I have 2 friends that live here and visit frequently. They have raised his lot fee more than triple what it was in 2 years. His yard is a swamp 99 percent of the time and hes repeatedly asked for help figuring it out along with several other issues. I recommend thinking long and hard before setting your home up here. Hes stuck unless he pays to have his home moved and reset somewhere else.

Nice and quiet but the manager is shady. She keeps raising rent with the promise to pave the roads yet 2 years later of constant $50 raises on rent and still no paved road.

In a nice area, however seems to me they over charge on their lot rent. They dont have any kind of amenities to make up for it.

Manager is unprofessional rude and dies not follow up. Rent has went from 280 to 500 for lot with trash pick up in less than 2 years wish i could move
