I did this tour with 2 of my friends, we absolutely loved it. The company was great, the communication about where to meet, the rules. I can see that they are taking all the necessary and important precautions in COVID-19 time. Very knowledgeable guide, comfortable van. We love the stories about the places that we visited. we did a Rocky mountain NP tour the day before, and we were pleasantly surprise how beautiful Red rocks, evergreen and echo lake (it was our favorite) the mountain vistas from the top of mount Evans and echo lake - were the best. Hands down 5 star tour.

We had a great time on our tour. Christina was an excellent guide. She explained the history really well. We saw some big horn sheep along the road. Christina stopped so we could take pictures. Our time in Breckenridge could have been a little longer but the weather was great, lots of little shops and taverns to visit. The Continental Divide was cool to see. You were above the tree lines. On the way back we stopped at Red Rocks, a very cool concert place. Would definitely use the company again.

Just got back from the Breckenridge/Continental Divide/Red Rocks tour and holy cow... those were the most amazing sights Ive ever seen! If youre looking to see some of the most beautiful mountains in Colorado, this is a great tour. And Will was a PHENOMENAL tour guide - timely, knowledgeable, funny, and reliable! Spent two days with Colorado Sightseer and it was the absolute highlight of my trip. The guides could not be nicer and were chock full of information. Kristin, the owner went very far above and beyond for me. The tours are amazing and breathtaking and the guys were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this company over the other few that I try.

The only thing I wish they would have mentioned is altitude sickness. I would have loved to have taken a Dramamine or something for nausea before going. However, I was provided with ginger candies and they worked well. Aside from that, the views were gorgeous, our guide was very informative, and I have beautiful memories of my time in Colorado. This excursion was the highlight of my trip, and worth the cost!

Enjoyed seeing Red Rocks Amphitheater. Was not aware how stunning it was. Would be great to see a concert there sometime. Kristina was very knowledgeable about the Denver area. We also enjoyed going up to Echo Lake and Evergreen. This tour was kind of off the beaten path that most tours take going up into the Rockies.

The climb was moderate and rocky, but I was able to ride my bike halfway. The remainder could be walked with bike so not too steep. There were snakes. A baby I ran over accidently of course, and a second larger one on the way down. Hot dry weather must be bring them out. It was over 90 the day I went.Sights at the top are spectacular. I couldnt stay until night because I felt a couple drops of rain and I didnt know how to get back in the dark. Didnt get far enough to see the quarry, so trek earlier and see what else awaits.

This tour was the BEST part of our trip to Denver! The owner is AMAZING! She was very kind and professional and answered all of my questions beforehand regarding the safety and sanitation measures that they have implemented during Covid. When I got on the tour they did everything they said. We rode in a very clean 15 passenger van, but there were only 4 of us and our tour driver, Will, made 5. They assured me that they would only fill their vans halfway to allow for distancing and there was plenty of room to do just that. They also kept the windows slightly open to allow for air to circulate, EVERYONE had masks on the ENTIRE time, and every time we got back on the van, Will, offered us hand sanitizer (the good stuff,Germ X). So I say all of that to say we felt extremely safe. The tour itself was a great value! From 8:30 to approx 4:30 was our return. The Red Rocks and Breckenridge were our favorite stops. Absolutely gorgeous! Will did a great job narrating the tour and keeping us engaged even though there were only 4 of us. He was full of knowledge and very helpful as well in terms of taking photos and recommending stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this tour. Also if you book, please try to book directly from the tour company and not a third party. They take 25% and this is a small local business that’s trying to stay in business. I know they’re taking a real financial hit in an effort to keep us safe while still providing great quality tours, so please support and remember to tip your tour driver generously if possible because they work hard!

Our first time visit to The Rocky Mountains. We took the #4 Rocky Mountain National Park in winter tour. What a fantastic tour. Scott was very knowledgable and informative of the history, wildlife and plant life of the park. Scott was our tour guide, bus driver, photographer, and mother to make sure we stayed hydrated. We were able to experience warm and sunny weather with the temperature in the mid 60s to rain in the mid 40s to snow in the mid 30s. And the views were just spectacular. We were able to get pictures of elk, deer and moose. Before we took the tour, we thought an 8 hour tour might be too long. But in the end, the day flew by. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Excellent first view of the Colorado Rocky Mountains:Will, the tour guide, had a very relaxed and pleasant manner. He was very knowledgeable about the mountains and the towns of Boulder, Lyon and Estes Park where we made stops. Will is a good storyteller and shared information and stories about the history and ecology of the Mountains and the Park along with his own experiences. I was picked up at Union Station at the flagpole. I was a little concerned about making the connection as the area outside Union Station is very busy however Will sought me out at the flagpole. The tour moved along at a relaxed pace and there were frequent comfort stops. I experienced subtle but definite physiological reactions to the increase in elevation and the very dry air; (I live in the humid climate of the mid-Atlantic region.) The views were, of course, spectacular. The lunch was quite respectable, much better than I anticipated. The company of other tourists was very pleasant on this 10 hour trip.

Did the half-day tour and it was such a beautiful break from the city. Involved a short hike and plenty of opportunity to wander at each stop. A great way to get a taste of Colorado when staying in Denver over the weekend. Tour guide was super knowledgeable, pleasant and deeply-rooted to the Rockies. She made sure we were hydrated and took care of the group the whole way with helpful tips for thriving in the elevation. Thank you for the great experience!

Awesome trip to Rocky Mountain National Park on Saturday. Totally a worthwhile way to spend the day. Views and wildlife were amazing. Trip made even better with Dawn, a first class tour guide! Wonderful experience! Went on a day trip with my husband and had a great time. Gorgeous trail, about four miles. Our guide Will was so kind/ informative. We all learned so much. We did everything from discovering animal tracks to picking wild raspberries. Can’t wait to do it again.

Went on an awesome hike with these guys last week! It was great! Colorado Sightseer and their guide Will were super professional and knowledgable. We reached the trailhead super quickly from Denver and soon were in the mountains. The hike was very doable, interesting, and enjoyable. It was great to see such a variety of landscapes and views (my photos dont do it justice) in a short amount of time, and to learn about the ecosystem, plants, and animals of the area. It was a great way to experience nature in the area and get moving even if youre short on time. Definitely a cherry on top to end the hike at the historical local brewery and enjoy some views and brews. Highly recommended!

Went on the hike the Rockies half day tour. Definitely recommend! Great trail that is close to Denver but still gives you a chance to see what the Colorado wilderness has to offer. The guides (Christin and Will) were very informative and friendly.

Wonderful time learning more about the Mountains of Colorado with Scott! On a whim during a trip to Denver without a car, we decided we wanted to get out and into the mountains. We booked a full day tour and were so pleased with the amount we were able to see and the juxtaposition between spending time in Breckenridge and Georgetown. Getting to visit the Continental Divide and 12,000 ft elevation was a highlight of our whole trip as well. Scott was very knowledgeable, hospitable and passionate about Colorado. If you are looking for a tour to see great views of the mountains and wildlife. Then this is the tour for you. We ended up seeing a ton of elk and mule deer, and TWO MOOSE! (very rare). This tour was pretty awesome! Good lunch, cool views, and a very friendly tour guide (Scott). There was not too much hiking, but a good amount of time outside the car enjoying the views and wildlife. Me and my boyfriend chose this tour because we weren’t sure we wanted to navigate this massive park on our own, neither of us were disappointed.

He was even sympathetic to my unexpected altitude sickness. He took us to great vantage points, shared memories and history and cultural background on each site. We took the Summer Rocky Mountain National Park Tour with Will. He was an excellent guide filled with knowledge about the environment, wildlife, and history of the park and state. He was very considerate and accommodating, and would stop frequently if we saw something from the van so that we could get out and take photos. He did not rush us at all, and made sure that we got to see the must see areas of the park. He also provided very informative info on the animals that we saw, including how they interact naturally in the environment, and how humans can avoid disturbing these creatures, as well as avoiding injury by these animals. This was such an amazing experience with breath-taking views and memories that will last forever. The benefit of this tour is not just getting to learn from Will as he takes you through the mountains, but truly being able to soak everything in without having to worry about driving yourself. I would highly recommend this tour, and we will definitely be using the Colorado sightseer again if we make it back to Colorado.

Our guide was Will and we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. As he drove the van, he spoke about the Colorado ecosystems, natural wildlife and history of the different towns as we headed towards the Rocky National Park. We had restroom stops and he even took the time to find wildlife while we ate our lunch. So, when we returned from lunch, Will had found 30 wild turkeys and a herd of elks.We were so excited to see them on our tour. It was really worth the trip because Will didnt just drive us on this tour, he was very informative. I highly recommend Will as your tour guide!

I used CS for two tours when I was in Denver - Rocky Mountain National Park and the Summit tour. Both were awesome tours with exceptional views and friendly/knowledgeable tour guides (Scott for RMNP and Christina for the Summit). Specifically, Scott was fantastic - he went out of his way to make the tour engaging, fun (e.g. turned Colorado trivia into a game where we could win stickers), and you can tell he LOVES what he does. I also appreciate that he went out of his way for us to see the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. It wasnt specifically on the agenda but he accommodated this into our daily agenda. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend using this company for tours.

From registration with Kristen to the end of the tour with Wendy, everything was perfect. Kristen was so helpful and personable when I registered and called with questions. She even gave me advice about where to stay, eat, etc. Wendy was personable and informative on our tour. The views were amazing! She was patient at our stops when we wanted to take one last picture or buy one more souvenir. She took lots of pics of/for us too. She got as excited as we did when we saw mountain goats and elk. She was an excellent safe driver. She brought lots of water and snacks to help with the high altitude (water) and tide us over until we got to Idaho Springs for lunch. We were tired but very satisfied when we got back to our hotel. We would use Kristens company again when returning to Denver for sure!

We took the Red Rock tour a few weeks ago and were very happy with the service and the experience. The tour guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There were also plenty of snacks and water provided during the tour.

We enjoyed very much the tour to the Rockies. A full day with a very very good guide .Cristin. Very knowledgeable Answered all questions. Was very attentive to the group wishes. Made sure we will get the most of this day (and succeed) loved every minute. Highly recommended

The tour far exceeded the expectations of both my wife and I. Kristin was our driver/guide and it was clear that she was passionate about what she does. She set a phenomenal itinerary and was very engaging with a wealth of knowledge. The scenery that we got to enjoy was breathtaking and the quaint mountain towns were very charming. She even added a couple of side excursions as she saw that there was interest from the group. This tour would easily be worth two or three times more than what I paid, it was that excellent. My only regret is that I wasn’t in Denver long enough to take any of the other variety of tour experiences that they offer. I will definitely be signing up for another next time I’m in town.

Will was an excellent guide on our RMNP tour! He was very knowledgeable about the park, wildlife, Colorado history, etc. The views were amazing and we learned so much. Not having to navigate to different sites or drive ourselves through snow/ice made this tour well worth it. My wife and I had a great time on Rocky Mountain Tour #4. We saw an enormous herd of elk up close including a massive six-point buck. We also saw marmots, pika, chipmunks and wild turkey. The mountain vistas do not disappoint. We also got to see a couple of cute mountain towns and even had a drink at The Stanley Hotel! Our tour guides were friendly, helpful and well prepared, right down to having our sandwich lettuce packed separately so it would remain crispy! Thanks for a fun day!

I took the #3 The Ultimate Mountain Trip back in April and it was one of the most incredible experiences Ive ever had! Christin was our tour guide, and she went above and beyond and then some. Hands-down the best tour Ive ever taken. Christin is passionate about Colorado and shared so much detailed history about the area. This tour was extremely well thought out, all the way from snacks, tips to eat in Breckenridge, the best photo ops spots and snow grips for our shoes at Loveland pass. Christin, made a couple stops even outside of the tour, where we got to see buffalo and dinosaur fossils. Not to mention Christin shipped my hydroflask to me free of charge. Christin genuinely cares and wants each any every tour attendee to have the best time and it shows. Thank you Christin for your caring, thoughtfulness and friendliness. If you are questioning whether or not to take a tour, I can guarantee you, you will have an amazing experience and you wont regret it. If I could give Colorado Sightseer 10 stars I would.

Me and my 2 year old son had an amazing experience. I called in the morning looking for something to do and I am so glad she booked us last minute! My son had so much fun walking the trails and looking at the sceneries while our tourguide had extensive interesting knowledge about Colorado. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Worth for the money.

Cancelled my tour via voice mail one day before the tour. Not enough people - but happy to talk pricing for personal trip. All this after confirming the trip was on when I called in the AM. Huh? Go elsewhere.
