This store is great and the employees are always friendly & helpful. The only thing is sometimes this store does not carry items that are in the sales ad. Im certain thats a corporate issue. Otherwise great place to shop!

I love this store!! Customer service is always amazing! Everyone is always willing to help you sometimes two or three customers at a time and you end up finding more stuff that way honestly because youre following that customer waiting to get helped and you ho wow ok great I needed some of that too!! Only two cons is I wish they would stock just a little bit more because if youre a true crafter like me when you find what you need but they dont have enough it just simply sucks lol!!! Im a person that dont like to wait on nothing which means I hate online shopping because I want to see with my own eyes what Im getting if I have a task at hand Im ready to go nonstop and they never have enough products in stock! They are always switching things around in this store so sometimes it makes It difficult to find what you need. Everyone there is so knowledgeable if you ask a question guess what youre getting an answer and its going to be right on the money! I love this store cudos to the manager or managers of this store yall hit the mark on what a customer expect. Only thing is please give more coupons like joanns sometimes lol I know I said two but I forgot that one lol!!

Prices have gone up a lot. You cant get as many bargains there anymore but they do have a good variety of merchandise.

Easy to get to, friendly helpful employee. There appears to be a wrong price on something, but they went out of their way to check it and to show what the problem was. Was able to use online coupon and got some good deals.

The BEST Halloween decorations. Not just the cheesy items. I love Halloween and I want good high quality decorations. Not the plastic ones that fall apart in a week. Thank you for stocking items that last!

I got dragged in here with my wife. If you want more couples to come into your store it would be nice if you had more seating for males who are waiting on their spouses to sit while they shop. Maybe some recliners and beer on tap while my wife shops would bring me in more often.

Michaels must be much more popular than any other craft store in town. They had very little to choose from and much less in stock than they did last year.

Staff is helpful and when items are on sale its easy to stock up for future projects.

I love this place! It is a crafty persons dream!! I could literally be in here for hours and still not be finished looking around!. They have everything you could possibly need plus more. In my opinion, the prices are so low, you would wonder how they could even be in business. They have everything you need for just about any type of arts and crafts projects you were working on. From different types of paper and glues and stamps all the way to candles and home decor and fabric.

Decent but not that much of a selection of items. Wanted a brother scan&cut and they dont carry, the vinyl was crazy expensive and not many storage options. Can get better quality and more options thru Amazon.. Sadly wont be going back unless I have to have something that day

Your typical arts and craft type store that contains art supplies, crafts, florals, home decor, etc. Brooke, the cashier, was amazing and extremely helpful! She told me about a coupon that could be used that day that I had no idea about. My total was drastically reduced thanks to her!

This Michaels location is of a good size but not one of the chains largest stores. The store was generally tidy and clean. We did notice quite the mess in cemetery flowers which was the specific need we had on the visit. But as usual lots of discounted items and deals for the week.

I do crazy love the arts and crafts stores and FYI every day you can go to there website and get a 40% off and one regular priced item that they just scan off your phone at the register and since I normally go there for one specific item that means I basically always get 40% off there!

Love craft stores! This store was very organized, staff where friendly and helpful in finding my items. They didnt do it just because they where getting paid to help. They genuinely wanted help you find your items. Great tips on crafting. Prices where reasonable not eye gouging. I will recommend this store to any crafter.

Pretty great. Has anything you could ever want regarding arts and crafts. It also has decorations, toys, and candy. You can just walk around looking for whatever you want. It has everything for hand making stuff and for painting and for just having in your home generally, also stuff for making your life easier if you want to make something as well as giving you ideas for new things you could want to make. Overall a great place.

I go mainly to pilfer the clearance and for the kids club activities. I am disappointed that they now charge $5 for some activities, as I didnt think many of them were worth the $2 previously charged. However, Brianna is always wonderful with the instruction and is fantastic with my child!

This is an Awesome place to find all kinds of crafts and you get great discounts. If you are retired military use your card you get that discount plus the store will give you a discount. That’s something Hobby Lobby don’t do.
