Not rating it low because of customer service the attendant was very nice feel kinda sorry he has to be in a hot box but i rated low because of return policy. I understand some things cant be returned but it dhould be exchanged on items like the 15.00 bottle of head cleaner i bought that was empty by the time i made it home the very top of the cap was broken which me nor the attendant would of seen until the over wrap is taken off but now i have a 15 dollar empty bottle of super rush pic is enclosed you can see the wrapper is still on bottle empty broken top*update: so I changed my rating after the above mentioned incident because right after this was posted the owner Eric a very funny guy personally contacted me and offered to fix the situation and even hired me as a clerk so for all your adult need 24 hour video is the place to go tell them shawn sent you lol

Wonderful place all together just one issue is why do the amazing owners cut all the communications with people who worked there clean and sincere?

Just go to Spencer’s or order online you’ll be happier . Bad service. Very few items mainly just hand cuffs and chokers and about 6 other items so not much variety at all. Terrible customer service, the younger black guy working in there made things awkward and he was very sarcastic. He even tried to make it seem like I was lying when I said I came for a few items to add to a bachelorette gift bag no matter what I say I’m there for it doesn’t matter just sell the items it’s none of your business if I could give you guys zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Why would the neon OPEN sign be on and not be open at 10 pm when youre supposed to be open until 12 am? Makes no sense for running a business to have staff inside telling me closed when there are 2 signs outside that say open! Very weird!

They dont take credit cards

Just a tiny room with DVDs and sex supplies, and a very unwelcoming cashier. You can get just as good from the liquor store or online videos. If you think this is interesting, or a video arcade, look elsewhere, for sure!

I went for Rush and some DVDs and the employees were not helpful at all. Yelling to remove my card after the machine started to leave it inserted. Learn true customer service guys!
