Love my Michaela Craft store. Lots of stuff to choose from to keep me busy during this pandemic.

Dustin went above and beyond the call of duty today to figure out how I could pay for my framing estimate. Jessica and Liz have been awesome as well. This is my go to craft store and frame shop! Thank you, Dustin! I have had many items framed and shadow boxed here and am always impressed with the quality of work.

I always love me going to Michaels. Today I went for a can of Matte Robins Egg spray paint. Its a beautiful light blue. Curbside was offered, but I wanted to check out the food flavorings. Michaels carries blueberry and raspberry extracts. Yea.

Well stocked store and well kept. Busy store. Lots of craft and home decor items.

They normally have a great selection in stock and this store was no different. Not much in with the help and associates seemed to be preoccupied with leaving the store rather than being there assisting customer. Checkout for 2 items took almost 15 minutes with only 3 people in line with less than 5 items.

Me and my wife love the Halloween miniature displays they have every year. Just wish they have more cashiers at the check out.

Michaels is a good store but not as well stocked as it was prior to covid 19. But thats likely true for most retail stores.

Dickenson location: I have never been more disappointed in a Michaels location everI was looking for a Cricut Maker and called this location 3xs each time the same male answered and when I asked if they had one in stock he would hang up on meCalled the Michaels in Webster and the girl was sooooo helpful and I was able to buy my Cricut Maker and additional supplies

Had an awesome experience with the framing department. Patricia has a great appreciation of art and that passion helps her go the extra mile. She guided me through the process and I believe we will have some amazing art to hang on our walls.

They have the most wonderful sales going on right now. I must say their customer service is amazing. The two Checkers that were there today, February 8th. The staff need to know a bit more about crafting to work at a craft store. It Halloween and the poor girl didn’t know what liquid latex was much less where it was. But I found it and showed it to her. Even told what it’s used for. But she was very willing to learn.

Great art supplies but need more brands of paint like Amsterdam available in the store I was not able to find that. Maybe sold out.

Prices are a little higher than other craft stores but they have great quality items.

This is an awesome store! Employees go out of there way to ask you if you need assistance. The cashiers are friendly. The lines dont get bad before they call for back up.

Fernando was incredibly helpful and informative. We came in with some posters - struggling to get an idea of which frame to get, and Fernando came by and helped us measure all five of them. He also offered many different suggestions on how to hang them and what dimensions would more than likely need a custom frame.The best customer service Ive had in a very long time! I love this store. The staff (most of them) is friendly and the store is clean, organized and I always find good deals.

We got everything we needed and then some. We got lucky that most everything we needed was on sale. Plus we used the online coupons that saved us so much.

Only complaint is the stitching aisles are always neglected. Baskets of product blocking the shelves, tons of out of stocks, and disorganized. Otherwise the rest of the store looks great.

For every craft you need this is the place. We could not find some stuff and a staff member came and helped us several times. Showed us where it was and walked with us. Great shopping experience here. Nice staff.

Im a cross sticher, and they have the best supplies!

Didnt help me at all walked around and stood in same aisle looking for certain item no one came to assist me. Only time someone finally came was to spy on me like i was up to no good. Very rude and made me feel uncomfortable

Always clean with helpful staff. Some coupons/deals are misleading. They exclude products, but you never know which products are excluded until you check out.
