Great place to make home cooked meals for the family and the friends

I have lived at Regency almost 25 yrs, my parents had lived there longer. I love this park. I love that my grandson is safe when he comes to visit, that I can do what I want to my yard within reason and that they care about their community. Yes, its going through some changes right now, but its all for the good of the park. Have talked to new manager several times and there is a lot of plans being done.

You cannot visit your friends without the manager calling the tow trucks and having your cars towed. I think the manager has a problem with alot of the Hispanics that live there. If your car tire touches the grass shes calling the tow company and you cannot be there past 10:00 pm because shes walking around checking on people that have their cars there to have them tow. So be very careful when you visit your friends.

From my prospective, the Manager treats employees terrible and talks down to them and Is not truthful. A lot of Drama! From what I have heard they are Going through 3 maintenance men in 8-12 weeks when the manager has only been their 12 weeks. This is not a good track record.Tenants and past employees have been talked about from the manager from my understanding.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever lived. They have really strict rules. They also turn the water off all the time for different reasons and if they were professional about things they would coordinate the work on the water hydrates and other water issues at the same time so they could not inconvenient the tenants as much. This place turns the water off at least a couple times a month but recently it has been every week.

The towing situation has been addressed. We no longer allow vehicles to be towed without approval from new management. Our apologies for your inconvenience. Parking your vehicle on the streets after 10pm is for the safety of our residents. Our roads are narrow and we have to have clear path for emergency vehicles to access your home when needed.

I dont live here anymore but I have a parent who does... They are raising rent again, they usually do every year, but nothing is improved upon and they do a horrible job with snow removal!Also they are slumlords, towed my car for being in the grass a little! Wont help!!!

Nice place, But new owners in recent years have raised the prices dramatically. It doesnt sound to me like this place is worth what theyre charging.

I hate living here because when we invite are family to are home they cant stay here past 10 p.m. because they will get there car towed

After my brother has become disabled this place has lost rent payments, had water burst, and complaints to numerous to mention!

Love the two ladies in the office. They were very helpful and informative. I think this is a nice place but maybe a few too many speed bumps. My car dont like them.

Great property management. Roger is a great landlord. Owned by Iowa Reality I believe.

Not the best part of town, but reasonably clean and well kept. The mobile homes arent too old and there are some garages.

Pools always rented out. Residents pay extra all year around and dont have access everyday as we should. Renting out the club house is one thing and charging for that but to refuse usage of the pool is unacceptable. No notification to residents were just asked to leave. Perhaps we had plans to spend the day at the pool with our kids? Im a paying resident. 4th of July holiday was even rented out. So if you dont mind not accessing the pool everyday yet pay for it move in today. And good luck in the winter trying to get out of the park for work. Save your vacation time to call in..rediculous management will not stand up to owners. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020 new rules.. if you have more than 2 vehicles figure it out as you are NOT permitted to park in front of your home regardless if youre on the lease and pay rent however guests may receive a day and/or overnight pass via colored ticked otherwise youll be towed. Not a family oriented place to live as there are 300 lots and 8 parking spaces at the office so no parking for family and/or friends during holidays all family and friends must leave by 9pm daily or will be towed! Ridiculous as I pay rent and am on the lease yet no accommodations eventhough my license plate is on file. Pool under maintenance since March and workers have only been present working 4 days this year. However all residents pay extra in lot rent all year around. Rules change constantly vs holding rule breakers accountable. my Folks have lived here since 1990 hands down worst owners and management. Also office is usually closed other than leaving a message for a call back good luck for a response. Today living is like camping at a KOA. Management WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE PAYING RESIDENTS. ALSO you will not be notified when water is turned off in the neighborhood! Not run through water works run off of private. Mailboxes gathered at the office vs in front of your home so becareful in the winter not to slip and fall. Not recommend living for retirement folks. Kid friendly no basketball always closed for parking and swings rarely replaced and pool (as i stated above) hit or miss.

There is one Maintnce worker out there that does an awsome job of working and keeping things up to date and that is Mikey the other one I really dont care for
