The boat club is in the midst of a renovation project. The interior looks good.

The reconstruction begins! This is such a beautiful old building with so much history. Walking the halls of this huge place, you just feel the the history - such a beautiful place.

Had a great time visiting for an event... The interior is very historical while the exterior suffers greatly from years of neglect... I cant wait till they get this place back to its original state. Really enjoyed just walking around the grounds and also watching the rowers organize to get the boats in the water

My sister had her wedding service and reception there. Its a beautiful, charming, and historic building. It reminded me of a building in Europe. The ballroom was large enough to hold the reception of at least 100 people. Very happy with this venue!

Attended a fundraiser. Had fun. Building is undergoing restoration to recapture the original beauty.

Not only is the boat club seeping with history and built with innate architecture, but it offers a beautiful view of the Detroit River. A great training facility and an even more amazing venue!

The Detroit boat club has a long marvelous history. At long last some people are finally taking care of it and bringing it back to its Glory.Right now during the construction and revitalization I believe the only thing that goes on there is a local Rowing Club that uses the building to store their equipment and to use it as a starting point for their rowing events.It will soon be a wonderful place to have events.

Awesome location, cool building and history, needs some work and safety upgrades. Hopefully restoration will continue and it will again be back to its former glory.

Not a good place to have a wedding reception

Very much enjoy this old club, and hope renovations keep happening to bring it back to its once glory.

Im a rower for DBC amd the facilites while are a bit older, everything is in great working conditions. The machines are nice and locker rooms are kept up.
