Been dedicated rent payers for 9 years now and our hot water heater is messing up our bedroom window is leaking our roof is leaking and the duct work needs to be checked out. We told them a month ago and still no visit from them to check it out. My husband went and asked Cathy when someone was gonna come check it out and she told him that theyve been busy trying to get trailers ready so people can move in. Well I guess its about them making more money instead of trying to keep a good renter especially when black mold is involved!

A dump lott they rent out for people to live in.

The landlord will say shes sending people out to fix things but no one come for like 3 months. No one wants to take care of the unruly tenants except for the cops. One day shes going to keep letting those kind of people stay after a incident has happened that theyre going to retaliate against people

Should be called a mobile home city instead of an estate. Super large Trailer Park. Its an eyesore. They need a maitanence nan to maintan the property. I give 3 stars for the fact its a roof over a Lot of heads.

My uncle lived here when I was younger and now I reside there with roommates. It gets a bad reputation but only from people who havent actually lived there. Its safe and quiet. Very affordable.

Simple neighborhood just clutter and looks run down. But could be fixed up ..did look better years ago.

No stop signs and no speed limit signs posted anywhere would be scared to live there people flying down the road kids could get hit!!!

I have lived in Coggins for 25yrs. Now an I have got to say those have been some of the best years of MI life

A literally trashy place. A few dumpsters in the middle of the trailor park for everyone to put their trash in & it seems a lot of trash still cant make the dump so its all over the neighborhood! !!

People kept banging on the door around 2-4 in the morning. Had a massive leak in the bathroom for months that the landlord said would fix but never did.

Lived there 6 years.Not the best quality but the landlords are attentive to repairs and have always worked with me through the hard times

The Health department needs to come and condemn and remove several mobile homes
