Well maintained

My address 1112 Redman Dr. I am so unhappy with the service in this community. I have lived here since February 24, 2018 the secretary Gina said they will spray the mold and algae off my unit in April, still hasnt happened. I have reported roof damage in March still no repairs. I have water damage all throughout the unit I have reported it three times, Joshua the maintenance member said to my face that he would be here to fix that along with my roof, my toilet in the second bathroom and replace ALL THE WATER PIPES UNDER MY UNIT! None of what they said to me has been done. I do not know if this is how Dynamic functions or if it is discrimination. I do not like to say that, but I wonder why it would take this long and no response or reason as to why. But I only ask another honest human to honor their own words. These are things you told me that you would do. I have not been late on my fees, it is all on auto pay! I am no impressed with any part of Dynamic. I am not a confrontational person. I like to ask you to do your job and then I expect for you to do it. I will not curse no one out or tell them they have a certain amount of time to do something or else. I do not do that. I know that word of mouth is more powerful than anything. As long as it takes for Dynamic to address my issues and concerns. I will be here every week to update anyone who wants to know on the progress of Dynamic. I have nothing but time and opportunity! I want what you said you would do for me. I am not asking for nothing that is not in your job description to do. I am suppose to fill out a work order and you should handle that request in five business days not four or five months. My husband is a disabled American war Veteran. I feel like the do not honor the service of our Veterans. I do not want special treatment. But if I report roof and water problems and you do nothing, then, that can and will create mold, and if you do nothing and you know what can happen that make you liable. So if my disabled husband experiences anything as a result of our deplorable living situation. You will be hearing from our Lawyer.

Gina is friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I am proud to be a new resident at Dynamic!

We just bought a beautiful 2018 new home at 1109 cardinal dr!!! We r so Excited and the experience was so wonderful! We had the most Amazing help from Mrs. Gina Juarez, She was so Friendly, and helpful !!! Thank you too Mrs.Gina and also to Yes communities!!!

I love it over here its very quite and the area is very productive.

Visited family.nice and quiet neighborhood. Plus theres a pool and small park.

Good place I got a brand new (as in I am the first person to live in my particular unit) 3 bedroom home for 1100 which I feel is very Decent

Office staff was very welcoming & helpful! They provided great customer service and worked quickly to get my dad into his home!

Ads are deceiving. Prices on Zillow are wrong. It gives you one price then when you come look at it their prices are completely different.

THAN LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND FOR THE OFFICE STAFF SEPARATELY. DO NOT MAKE THESE PEOPLE LOOK GOOD. GIVE A TRUE HONEST REVIEW BASED ON HOW THEY TREAT YOU. HOW THEY ADDRESS YOUR CONCERN, HOW THEY MAKE YOU FEEL IN THE PROCESS. WRITE ABOUT HOW FAST THEY RESPOND TO YOUR CONCERN. WRITE ABOUT IF THEY TAKE IT SERIOUSLY OR NOT. ALSO IF YOU HAVE EVER HAS TO CALL THE CORPORATE OR REGIONAL OFFICE, IF ANYONE CALLED YOU BACK, WELCOMED YOU TO THE COMMUNITY, ADDRESSED YOUR CONCERNS, OR FOLLOWED UP WITH YOU IN ANYWAY, AS WELL AS HOW LONG IT TOOK FOR A RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUSE OR CONCERN. I WANT TO READ A REAL REVIEW. I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY PERSON THAT FEELS LIKE DYNAMIC IS NOT BEING PROPERLY REPRESENTED BY ITS CURRENT STAFF AND CREW.

Its ok here but it could be better. They dont fix things in a timely manner.

Quite area and respectable neighbors....

Its ok there is just alot of animals that roam around like today there was a snake in the crack of our porch, and my house is very ran down like a couple weeks ago the porch .I dont think its a good idea for a baby to live there

Management is great but people that there moving in are horrible not worth risking my familys well being
