Could be a very nice set up if they would get rid of all the junkie and replace with newer homes

I am surprised at the condition of a lot of the homes there. It is starting to look run down and needs to be addressed before it gets too late.

Not a stereotypical trailer park. All the mobile homes look well taken care of and the property itself is very well maintained

This is on the edge of town. Its its own sketchy neighborhood. The deals and managers are pretty bad, and nothing is included.
