We enjoy this entire experience. Things have evolved since it’s open. Thankful to learn of recent new menu items.On areas of improvement, I find there are less staff and a bit longer delays to get drinks and food to the table. Hopefully this will improve. There is still a concierge feel and I want more of that. Bathrooms are usually clean though busy times it needs more attention and there has been a broken stall for months.

IPIC dine-in experience is great!!! Love the drinks. Food is good also. Chairs are comfy. You even get a pillow to rest on while watching the movie. Parking at the location was not bad.

Probably best movie going experience Ive had. This the place where you go if want to watch a film with recliner seats, a pillow, and blanket. Pure relaxition with several menu options besides popcorn and nachos. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating since it was a first experience. Ill be back. Yes, its pricey but definitely worth for watching big films.

This place has ups and downs. The service has improved and now it seems to be more consistently OK, but the quality of the food has declined. My friends ordered mozzarella sticks and they were greasy, horrible. My nachos were burnt. I might come back only for the movies and seats ( even though there are no blankets as promised ) but not sure for the food. I might be better off eating some place else.

This place is marvelous and impressive. I went here for the first time and was trully impressed. You are welcomed by a friendly knowledgible staff, the place inside is very upscale and clean, it went beyond my expectations. A full restuarant area, full bar area, waiting area with comfortable seating and games(Not Arcades) to play as u wait..... tremendous. The theater is the best for movie watching... comfort, food at your seat anytime, alcoholic bevarages from the bar... what more can you ask for? I highly recommend this place.

Amazing movie theater! I feel like I can’t go back to a regular theater! The service was so great! Seats are beyond comfy! And while the food is definitely pricey, it’s tasty and it’s nice to have it delivered to your seat!

I just saw guardians of the galaxy vol. 2, and I absolutely loved my first experience! The staff, food, and overall experience was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here again!Although the tickets were on the more expensive side, it was worth it

They have great seats and love the pillows and blankets but they could turn off the air conditioning it was really cold. Also the food took over an hour to get to us when they finally answered the light after 20 minutes being on. Their excuse was the sliders were taking too long. When we finally got our food though it came out great and just how we ordered it. Plus it was free because they took forever.Other then the food taking forever love going there.

Pros: By far the friendliest staff of any theater weve ever been to. One of our seats was broken and they moved us without any hesitation. All around you feel that they actually try to provide great service.I like that the seating gives everyone a clear view of the screen. Youre not trying to look around someones head the entire movie.Food is pretty good. If you go VIP, you get popcorn for free too.Located near some shopping and markets for something to do before and/or after.One if the cleanest theaters Ive been in, as well.Cons: Non alcoholic beverages arent listed on the menu, though they do have them. The unsweetened ice tea was spectacular.Parking garage is still under construction. Not the theaters fault but does make it a bit of a pain. You have to watch where you park, as theyre are construction materials all over. Additionally, the elevators arent operational yet.Handicapped would most likely have to be in the first few rows, even with VIP. The top section is all stairs. Though I doubt that it would effect the view, I cant confirm or deny the possibility.Price isnt unreasonable. However, Im not sure its worth it for general admission seats. Im ok with spending a bit more for VIP to have table service and space.Overall: Well be back

A good place to have a date night. The dining area is nice and relaxing with really great staff. However, the wait staff for the actual theater is lacking in structure. It may be hard to get a a servers attention while inside the movie theater. There could be Mix-Ups regarding your bill. The drinks could accidentally be spilled on you. Though the servers are quite polite and very nice, I find that they have a lack in the area of detail. The theater itself could be better cleaned especially where your drinks are being held in the cup holders. I found them to be gross and quite sticky from drinks being spilled on the inside with particles of food stuck on it. Between the movies someone should actually take a rag to all those cup holders.

This place is just right for couples night.

I love the luxury of this theatre. The box seats come in handy if you want that alone time feel in a big screen setting. The food is okay and the drinks are amazing. I also like the fact that they have a call bell for the wait staff. Service can get a little slow once the movie begins. But all in all a great time out.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at IPIC Monday, 9/30/19. I ordered two cocktails from the bar, and it was evident that the bartender did not know how to make them. He asked a man that was working there (I assume manager since he was wearing a suit) for help making them, and the man ignored him. He proceeded to make the drinks without any measuring device. They came out unpalatable; one was pure alcohol, and the other tasted nothing like the tropical description and was overwhelmingly sour. When our food was ready, I brought the drinks back out and asked that they be remade. Another worker remade them while still just eyeballing measurements. We had ordered the lobster roll entree, which the menu states comes with fries, and it was served with tortilla chips instead. For $22, the menu item should be served as described, and not with a cheap substitute. The drink situation took about 30 minutes to sort out, taking me out of the movie repeatedly, and really ruining my experience at IPIC. Due to the excessive amount of time already spent on the drinks situation I did not even bother bringing up the issue with the entree. Overall I spent $78 for food and drunks and I got worse service than a $15 meal from a fast food restaurant.

Heads up moviegoers...This is the last weekend the Dobbs Ferry location will be open. Closing as part of their new restructuring plan. Nice to see one last movie before they go. Anyone know if a different movie franchise will be taking over the space?

The best! Awesome and uber comfy seats, great menu and good sound. This is one of the best date night places ever. Unless movies give you anxiety attacks. Then maybe something else for you. But me? My wife and I love it!

Nice appearence new construction. they seems to be short of staff. Theater seats are dirty and needs cleaning. Lots of food and beverage options. This place is like upgraded version of alamo.

Awesome movie theater!Get one of the pods for 25 with waiter service OR get a DEAL with the same exact seats AND LOUNGE CHAIRS that are basically the size of a small bed for 13 bucks! The only difference? You gotta bring your food to your own seat. Whatever you save 12 bucks! Definitely worth it! Also really clean, friendly and nice! AND a FULL RESTAURANT and bar! Definitely my new go to for a movie night! :-)

This was my first time going to IPIC and the fact that place was nice wasn’t the issue the issue was not being offered a blanket the whole time and also ordering a plate of food and told them that it was burnt the “manager “ says ok we will bring you a another one. We waited one hour and I decided to press the button because what’s taken them so long and then the server comes up to us and tell us that the manager forgot to put the plate to reorder like what kind of professionalism is that. I’m honestly didn’t think IPIC would be like this.

Service was good, the movie theater itself was very nice and clean. The food is still extremely pricey for what you get and the portions are small for most items. All items we ordered were good (buffalo chicken rolls, loaded tater tots, and fried chicken)...except the truffle fries, they were too plain for the price.

I have to say I went to have a meal at the city perch and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the salmon made by the very good looking chef, Domenic. Keep him, he’s a valuable asset to this theater and the restaurant. I enjoyed his food almost as much as I did looking at him. Props to the chef, he is to be commended.

IPIC is one of the best fancy movie theaters that I been too! They have reclining comfy chairs (where you can eat dinner), FREE POPCORN, waiters that would serve your food at any point of the movie, and a fancy bathroom!

Today was the first time that I went here and I have to say, this is a great movie theater!! You have booth leather seating for 2, so its intimate. The seats are clean (which is a big plus for me), comfortable and they recline. You can order food also. The staff are friendly. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Everything about IPIC Westchester screams 5 stars!! I dont why I waited so long to try this place out, its Awesome!! Its a little expensive but its definitely worth it!

Familiar with the chain...my hope is that the staff can be kept at the same level of excellence 6 months down the line. The iPic in the city is already sliding downhill in my book...but this one is seems to be a better experience food selection seems a little better too...will follow up in a few months Im rooting for this place and have high hopes.

I love coming to this theatre, it’s always relaxing and enjoyable. The food is delicious, the quality is top notch. The drinks they make are wonderful. The environment inside is beautiful, it goes with the environment outside; peaceful and relaxing. Seat are excellent and staff always treats me with respectful and kindness. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I thought it would be a good experience. I brought my husband here for his birthday. For two tickets was a total of 54.00. We arrived and it appeared to be nice, as we walked toward the theater I can smell the carpet and food. The food prices were overrated (6 bucks for a Dr Pepper) drink came in a dirty glass and the popcorn was stale. I would never come back.

Man I used to love this place and wow has it declined. I remember when they first opened. Unbelievable service, impeccable facilities, a real treat that we went out of our way to visit for movie night. Tonights visit was the final straw after a steady decline. Disgusting bathrooms soaked in urine, $13 for a 1/3 of a standard glass of wine, horrific service that leaves you waiting without a check 10 minutes after the movie is over. This was an epic experience for us, took our mom to see the last Rambo movie. Theater was clean and neat. Loved the feel of the place

Amazing movie experience. Truly the way to see a film... when you can afford it. The cost of this wonderful experience was a little steep, especially for the fairly standard quality of the food.

First time there, couldnt wait to go after seeing the decor online but It was so dirty! Bathrooms were horrid, toilet paper all on the floors and the menus had grease on them and the pillowcases had stains and smelled, first and last time

Love the concept. Just wish the tickets were less pricey. The theater can make plenty on the food and service. There doesnt seem to be a really compelling reason for the high ticket prices. Granted the full recliner seats are incredibly comfortable, but such amenities are becoming more common in other theaters with less expensive tickets.

It was a nice place. I liked the theater a lot. Everything in the theater was high quality; seating was comfortable. I sat in the 2nd row which was almost too close, but it was fine. The screen was big but visible at that distance. The menu offerings were good, but I didnt try anything on my visit. I was disappointed with the bathrooms though. They were not very functional or in good shape. Terrible urinal design and the stalls were all backed up. Considering how nice everything else was, the state of the bathrooms was a surprise. Otherwise a pleasant experience, and Ill try it again in the future.

Took the family here for the first time tonight and we had a good experience. Our waiter was very nice and everything seemed to come within a decent time frame. I do wish the menu had more food options, the drinks were great. I do think the popcorn (complimentary because of our seating choice) should come out as the opening previews start playing, ours came out about 10-15 mins into the movie playing. It was my family of 4 plus two other couples so it wasnt very crowded. The seats were very comfortable we had a pillow and blankets (upon request) it was nice because two people are separated from the people around you in the orange chair section, cozy and private. There was some popcorn behind our chairs and on the floor, which I usually see at all movie theaters. Bathrooms were clean. I would definitely return again on an off night, I dont go to the movies on the weekends because with less people I find better service.

I am not the type of person to post a review but I will tell you this much, I will not be renewing my membership with IPic Theater for the simple fact their customer service over the years have went down the drain people spend good money for good service. I will Be canceling my yearly membership and take my business to another movie theatre with better customer service.

Seats are awesome. Service is great. Screens are adequate. Prices are a tad high, hence the 4 and not 5 stars. Its an experience, but not one youd do for every movie. Between membership fees, base ticket price, and premium fee for service, youre looking at close to $30 per ticket. You could also sit very close to the screen for around half that but with no service.The place is very clean and upscale though.

This is my third time visiting this location, and sad to say with each visit the experience diminishes. The cleanliness of the restrooms, and the functionality of the bathroom doors was poor. Super long wait time for more drinks. Sauces and food items on the menu unavailable. The waitress was very rude. She asked me “How are you going to pay?” And came back at the most crucial part of the movie to see if we’re going to pay. The drinks were watered down and barely any alcohol. They were very stingy for the money you spent. $130 dollars later and we were bothered at the most crucial part of the movie with watered down drinks. Food came 20 minutes apart from my date. They did not time that right. It really seems like the money isn’t worth it. Quesadillas were nasty. Womens bathroom were dirty. Men’s bathroom is clean apparently.

I will never go to a normal theater again. This place is awesome. The ticket price is well worth it. Food and drinks were awesome too.

The service is great, definitely 5 star worthy, the food is amazing too I would definitely recommend the slider they sell. The turkey sliders are great and it usually takes 15-20 minutes to receive my order.

This is a great spot for dinner. With a lot of choices as well as vegan, gluten free and keto options. The service was great and very friendly and the food was delicious.

This is absolutely the BEST movie theater in Westchester County hands down!!! What more can you ask for? Premium seating, alcoholic beverages and food being served to you. It also depends on your VIP status. If you’re not, you should come a few minutes early before the movie to get your food and drinks. Other than that, it beats any other theater in the area. Also, it’s very pricey, however, the treatment at this place is well worth it.

Dinner & movie with the lady. Very romantic setting since we arrived when they opened for dinner! Our server evelyn was amazing! Greta was our 7pm show & it did not disappoint us at all. We will be back for sure !

Seats are very comfortable, and I love that the booths make it feel like a solo experience. The food is good, I think my favorite thing so far is the Buffalo chicken spring rolls. Ive had a few of their signature drinks and theyve been pretty good too.

I generally go to the IPIC theater in Fort Lee, NJ, however, I wanted to try a closer location. It was my moms birthday, and my sisters and I wanted to give her a great experience. We were a party of 4. We got there an 1 early, and had some drinks at the bar. The drinks were really good. However, when we go to our seats we were double booked! I was really annoyed, because we wanted to sit all together. We ended up being separated.My sister and I sat in upgraded premium seats, and my other sister and mom sat at another section. They accommodated us to whatever seats were open.Then it was challenging ordering food and drinks, because we were separated and I wanted to keep everything on my card. My food order got mixed up, they charged my card incorrectly, and my food got served towards the end of the movie. Then on top of that there was gum on my seat that was not cleaned from the movie before. Nasty gum got all over my jeans. I was highly disappointed, but were made the best of it. Next time, I will take the extra drive to Fort Lee.

This theater has changed the movie going experience for my family and I. Its pretty much ruined the idea of going to any other theater.I would liken the experience of going to an ipic movie like flying first class. Once youve done it, its hard to go back to coach. Youre paying a premium but youre getting your moneys worth because its like being in your own personal theater. The modern decor, pillow, blankets and reclining leather seats set this place apart from your regular theater.We love that its an intimate setting and not a crowded large theater which is great for a date night or a special movie night with your kids.I also love the fact that you have staff that come to you while youre in the theater to take your food and drink order. Yes, you can have real food and alcohol served to you. Or you can stick with soda, candy and popcorn. Your wish is their command.If you decide you dont want to eat while watching a movie, you can eat right outside the theater because its connected to the City Perk bar and restaurant. So your date or family night can continue there without having to hop back in your car.Ive only had one bad experience at this theater. It was the opening night of the Justice league and the service was off and the bathrooms werent their usual cleanliness. Opening nights of a movie are usually crazy so I can understand. But ipic cares enough to send a survey after your visit via email. I shared my dissatisfaction and the manager contacted me right away to apologize. I went back recently and the things he said he had implemented were definitely in place. The experience was stellar again.So if youre looking for a modern movie theater with decor and service that is first class, this is the place for you. But be warned, youll never want to go to a regular movie theater again. Alamo house better step up their game.

Sometimes you just want to have a fantastic movie experience without ridiculous annoying people and enjoy good food. Other times, you just want the comfort of your house. The iPic theater has the perfect marriage of those two! If you want to have a better date night, build a relationship with someone special or have an enjoyable time with your friends, then definitely come to this establishment. The staff are super amazing and make great suggestions as what to eat and drink. I really enjoy coming here!

First time there was amazing! 2nd time around not so much: long wait for blankets, cocktails, and no popcorn for first 20 minutes of the movie. We actually got our entrees before the popcorn :( please step up service speed. You pay for the ultimate experience to get the ultimate experience but I did not this time. This place has really gone down hill. Used to be very clean with great service and food. Got there today and the area around the chairs was dirty, the table had left over spill stains from the persons prior to us, the food wasn’t hot and asked for popcorn 5 minutes into the movies and never received it. When we asked for popcorn we were told it was already too late and they can’t give it to us. Already annoyed with that we get home only to see that our card was charged for our bill after paying cash. Have been calling off the hook to fix this issue and no response. So sad to see this place go down like this. Really used to love going.

Overall the movie theater is very clean, the staff is super friendly and the food was pretty good. I had a great experience. For me though I dont really go to a movie for all of the extra things like meals and the whole Ipic bundle. I would recommend anyone to try it and see if it sticks out to you.

Purchased the highest level package, the service was terrible. The server never brought our unlimited popcorn, had to flag her down myself (Saturday night showing of Stuber, 10:45pm, July 13, 2019), and we only got the popcorn near the end of the movie. Service before that was extremely slow, and it was like pulling teeth. Seats were clean and comfy, but not worth the $27 a ticket for concierge service. Just get your own treats yourself, and pay less.

Seats were fine but we never got the the food we ordered 10 min before the movie started. The staff did not even acknowledge that a mistake was made. The bill was changed to remove the food we never received but without so much as an apology. Just going to a regular movie theater is easier and faster in reality if you intended to eat the food you order.

Joshua Santiago is one of the most professional and dedicated Cleaners I have come across. when I used to make my deliveries in the past before coming across, Joshua, it was always complicated for me to make my deliveries.I can honestly say for quite some time this will be the first time ever I was actually able to make a delivery without any interruptions or inconveniences. The old companies that used to clean I pic theater in Dobbs ferry never did really excellent job in the kitchen because the merchandise I would drop off would end up getting deteriorated from the water on the floor. This morning I walked in and the kitchens look like the floors were Just Installed that’s how excellent Of a job it was for me to come across. Joshua Santiago is truly a dedicated employee to IPIC Of Dobbs Ferry And I Hope That They Keep Him As A Designated Cleaner For IPIC Because Of His Professionalism.

I visit IPic because I live very close by and is very convenient. I went there with high expectations that were not satisfied. My first visit was on Valentines day and paid for the full service with the food and popcorn. I saw the waiter when I made my food order then I didnt see him for about an hour. I got my popcorn and my cold sliders. I ordered more popcorn which never came. I gave it a pass because it was Friday, February 14th and they were very busy. However, the seats are very comfortable and the movie was enjoyable.My second visit, I expected the service to be better. Boy, was I wrong! I had the same problems with the waiter. I went out to get my popcorn, because my daughter loves her popcorn at the movies. To my dismay, the workers werent busy with tasks to help customers.They were too busy blasting their music and dancing around. The music was so loud it was ridiculous. You couldnt hear the person talking next to you. I couldnt believe it. The atmosphere is really ratchet like im in the Bronx instead of Westchester.That was the last time i paid for full service. I just get my own popcorn and I dont bother with the food because it isnt good. I give 3 stars because the seats are comfortable and my daughter enjoys it.

I cannot fathom why other people gave 4-5 stars... must be fake reviews. I went there today with my husband on our only day off together. We got there at 3:45 and were seated in our $54 seat which ended up only including seats that recline (which are available everywhere nowadays), an old blanket and a pillow. We immediately ordered food. Fast forward to 4:40... still no food, no popcorn (which we asked for at 3:50 and were told it was on its way... we also asked for it twice since then). Ravenous and annoyed, we walked out and demanded our money back. The manager gave us our money but was not professional or apologetic in his demeanor. I will never go back here ever... don’t waste your time or money. Such a disappointment in what has the potential to be a good place.

Fanciest movie theater ive been to in a while. Reclining seats. Free popcorn and refills of sode when you sit in the plus section. free surface parking lot. You will have to open a tab on your credit card if you want drinks and stuff or if not thats cool too but you need to start a tab. They give you a blanket for each seat and pillow. Total bill $50 for two tickets. But very intimate romantic spot and there is a restaurant right in the movie theater.

I did get an email asking for my contact information but no way to get them the information privately, they didnt send me an email address to respond to. The reason for the 3 stars is: was able to book (in the theater) a chair that is broken (my husband went to the front and got our chairs changed thankfully because the theater was not full), the hallway outside of theater 2 smells like stale beer has been soaking into the carpet like a bad dive bar, the popcorn is not warm, I asked for a mocha martini, was told not available, asked for the spicy tuna, that too was not available. Ordered the sliders instead, which I hadnt realized had bleu cheese (which is likely my own fault as I must have missed it in the description, but I strongly dislike bleu cheese so, the sandwich was awful) the pretzel my husband ordered was fresh but not hot/warm. We have been here several times since they opened, hopefully this was just a bad day

When this theater first opened, it was luxurious. I loved seeing movies there. After two recent visits, I am sad to say that it has declined considerably. The theater is filthy: tables and cup holders are never clean; the menus are always sticky; popcorn is always on the floor. The service is terrible. Food orders take much too long. On my last visit, the server never reappeared with my credit card. I had to ask about it multiple times and, finally, someone found her and my card. The explanation: she was busy elsewhere.Tonight I went to another theater in the area that serves food. Yes, the seats arent as comfortable. And yes, my food took along time to come but my server apologized (and then didnt charge me for my order). IPIC needs to improve dramatically if it wants my future business. Cleanliness and good service are more important than reclining seats.

New clean movie house, immense reclining chairs with tray tables and waitress service. And they give you a pillow and blanket too. Free parking lot and a free garage next door. Food comes from the City Perch restaurant which is attached, also highly recommended. More expensive than AMC, but worth the extra coin.

When you come in you are welcomed by a beautiful decor and a usually friendly staff at the door. You then make your way to the bar where its a hit or miss on how quickly you are served and if you get a smile thats rare. You are however allowed to bring your drink onto the theater eventhough you can order one at youre seat, if you have the appropriate seat choice. Now is where it really makes or breaks the night, the waiter. If you get a good one, which Ive had only twice in the 15 times of going, youre lucky. Youll find yourself playing a slot machine the entire night hitting the call button to get service. The reason I keep coming back, despite the service, are the comfortable seats in the premium plus section. It feels like you are alone in the theater (you get free popcorn with these seats).UPDATE.Went back again on September 19th and the bartender asked us for a drink and walked away and never came back. He was on his phone the entire time at the end of the bar ignoring us.

Not worth it. Bathrooms are not cleaned up often enough for the amount of traffic...no soap dispensers and one bottle of half filled with water soft soap for 3 sinks. Service could be better too. Appetizers are not very good and I personally wouldnt eat a full meal in a movie theater. Alamo is better.

It was the first time going there for me & my bf. I didnt appreciate that since we came a bit over 45 minutes early and wanted to have dinner at the City Perch. It took so long for the waiter to even take our drink orders let alone order food. The host let us know that we had enough time to eat before our movie. That wasnt the case at all, the food was cooked when our movie was just about to start. Prices arent bad though and its a different experience from any other regular theater. More staff needed for sure!

This has got to be one of the best movie theatres I have been to. I loved it. The seats are extremely comfortable. Its 2 two a seat with a privacy partion around it. It also has a table in front of the seats for when you order your food, which can be done from your seat. They also serve alcohol was very clean. The staff was courteous

They are really slow with the dining service. I strongly suggest ordering in advance. Ive seen them delivering food during the end credits of the movie.

A friend asked me out to the movies as long as I paid. Arrived and was advised to sit in the comfy and cozy seats that recline. The cost for two approximately $60.00. Includes attendant and free popcorn. I declined and chose equally comfortable seats for $16.00 each; no attendant and no FREE popcorn. My friend decided to order food and drinks as I had already eaten. She paid almost $70.00. So I am going to stick with Regal Cinemas. All of their seats are leather and recline ($12-16). I will eat before or after the movie at a restaurant.

Ipic is the only theater I go to. Great food and service. The premium plus seats are always the best

Theater was freezing. Blankets were provided to some people. What gives?

Very forgetful customer service. We ordered some food while watching a movie but only part of the order came. (this happened several times).

Disappointed with the service. Slow to retrieve our order, of drinks, free popcorn and peanut MMs which were also given in a glass cup (are you attempting to be fancy, & did you wash your hands prior to handing me this cup?)Also, the retrieval of my change for these purchases was not returned promptly. Thankfully, it wasnt a large amount, but nonetheless, a patron should not have to go looking for the waitress to find their change; then be told, they havent processed their payment yet! Management should train their employees, young or not how to handle these issues in a more prompt manner.

Ignore the five star reviews, this place is the absolute worst! Food took an hour to get, they didn’t bring the second round of drinks and the first round had ZERO alcohol. Will NEVER go back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The seats are comfy, awesome for a couple on a date. Food was decent. Service was atrocious, had to ask 3 different waiters for water. The lights come on to early during the credits. So mid and end credits are harder to see.

How disappointing! The food never arrived despite our constant reminders that we were still waiting for our dinner. I would give a 10 star to the ambiance but a negative 10 for the terrible service and the not so clean bathrooms. What a pity!

Ridiculously expensive. We paid $25 each for a recliner w. Pillow, blanket, complimentary pop corn among other things. We never saw the blankets. We asked for the popcorn and the server said to give her 2 minutes, the movie lasted 3 hours and 2 days after Im still waiting for the pop corn. When we asked about the Closed captioning the girl in the front said they dont offer that service, good thing we found one of the managers and he helped us w. That but the close captioning is only in English. Besides all that is fine. Terrible service except for that one manager.

This was mine and my husbands first experience with iPic. To tell the truth, it wont be our last. From the moment we walked in and the lady at the counter was friendly and informative. She explained the membership and the perks. The waiter that met us and showed us to our seat was friendly and personable. He showed us how the seats work and how the wait service worked. The over all experience was amazing. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The seats we choose were amazing. It is like your seeing a private screening of the movie. Food was very good. All staff were friendly and the environment was well kept. Definitely a great place for a night out with the significant other.

Love this movie theater if youre looking for the whole experience. Dinner and movie! You get a private booth with table service. The waiters are really discrete so you can totally enjoy a movie while chowing. I wouldnt go here for every movie, but for a special treat this is definitely a fun spot.

I liked this place, seats are comfy, popcorn is fresh, food is decent, wait staff is friendly! Will be back here again. :)

Very comfortable seats, nice fuzzy blanket and pillow provided. 3 stars given because the food was awful. So so bad and $80 for very little in quantity. Nice seats and otherwise good experience but eat before you go...
