean during our visits. The staff was friendly and approachable. Parking is available on the busiest days. I like it.

Great parking. Lots of staff. Depending on what time of day and what day you go depends on how crowded. We use their app, they have discount days and special events. Drop off and pickup area. Wheel chair accessible in all areas. Bathroom is usually always clean.

The seats are uncomfortable and they don’t have reclining seats. But they do have good pretzel bites and the staff are nice. Overall this theatre is good

Been coming here since they opened. Crazy busy on weekends. Doesnt matter when you come here. Very nice theater. Staff is always super friendly. They have Dothan PD as security on the weekends. There has never been any kind of incident here. In todays world, they should have them 7 days a week in my opinion.

Was awesome. Took my daughter to see harley Quinn birds of pray. We were the only people in the theater! Had the whole place to ourselfs. We had a blast.

The line! I wish they would get their AList line together. Paying $25 a month and having to wait in line while the associates call the regular line....and (if were lucky) 2 associates ONLY call Alist members....I really wonder if it is understood that we paid to jump the line?? That wait is annoying and devalues what I pay monthly. Not fair to A-listers at all.Several complaints, but never fixed

We saw The Lion King, as the previews started they dimmed the lights as usual..There were a lot of people that were still coming in at this time and because of this the employees were gracious enough to turn the lights back up so everyone could find a seat ..I give the employees here 10 stars if i could.. They were all very courteous..As far as the actual theater, my only complaint really is the seating is very uncomfortable.. Of course Im used to rocking stadium seating that even has seats to fit 2 people if desired..In all I do recommend the AMC theater in Dothan..

Seating is pretty good, nice and clear screen, but a couple of times someones kid was going up and down the aisle and had to be told multiple times to stop. Overall is a good theater, but I prefer the classic 6. Seating is better in my opinion there

Been many times and never had a problem. But I went to see the new zombie land movie tonight and they said showtime was 7. The movie didn’t start until 7:30 30 minutes of commercials double checked the ticket and it said 7 on it. Make sure to bring your phone to kill the time

We went there last night at 8pm to see Jumanji 2. All of their good concessions were shut down way too early. Only thing they had available was popcorn, nachos or candy. ( btw the nachos cheese is absolutely trash. )No burgers, pizza, pretzels or etc. Never go there after 7pm. Movie theaters in Enterprise is much better.

Tickets were 8 and change for digital screen. Small Popcorn with Small Drink was $5 with a coupon that the girl behind the counter graciously shared with us. Otherwise it would have been 5 for drink and 5 for popcorn so thank you to her. Seats were normal fold down seats for digital show but you get what you pay for. Great time for my son. He loved the Endgame!

Movie theater is great, employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Although some one needs to really clean the bathrooms. The walls and the partitions and doors really needs a good cleaning and to be sanitized.

Saw Jumanji 2. Fun flick, more of the situations you expect in Jumanji plus some interesting twists. Really enjoyed the show.

It was ok. The prices are very high. I lost my phone. I called back and The cashier answered the phone and wasnt friendly or helpful. She said I needed to buy another ticket to look inside the theater where I was sitting. I asked her to look in the seat right in the front. She said No. I will not interrupt anyone looking for your phone. Clearly she has never misplaced or lost her phone. Smh. I spent over $60 today for myself and my son. Pretty sorry customer service, in my opinion.

We had to go see Welcome Home Annabell. It was a great, eye opening movie just like the others. Looking forward to the next one. RIP Lorraine W. you & your family were truly gifted by God to be a soldiers for God. God Bless

First visit. It was easy to find. Well maintained and clean. Quick service and nice staff. Enjoyed my visit.

Excellent theater with comfortable seats and all digital equipment. 3D movies are $2 more but definitely worth it. Concessions include even pizza and hot dogs but are pricey. Lots of parking with easy access. AMC has several discount programs including a $20 monthly pass that allows you to see 3 movies per week, and even includes the 3-D movies.

They have fast and friendly service everytime I go in. They always make sure we are well taken care of especially when my mother co.es who is blind and needs the hearing assistant device.On another note now that this cinema is getting up in age the seating is getting to be crickity but still comfortable for the duration of the movie.Definitely will keep going to this cinema in the future.

They didn’t have either ticket kiosks open to purchase tickets. The one line backed up to the door where you had to purchase tickets, drinks, popcorn, etc. We waited in that line for nearly 30 minutes to purchase a movie ticket and barely moved. We ended up leaving and missing the entire movie because we didn’t want to pay full price for a movie if we were going to miss 20+ minutes of it waiting behind people who were purchasing food and drinks. I understand their setup if it were a slow night, but not on a busy night when your line is backed up to the door. I’ve never been so disappointed at a movie theatre and I will be trying to avoid it like the plague from now on.

Very nice and clean. The seat was too comfortable...I went to sleep and my husband thought it was funny because I paid for a nap. What I seen of the movie was good, I was just tired...lol.

Dothan Pavilion AMC Theaters has some of the best movies Ive ever seen and I really enjoy going every Tuesday for my discount day hope to see somebody there I know

Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody in Dolby sound. MOVIE AND THEATER get 5 stars. Seats, screen, audio: All top notch ... BUT ...2 senior matinee Tix, 1 large SLURPEE (I had to pour myself) and 1 regularsized bag of popcorn ... $32.45!OUCH!

I would love to leave more stars but they were unprepared for today. Today is 5 dollar Tuesday and all the kids are out of school. They had one person running the ticket counter and a line out the door. After purchasing tickets and move through the concession line. It is now time to get drinks. They are out of all coke zero products and you feet stick to the floor. The 44 oz lids are stocked with the wrong size. I had to go to a different drink station to find the correct lid. We saw Frozen 2 and it was packed. Not surprisingly our feetstuck to the floor were we sat as well. Movie is over and our bladders are screaming. When we walked into the bathroom the trash can was over flowing all over the floor. I have never been here when it was this nasty. I am disappointed that they didnt prepare and keep it clean.

The place is great. Olivia and Nick are two of the employees I haved encountered, and they are always so kind and helpful.

I love it here and on Tuesday I used to watch 2 movies because the doors would open up at 11am on most show. Now they dont open until after 1pm.

The theater room was dirty, the floor was sticky, and none of the game machines worked. I asked for coins to try another one and told them they were just taking my money and not working and the girl looked at me like I was stupid, gave me 4 quarters and didnt bother to tell me the last one was just gunna take me money to, then last attempt was to use the photo both like we have since my sons first theater visit and it isnt working either. Never have I been here and service been so horrible.

Okay theater. I am use to the Birmingham Locations. I recommend if youre a AAA member to buy your tickets from their vouchers if your not doing a special promo time.

There was only one ticket salesperson so the line was slow. Then the line for concessions was just as bad. The temperature in the theater felt like it was in the high eighties. There wasnt surround sound during the movie, it all came from the front. The theater was clean and so were the restrooms, but it wasnt anything impressive overall.

Nice place with a lot of movies to see. Loved the room with recliner chairs. Goood popcorn and thats important.

It usually has a good selection, and the staff is usually friendly, but beyond that theres not much good to say. There are always problems with either picture, or sound. They dont have any of the modern amenities like D-Box, or recliners. They open later, and later it seems. They used to have shows starting at 10:30, but now they dont have anything that starts before 11:30. I am glad the Clark Cinema 10 in Enterprise opened, so I can actually enjoy watching movies again.

Overpriced like every other theater. Audio is weak. Some showing dont fit the projector on screen. You couldnt distract yourself from it. Nothing was done when mentioned to management.

Its a good place to catch a movie. The theater and restrooms are clean. The food and drinks seems a little expensive even for theater food. They have a good selection of food outside of the usual popcorn and candy. They are located close to many restaurants if you want to eat before or after the show.

The line was extremely long, and we missed the first 10 to 15 minutes of the movie, as did many other people. Probably need to find a new method to process people more efficiently. Popcorn and movie was great though!

We enjoy going to the movies here. Purchase tickets online and use the stubs club line to pick them up....quick and easy! The seating is general admission with regular style seats, not the reserved seat recliners that are in some AMCs, so be sure to arrive early enough to get seats together if you need more than 2. Snacks are good but overpriced like most theaters, and bathrooms are usually well kept.

5$ Tuesdays are the best. Wish they had sales on concessions again. Well theyve started a value meal for summer i think but havent tried it yet. Its a nice theatre, clean and big.

I really enjoyed my experience because the ticket prices were very cheap on a Saturday. Also it was no wait time and we were able to sit down and the theater was also immaculate.

This is our Tuesday fix!! The $5 movies when you join the AMC program saves us a ton of money. The popcorn is always fresh. The new menu items are amazing, try the flatbread pizzas. Staff could be a bit faster though, its no fun spending 10+ mins at the concession stand.

The theater is a great one but the weekend crowd of uncontrollable children and adults acting like children make it a place that I refuse to subject my family to. There is no security and the cops quit being there on the weekend making us feel unsafe with small children due to the massive crowd of unsupervised children that looked to be between the ages of 9 and 21. Not only is this but they had one cashier giving out tickets would 6 at the concession stands just standing there with two lines going out the door merging at the front cashier.

Just watched Captain Marvel!! It was AMAZE BALLS!! Great Movie!!! Loved it!! The AMC Family was Great,The food was Fantastic!! & Of course it being $5 Tuesday was AWESOME!!! It was a win,win!!!

I love going to the movies! Im a rewards member and always buy my ticket online. My only complaint about this place is that even though Ive already bought my ticket, I still have to stand in line to check-in...They say premier members get express service, but most of the time it takes just as long or longer to stand in the premier line. It would be SO much easier and faster if they had some electronic scanner in the lobby, or a way to check-in on the app! When they upgrade that, everything will be great!

The auditoriums are typically clean and functional, but the lines are atrocious. Those who just want tickets are relegated to the concession line where other patrons painstakingly decide between corn dogs and chicken fingers. They never use the ticket booths they already have in the front of the lobby. Also, ever since the switch to AMC, the showtime spread has been narrowed. Early showings arent so early and late showings are nonexistent. Last thing. We already have to sit through 25 minutes of previews... please start the movie on time.

Many people dont realize it but you can always buy your ticket at the concession stand. So if the line is long at the ticket booth, go straight to the snack bar and get everything at once. Love the stadium seating here. At first I didnt know what to think of the premier membership, but have found it to be a great deal if you go very often. You get a discount on your snacks and movie entrance. If you are a veteran, you get an additional discount. They have recliners at the AMC 6 location that is a great experience if you can get into that theatre.

It was really nice and clean and I was treated with great customer service. I would definitely go there again on my next visit out that way.

After going, having not been there in awhile....visiting other movie theaters (even in Enterprise, AL)., I realized that this place needs an upgrade.....especially the floors and seats in the theater. The popcorn is still awesome though
