I suspect the individual posting as Nancy Baldwin Wright most likely presented her story with a bias and more subjective rather than objective review. The facts that I know first hand to be true of the owners, management, and staff of the locker room first hand are not so vile as she is to describe. If the logo was indeed that small and too small indeed to screen, the artist most likely and/or the owner and management would have warned most likely told this customer that the screen print would indeed not look like she had imagined or perhaps up to her standard. She probably told them, “I insist, or this is what I need!” And was inflexible in her demands for perfection in a profession she has no idea where not only science, labor and artistry meet in a crossroads with certain tricks of the trade that are purely unique to this indispensable and local gem of a business. The locker room is simply amazing for low prices, quality design and long lasting screen printing needs. As well as sports equipment and clothing. The are hard working folks, and always work to keep their customers happy and content.

My Girl Scout troop had T-shirt’s made at The Locker Room and they looked good except one error. I took them back to see what we could do to make things right, either having them remade or a discount because the quality was not on par for what you expect having T-shirt’s made by professionals. Instead I was told they could be remade but at a higher cost and they’d probably have the same problem because of the “small” writing. To which I asked why they didn’t anticipate this problem or contact me after the first shirt had the problem or something. So then I was told my only option was to take our money back and he “would just eat the $200 put into the shirts” (We were only paying $97 so not sure where the $200 came from). I asked about a discount because my troop needs the shirts and was told “I wouldn’t want to put that bad of quality out there”. When we were paying full price he was more than willing. Bottom line find somewhere else to have your custom shirts made, when it benefits their bottom line they do not care about quality and when any other solution is offered Steve (the owner) will be rude and blame it on the customer. Save yourself some time and headache and start somewhere else!!!!
