Destin and Emerald Towers are very nice, Ive been coming for 9 years. This is the first time unit 403 was very disappointing. deck furniture torn, electric sockets loose, stove did not heat evenly, door make noise like a jackhammer, mattresses poor, supplies very cheap, BR closet rusted. new floors and sofas, should not rent until updating is complete. I request a refund of $750.

This was a neat place. It sits right on the beach and we had a fantastic view! Large balcony, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms - we had a great time!

No complaints.

No one there to Che k us in was locked up. Had to call back on reservation to get them to call security to let us into room

The property was dirty, the condo we stayed in maintenance was terrible. Master bdrm door could not close without lifting it. Floor was dirty and when they came to clean it again, they never rinsed the mop. So it was just pushing dirt around, walls were beatuo and needed paint. Dishwasher was loud and scraped a door knob when opening and closing. The back door couldnt close at all, much less lock. Bathtubs were completely nasty. Never will go back.

The bathroom need to be updated, the ground was keep neat, front desk clerk was exceptional.

The close dryer made a LOUD NOISE. And it was not fixed the 8 nights we stay there. Bedroom #2 smelled like urine and also seen Dog hair in different places in the unit

Loved the view. Didn’t like that we couldn’t use our own umbrella

Beautiful view of ocean . very nice place to stay. would definitely recommend to other people

The condo is in need of remodeling. Obnoxious security light outside of bedroom window.
