Went here for a day party and the staff was uninformed about everything. The host advertised bottomless mimosas and drink specials.The bartender told us the only drink special they were willing to do was $3 mimosas and charged $20 for bottomless mimosas. I decided to get the bottomless mimosa and got 2 before they said that they ran out/it was “over”.We ordered a hookah from the bar and one bartender told us $35 for 2 hours. It ran out like an hour in and we spent the last hour trying to get the bartenders on the same page. We asked for a refund and they said they would just refill it when there was only 7 mins left for the hosts party.They were understaffed and unapologetic about it. Totally rude service. They argued with us and tried to fault us for there misunderstanding. What’s sucks most is that it feels like these places always treat Black women like this.The name changed for this bar and they’re probably under new management- either way.. I’ll never be going back.
