Placed plenty of large orders for food—the lamb chops were great...food is phenomenal. They get a ONE-STAR for the customer service. I placed a DoorDash order here and my dasher went to pick it up. They told my dasher they didn’t have an order. It was so frustrating. They don’t even pick up the phone. They missed out on a $200 tab because of their lack of customer service. Not to mention the people working were rude to my dasher. Unprofessional and rude, smh. I won’t spend a dime here again and they lost some big spenders because of the ghetto service.

I havent been yet, but soon as I get out this hot tub Im goingIm from Cincinnati,OH on business. I heard the radio station mention this spot so Im going to check it out. Cincinnatians DONT eat much lamb chops but Im about to go see whats so special about lamb chops. So I can take my experience back to the 513.

Terrible Doordash picked my food up and my order was missing my 2 sides..They refuse to give me awhole neither meal for me wasting my time to find away to get something they forgot to put in my bag.I want be going back..So I paid 26.00 dollars just for meat

I have been coming to Club Celebrity since 2004 wow that’s a lot of years. I have some of the best memories from hanging out there. I’ve never ever had a problem. I’ve even thrown a few parties there. Food is Delicious!!! Friendly atmosphere. Just an overall great place to come too chill, party, dance, eat and be serviced by the Best bartenders in the “D”!!!!

The food is awesome but I swear yall have some of the most rudest female workers who serve the food or answer the phone nasty talkin acting, talking all fast and if you cant hear what they saying because they going too fast and you ask what did you say they hang up the phone on you.

The food is excellent! Deserves a five star but the customer service was horrible. The verbiage used needs to be seriously addressed. It does not look good for the establishment.

Oh my goodness! The food was delicious! I had steak, greens & macaroni & cheese. The serving size on the meat was on point. My boyfriend had the lamb chops...oouiiee, scrumptious! The dance floor was nice..I like the pole & the ladies were doing splits and things I only wish I can do. However, it was definitely entertaining.

Their food is always good. They make the fish and fried chicken fresh to order so be prepared to wait if thats what u want to order. Their sides are good and they have a lot of options. Its soul food and they also have fresh veggie sides too.

Really good place to chill! VERY clean for a hood bar! Really good drinks and specials. Decent food, but not bar food, actual Soul Food! DJ and mechanical bull! Small parking lot and small patio/deck but still worth the stop! Plenty of street parking!

This place give the worst service especially towards military members they had us to siting over an hour we went on the quarter shot day and they completely ignored my friends and I at the bar. And continued younask to speak to a manager here and everyone act completely incompetent. I paid a civer charger to basically not even drinkn I could’ve just gotten food it this place disgusted me the women there are very trashy who work there no poise or respect about them whatsoever. I will never come back here. and the bouncer was disgustingly rude. Horrible I wish I could give no stars.

Food is good service over the phone poor... I called in to place a order they kept me on hold for the longest ....came back and told me to hold on again...then came back and told me I had to come in and place a order.... I explained that I had been waiting and the first person told me I could place my order ...her response in a very nasty tone was... well Im telling you you cant because my line backed. She could have just taken the order in the tone she took to be rude...
