We went for a Saturday night showing of Inception - 10th anniversary (Our first show since Covid-19). There was a friendly greeting upon entering from all employees and clear direction and signage. All seats were properly distanced. One of the employees that greeted us upon arrival was cleaning when we were exiting. He was thoughtful enough to ask us if we needed our parking validated, stopped what he was doing and did so for us. He also gave us clear directions on exiting. We were visiting from Kansas City, so very thankful for this guy just leading us where we needed to be without even asking.I hope our theaters here are operating at this level as well. This experience made returning to the movies feel safe and enjoyable.
Totally recommend for someone who need a comfortable movie theater. You can lay down and watch your favorite movie or you can have dinner while you are watching movie. Popcorn bucket is huge, you can eat it instead your meal. Price is acceptable but you have to prepare extra money to pay for parking lot at Cherry Creek Mall ($4).
Love this place! Havent been in the movie theatre for so long due to Covid, and really enjoyed it. Very comfortable seats, good food and nice staff. Go watch a movie here!
This was literally the worst meal I have ever paid for in Denver. And by pay, I mean used a gifted gift card.I received a $50 gift card to AMC Theaters a while ago. We love the Alamo Drafthouse so much, that we never got around to using it. We recently learned that the AMC Theater is now a dine-in theater. Differing from the Alamo Drafthouse, you have to order your food which includes full entrees at the concession stand. Your food is then brought straight to your seat before the movie begins. After that, you have no more interaction with servers. Bob ordered chicken tenders, with loaded tater tots on the side. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries. My cheeseburger was $16, and Bobs food was almost that much too. When the food arrived, I almost laughed. All of our food was ice cold. The cheese on my cheeseburger was one big glob on the side. You could tell that that the burger patties with cheese had been sitting in what should have been a warm warmer for a long time. My cheeseburger didnt even smell good. Something was wrong with the bun. It had a weird smokey odor. Bobs loaded tater tots were indiscernible, and were really too cold to taste like anything. His chicken tenders were the strangest shape I had ever seen. We joked that we were served squid strips instead. I also had digestive issues the rest of the weekend. I cant prove that that was related, but it definitely could have been. Im really not that harsh of a critic, and would have been happy if the food had just tasted as good as typical fast food, but it was more like what I assume they serve in prison. The reclining seats were pretty great, I have to admit. However, I think for my next cinematic experience I will return to the Alamo Drafthouse.
Prime location. Friendly staff. All contact free. Parking validation. Heated seats. All clean.
Cleanest Ive ever seen the place. Usually, its a pig sty. First time in history its been clean. Thanks COVID!
The milkshake we were served was terrible and messy. It was dripping when they set it down and made a HUGE mess. The rest of the food we ordered was great and the heated chairs were a God send.
Great theater in Cherry Creek. I come here often since I am an AMC Stubs List member and enjoy it every time. I enjoy riding my bike through Cherry Creek on Saturday and then stopping in for an evening show. The theater is always clean and the staff is great. The chairs are a bit excessive with their heat warmers and reclining features, but hey, Im not complaining.
Feels safe, clean and what a joy to be back seeing movies in the theater again!
Decent theater with comfy reclining seats and swivel tables for your snacks. A mediocre beer selection with a very corporate feel.Dont come for the food. Snacks and popcorn are fine but the quality of the menu items is poor. Take a look at the open kitchen on your way in, youll see the staff taking the food out of the freezer and into the microwave/convection/conveyer. Its like dining at a seven 11.
I love to come there every Tuesday. It’s a really nice cinema. Unfortunately yesterday I decided to order something for eat, I ordered nachos and an a avocado chicken burger. They brought my avocado chicken burger which it was more colder than warm to the seat where I was but they didn’t bring the nachos, after 20 minutes when the movie started, my girlfriend go to ask for the nachos, then they said they will bring it to the seat but we left the cinema and we didn’t try the nachos, and by the time this movie was done, nobody was around to help us to ask for the refund of that nachos. For sure I will come back but I won’t make any other order of food or even nachos. You guys need to improve your costumer services and your food.
I went to see a movie on Dec 29 at 9am. Purchased the ticket and received the error Transaction complete, unable to print tickets. After notifying the front staff, it was determined that the server went down. I get it - servers go down. However - no attempt was made to resolve issue and was told that the transaction didnt go through.Alas - the charge went through and bad customer services is a bigger issue than the $7 charge for a movie ticket that was missed. To AMC or the employees that were there on 12/29 - your mediocrity was not only noticed - it was reviewed. Plus, dropping the popcorn scoop on the floor and returning it to the popcorn machine to be reused WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE STANDING THERE is super gross.I get it - this is early in your career and I get this is on a Sunday morning - but take some pride in your work. This job is a foundation for the next 40 years of your career - have some pride. And, to the managers of this AMC theater - you have a responsibility to train your workforce to be better employees. Step up and be an employer that creates great employees.
Very nice theater with comfortable seats, a clean venue and pretty good food. The prices are comparable to other dine-in theaters. My only complaint is one of the cashiers seemed to be adamant about not touching me. Grasping my card with two fingertips, quickly placing the receipt, my card and a pen on the counter rather than my extended hand and pushing the pen away from the other pens on the counter. She couldnt have been more than 17.Otherwise, my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.
Not.my thing to endorse and chain business. But. This time i will. I did the dine-in thing. The place was very clean. Staff was helpful and Friendly. Food was really Good. For me it was worth the cost to enjoy the whole experience. I dont do lots of movies... But i will be back.
Higher side of price for tickets ($34 for regular movie, aka not 3D or a mega screen) by the end of movie total was over $124!!.Confusing when we walked in, werent sure if we should get in line for food or order at our seat. So we went to the bar to order a drink and ask about the food. Waited at least 5min when we had still not been approached, I walked up to a random worker who told me we needed to order food at counter..I got in food line while boyfriend stayed waiting at the bar. Looked at clock had 10min till movie started, took full 10min to get to order food, a fried food basket and an Asian bowl were $40, and I was told they would bring food to seat..When I got back to the bar boyfriend had still not been approached, 15min minimum wait for 2 vodka & Sprite. Finally walked over and he had to ask twice about what we were ordering, $50! and now running late for movie :-(.FOOD NEVER COMES! Half way through movie I have to leave my seat to walk up to 4 teenage employees standing around talking at the kitchen. A nice girl stepped up and said shed get us our food asap, but when dropping off food in theater asking us about dipping sauces during the climax of the movie, and they never put cheese or anything for the pretzels in the basket..The Girl who helped and the comfy seats are the only things that earned the 1 star if you ask me, if not for them Id give a 0star and probably still will never come back
The theater was recently renovated so everything is new. The chairs recline and are heated, the food is surprisingly pretty good, theres a bar inside. They validate parking so make sure to get your ticket validated before you leave. The downsides are that the costs add up with two tickets, two entrees and two drinks costing about $80. Also the seats were leather and the theater was slightly warm so when my wife and I got up our backs were all sweaty. Im a bigger guy so my leg kept bumping the buttons to recline the seat.
I went for the first time since the remodel and was underwhelmed. Tickets were$13 per person, the trays that hold food and drink swiveled back away from you, the front of the theater smelled of urine, popcorn and drinks were about $8 a piece for regular size, and the final insult is the two lanes dedicated to members and the one person serving the longest line of non members. Total cost was $53 + $4 parking for two people, two drinks. And a regular sized popcorn. Service was friendly, but the service model was elitist and caused me to miss the first ten minutes of the movie. I was in line 20 minutes beginning to end to serve 5 parties ahead of me. For comparison, without loyalty points at harkins, we are talking about $34 for the same tickets. Seats. And refreshments. Very poor experience
The lady who told us the movie wasnt ready for entry yet, said she would let us know when we can head in. Stood less than 10 feet away from her and didnt hear anything until she told the next people in line for the exact same movie to go ahead... food was insanely overpriced. The movie theater itself was well maintained and had very comfortable reclining chairs. Overall had a good experience and luckily didnt miss any of the movie.
Way over priced for dine an eat an not the best food choice.. cheese stix come out cold an are not fresh made.. french fries are okay... They didnt have the pretzel bites in so I sub for extra wings which was cool and why Im giving the two stars and not one.. . The seats are incredibly way too small to eat in unless youre used to eating on an airplane..
Clean theater, good popcorn. My seat was broken, didnt recline. Theater had blown speaker that made loud scratching and buzzing noises when ships in Star Wars flew by.
Wasnt impressed. Bathrooms were disgusting....Whole theater was pretty dirty. Reclining heated seats are nice. We did not eat there and upon seeing the state of the place are surprised they can even serve food!! They validate your parking so bring the ticket with you.
Great tasting burgers! I was very surprised! This theater looks very much 21st century. The hallway that you walk through to get to your assigned theater does not at all look like what you are used to. The silver and white theme is futuristic. Chairs are comfy. No complaints (accept having to pay for parking just to go to the movies....that sucks).
The new theatre is beautiful. All of the amenities are amazing. Unfortunately I sat in a broken chair. This definitely impacted my overall viewing experience. I would recommend that they do a better job with quality control.
Theatre was clean and the chairs were very comfortable -- apparently they had just renovated not too long ago. Everything was cleaned well, nothing was sticky and nothing smelled bad at all. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest and nicest Ive seen lately. Popcorn was delicious, and movie was presented perfectly as expected.Had a great time! Probably the nicest and cleanest theatre Ive visited like ever.
Probably one of the worst movie experiences I have ever had. We showed up 45 minutes early to get food to enjoy before our movie. It took over an hour to get 2 entrees delivered to our seats taking us away from the movie experience. We paid almost $50 for food for 2 people. If you are going to charge that much for food, it should at least be delivered in a timely manner. Super disappointed and wont return.
Went to see Hansel & Gretel last Saturday and the kids (middle scholars/high scholars) in the back couldnt stop laughing or giggling its really hard to watch a horror film where people arent quiet. Obviously this kids are spolied brats that dont know how to behave with public but I wont be going back to this theater ever :/Food isnt that good either. The girl at the register said she couldnt recommend anything cause shes never eating there. Amazing how they train their employees.
Very nice theater clean and newly renovated and comfortable seats. The only thing that threw me off was that unlike most other AMC dine in theaters you have to first order your food at the concession stand and they deliver it to your seat. Every other dine in I have ever been has a server that comes to your seat and you order directly from them. Not a huge deal just something that threw me off and I was not expecting. Over all a good theater and I will be going back.
If you come here expecting it to be similar to everyones favorite dine-in theater, you will be sorely disappointed. The seats are matched up in a way that you cant share a table with your partner. There are no waiters, instead you order at the concession stand then they bring it out once. If you want a popcorn refill, you will be walking back to the concession stand. Most importantly, the food is a disaster. We ordered the Ultimate Nachos. It was the same old sad stale movie theater nachos with some jalapenos and a glob of guacamole. Same gross fake melted cheese as a normal theater. Whats the point of a renovation that adds a full kitchen if you still are incapable of melting some shredded cheddar on the nachos?Long story short, if you want to have a dine-in movie theater experience, Remember The (other dine in theater).2 stars because the reclining seats were comfy. Everything else is still terrible. Although we did not see any mice, so thats a plus.
A big disappointment. They rebranded and revamped this theatre and it still is a waste of space. Paid parking is a rip off. Way overpriced for food and they slip a “delivery fee” into the total without asking or telling you. It was shamefully understaffed and dirty. The tray tables were nasty, the cleaning carts were left sitting in the entryway to the theaters covered in trash and debris. The walls between the theaters are paper thin so in the tense and quiet moments of the movie we were watching you could hear the chaos of the movie in the next theater! Super distracting. Huge waste of money. Definitely go see films in ANY other theater.
While its very pretty inside it is very expensive vs. other dine in theaters. Tickets prices are close but the food is way over priced and does not compare to competitors. Cocktails are way over priced and not as good as other places as well. There is something nice about never having to get up from your seat and have servers bring you your order and check up on you and make sure everything is worth the price being paid. Here food gets dropped off and your out of luck after that. Compared to the food quality at the Alamo Draft house I gotta go with them for dine in theaters. I also gotta say I wish AMC would do something about everyone on their phones during movies. At least the other dine in theaters the servers keep phone usage and talking to an absolute zero. Wish AMC could get on board. Sad as the nice seats and super killer sound system just dont bring up enough to make up for the gross over priced food.
I dont expect much from movie theaters but I did expect here would be slightly better because of Cherry Creek. Recently remodeled with a nice design and comfy seats but the theater was dirty, extremely dirty--trash everywhere. The staff didnt know what they were doing nor did any of them seem to care. Bad enough two tickets was $28 but when you order food they charge a delivery fee (plus tax on the delivery fee) for overpriced food thats served cold. The ultimate nacho chips were stale and the whole plate was cold. Definitely not worth $12. The $18 chicken tenders were not only cold but old and dry. The fries were okay but not worth $5. We wouldnt mind paying for overpriced food if it actually tastes like food and was edible. Sad to say I dont blame people taking their own food.
Very overpriced! For two people with tickets, food, and one drink each we spent 100 dollars. The drinks cost us more than the tickets. The bar menu had all of the prices crossed off. I should have known this would lead to an outrageous bar bill. The chicken fingers cost 18 on their own and then they charged us to deliver the food to our seats. The remodel and fancy seats were not worth the money we spent to go to the movies. Many other movie theaters with food and drinks in town that are far superior. Skip Cherry Creek and go somewhere else.
I don’t know how this theater since the remodel couldn’t get 5 stars. Possibly the best staff I have ever dealt with. Being a Stubs Alist member I go to lots of movies, even when traveling to other state. They have the most efficient and accommodating staff. The food is always on time to your seat, the theaters and seats are cleaned meticulously after each show, and again very accommodating. I’m happy it’s my home theater (pun intended).
I am surprised at how much this theater has changed. The renovations have made a big difference. It is greatly improved, with new seating and a food-delivery service - and possibly a real, working grill? I didn’t try any of the food, so I can’t report on the quality. It seemed a bit expensive...! The restrooms needed cleaning, perhaps because a children’s movie had just finished. I’d been avoiding this theater because it had become so run-down, but after my recent visit I’d be happy to come here again.
Such a nice, clean, newly renovated theatre that was well priced! We saw End Game here and it was an experience to remember. They have reclining heated seats! Picture and Sound were incredible. Staff; kind and attentive. Great experience on 1000am Thursday showing! Will be a regular.
Im pretty disappointed with my first visit here. We waited to eat so we could dine in there, and when we arrived they said the kitchen was closed for the rest of the night. So instead we had to just order popcorn for dinner. We asked for water cups and they were covered in dust around the rim, and when wet went to grab a cocktail the bartender was gone for the night so all we could have was beer or wine -rich the beer my boyfriend asked for was out. The chairs were very comfortable but that was probably my only positive, beside the movie itself. Except, the whole time our movie was playing, we could hear on both sides the other movies happening. Overall subpare xperience
They have the best new look to the place and their seats now have recliners and heat seat options. They spent a good time building it but I think it was worth waiting for it to build.
Bad attempt to redo the moving going experience. Cards purchased on line did not work at the theater, online purchase adds a convenience fee. Drinks are overpriced. Food was bad. Popcorn was stale. Refills on large popcorn requires belonging or providing personal information to join.
So much better than it used to be!! This AMC used to be a complete dump. Now it finally looks like it belongs in Cherry Creek. The drinks in the bar area are way over-priced. Standard cocktail was about $10 or $11 bucks which is super expensive for a movie theater drink. Not a craft cocktail after all. The heated seats are a nice treat.
The movie experience was nice. The remodel went well. The chairs are a little small for plus size people, but they recline and are heated if desired. The dine in experience seemed a little lacking in depth of menu. Standard concessions plus some nicer versions than youd expect at a normal movie theater.
The staff was super friendly, and also agreed with us it was strange that food and drink is not served past 10 p.m. even though our movie didnt start until 9:50 p.m. beer selection is mediocre. If you want a fantastic dinner and movie experience I would suggest the Alamo over this venue.
This is my favorite theater. I had such a fun time going. Also, the cute guy with curly hair and glasses made the experience a million trillion times better. He was so nice and his smile lit up the whole place. You should go to this theater just for this fiiine curly hair boy who clearly cares a lot about movies, art, and the costumers. Tell him I sent you!
It was lite up like a Christmas tree. Not what I am use to. Bought a drink for $14.75 sorry I dont care if it is a movie theatre thats New York prices right there this isnt New York. So Ill skip it next time. They have outsourced all their ticketing to a computer system. The only thing that isnt yet is concessions! Also another theatre that makes you buy tickets online and reserve a seat. I liked the good old days where you could just walk in and find a seat.
Great remodel of the theaters. The food looked good but only had popcorn. The food menu is pretty extensive.
The seats are fantastic. Lazy boy comfort level! With adjustable temperature. I really appreciate this with a complicated back and trouble seating for long periods of time. However, I found the bathrooms in very poor condition with dirty floors with footprints, hair and liquid spillage. Same thing for the small inner food court. The soda machine area floor was all sticky and plainly dirty. They were also out of coffee. I went on a Sunday night, but if they offer movies until past 10 or so, the day of the week should not matter. I was very disappointed in this respect. The screening was fine, but for $28 tickets for 2 I expected to at least get a clean bathroom and coffee.
Some of the best chicken wings in Denver and the burger was really good too. It was nice to go to a movie and not eat candy and popcorn, and the seats were quite comfortable. Ill definitely go back again especially for the wings
Seats are very nice, still seems quite odd to pick your seats in the theatre as if it were a concert or a play. My husband and I ate before seeing the movie, so we only bought two small Dasani waters........2 waters were ten bucks! The movie tickets for two were $20 so the bottled water was half the price of the tickets themselves. This was our second try at this theatre post remodel. Close to our house but very pricey. Cant understand the business model. When we left (it was late afternoon) a whole staff was in a kitchen standing around with no food to cook. Operating costs must be very high.
I liked the theater and that you could order food before to be delivered to you seat. What I did not like is I could hear the movie in the adjacent theater.
Even higher than expected prices on food and tickets. Paid parking garage for the mall is annoying as well. Its understaffed, but clean.
Pretty nice theater. Enjoys the couple of movies Ive seen.
I’m an A-List member and feel like the only benefit is the 3 movies a week perk with this particular theater. There is a line for A-List but the cashiers seem to treat it just like another line. I understand one maybe 2 guests that you would like to take care of before an A-List customer... but for me to have to wait until all customers have been seen just seems like a joke to me.
Love the new seats. Great that they have a bar now.
A nice little theater located in an ok mall. Staff here are friendly and work well together. Seats are also clean and the screens are big (would recommend sitting in row D). They really improved this theater from how it was before. There are also seat warmers too! If you dont mind this mall, this is a good theater to go to
Really enjoyed the whole dine in experience. Never had a meal delivered to my theater seat before. Would do it again in a heart beat.
The wrong movie was playing in our theatre, then once they got that fixed still had some glitches. There was garbage left on my tray table from the guests before. Way overpriced. Bathroom had 2/3 of the sinks without soap. Toilet paper was all over the flooor. Overall - Not impressed.
A fabulous place. A must place to visit for both the resident and the visitor. You need to stay on the marked paths as there are venomous snakes luring in unsuspecting places. Exercise caution while visiting this beautiful natural wonder. Only regret we have very limited time to stay or hang out to fully absorb the wonders of this place. It is a very long drive from the main city center but worth the long drive.
If you like kids moving their chair legs up and down 100 times per minute... Go here.
My friends and I showed up to see the Avengers, with tickets bought days in advance. We get there, order food, buy popcorn, drinks, etc. and when we go into the movie theater there is no seats for us. Apparently, due to a screen malfunction they had to show the movie in a different room, and that room did not have enough seats. They try to get us into another movie showing, but they’re all sold out. These tickets were bought days in advance for a reason. All the manager did was give us vouchers for another movie, and offer us a voucher for a regular popcorn, and regular drink. Even though, we bought large portions. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My 3 year old niece was looking forward to the movie and we were left with no tickets for a mistake done in their part.
We love this theater! Wings here are great and they also have heated seats!!! Our favorite theater to go to!
It is pricey!Totally my fault but we went here one time wanting to see this movie and my GF forgot her ID. We were not able to see the movie because it was rated R. Next time we went they did not check out IDs. Just inconsistent. Happy to change my review, just dont want to be treated differently. :)
Woah wait, heated recliners!?! Yes, please. You can bring your own reusable water bottle if you dont wish to purchase single use plastic.
Went on a discount Tuesday, it was great! Heated and reclining seats, super comfy
Very nice theater! Loved the heated seats. Will definitely be back!
Amazing theater and awesome seats. The staff could really use some coaching. For instance, the forgot to start the movie.
New updates are very nice, go on Tuesday its half price for stub members.
This theater is GORGEOUS! Very sleek and modern. Finally the reclining reserved seating that also has seat warmers! The re-model was well needed and they did a wonderful job! Great new menu and straight to seat service. If you are disabled, make sure to use the restroom before going into the film. One person elevator that needs staff to operate. All theaters are on 2nd level and the restrooms are on the main level.
Horrible place to watch a movie, before the pandemic shut down theaters, this theater is the worst experience I have encountered, worst customer service ever, never got my food that I ordered, spent $50, waited at least 30 minutes for manager to refund me, complained to a employee people in front of me had their cell phones out and they were talking loud and no one ever came to talk to them to quiet down and put their phones away, overall I will never be back to this theater
I didn’t mind paying for parking, I didn’t mind the over priced food, I didn’t even mind the hidden charges like a delivery fee(smh). I was able to overlook it all until I got my food and the Mac was cold, the chicken over cooked and the service was even worse. The man that brought the food basically tossed it in my lap and walked off before I could say thank you. I’ll never go to this location again my wife and I don’t get to go out without our kids often and I hate to feel like we wasted here.
Nice, remodeled theater. Chairs have small, retractable tables connected to each. Theater validates parking. Bright, welcoming lobby. Screens are big, & sound agreeably loud. Will return.
Lovely theatre. Picture quality is great, sound is crisp. Love the lobby and the choice of food on the menu.Just wish my “Asian Steak and Shrimp” bowl didn’t have burnt veggies in it.
Long lines. Not exactly clean. Ordered a salad at 6:50 for a 7:15 movie and it arrived around 8:30. The milk shake order was incorrect too--it came out probably around 7:45.I would not go back
I did not have high expectations, particularly of the food but was impressed. However the front channels of the audio in the theater we were in (smaller at the back) were not functioning and I was not able to ignore it. No one else in the theater seemed bothered but I knew.
The Concession stand was a mess of spilled popcorn, butter and soda. Movies are not posted on flat screens outside each theater - screens are there, but theyre black and blank. So one must pay attention to ticket taker when told which theater movie is in or, go back and ask. The wait ppl for those dining in are constantly going back and forth in line if sight, disrupting viewing. The popcorn here is quite tasty though.
Clean, modern. Excellent service. Young man at the ticket counter suggested I take advantage of the Tuesday discount by becoming an AMC rewards member. Saved 10 clams. Saw Peter Jacksons vanity piece They Shall Not Grow Old. Stayed through the credits and the filmography after. Dilettante historians such as myself are sumptuously served! Would love seeing films at this location again.
Way overpriced for terrible food. $10.00 for about 7 loaded tator tots. $6.00 for a regular drink. Couldnt find the chicken on the chicken nachos. Will never go there again. At least the movie we chose was good.
This theater has small screens and in dining restaurant really does not make good food my family ordered the nachos burger and flatbread pizza which the only thing that was good was the pizza. The burger was not juicy bread was hard nachos were cold. Came out to 100 for 3 people and wasn’t worth it. Won’t be coming here again you would think cherry creek would set the bar higher for the dine in experience ️
I was very excited to try out the new theater and was extremely dissatisfied. The bartenders had no clue what they were doing. They could not serve everything that was on the menu. Did not know how to make what was ordered. I received a chipped carafe with my wine in it afraid I was drinking glass shards. My boyfriend received something he did not order. And worst of all the bartender was eating wings with his hands behind the bar when we decided to try to have a drink after the movie and did not wash them when he served us. The food was also mediocre. I was so disappointed and don’t know if I’ll ever go back regardless of how convenient it is from my apartment. Also just want everyone to know I don’t write reviews and that’s how bothered and upset I am by my experience.
I rented one of the theaters for a private showing and was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, including the Manager, Daniel. We were well taken care of!
Charged $4 for nothing. Booked a movie. Chose the wrong day by accident. Refunded the tickets immediately. They kept $4 for the convenience fee. It doesnt cost probably a penny let alone $4 for a user to click through a 5 pages of your website. Disgusting Penny Pinching.
First time here, and will never go again. The theater smelled horrible and you could hear so much from the theater next to us. Cmon AMC you can do better.
I watched the theatre have a 6 year old child removed for being excited at the beginning of a children’s movie. It was unbelievable and disgusting.
The dining experience was pretty good. They have heated seats with the reclining chairs. My only complaint was if they could wipe the seats because my recline area had butter marks on it.
We came to a 7:15pm movie on a Friday night. Intentionally did not ear dinner beforehand because its a dine in theater so figure wed save some time. Arrived only to find the concession staff telling customers the kitchen is closed?! At prime dinner time on a Friday?! But this apparently didnt seem to be true as we saw wait staff delivering food to other peoples seats. My husband asked the waiter if the kitchen was closed, and the waiter didnt know what he was talking about. But still they didnt allow anyone to order any food, only concessions. We would have left but had hired a babysitter so we could actually go see the movie, and since it was starting we decided to just get popcorn and movie nachos. Needless to say we were starving at the end of the 2.5 hour movie. And they seemed to be delivering food at the end of the movie again. Our best guess is they got slammed and stopped allowing food orders, but if you cant be prepared for a typical Friday night rush then it shows poor quality of management not to mention horrible customer service to close the kitchen without warning or reason at dinner time when its supposed to be open. We wont return. Will stick will Alamo. Only reason we didnt go in the first place was bc the movie times were inconvenient.
Lines for tickets confusing & awkward. Tasteless food. Miss the old theatre - there was nothing wrong with it!
The movie had technical difficulties. Instead of sending an employee in to explain what was going on, they sent no one. We waited in a silent theatre for half an hour before deciding to leave. To get a refund for the movie we had to wait in a long line. The situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally. They did not put the patron first.
They dont come to your seats. The service at the bar is horrible. Top Shelf Long Island, absolutely horrible. The staff is great, but judgemental, ladies, make sure you dont have a tight wallet, or else... Judgement. Dont waste your time. Better service at Southlands.
Menu looked good. Date chose another theater.
Comfortable seating, good atmosphere, polite staff and respectful patrons.
Great food for a theater! Seats are comfy and heated
Not sure I’m giving this spot any more chances after last experience(had to walk out and get a refund because some rude couple literally did not stop talking for the first 20 minutes of the movie). Better after the remodel and the staff is mostly fine but they generally have a pretty weak lineup of movies for an 8 screen. The brightness on the exit signs here is just insane too. Prepare for glaring green lights that wash out any dark scenes and are far worse than any cell phone. I have encountered more rude/disruptive crowds here than anywhere else(likely the neighborhood/mall crowd). Typically just drive to suburbia to one of the much better 24 screen locations in Westminster or Highlands Ranch.I gave it yet another shot and it reminded me it’s SO worth the drive to Highlands Ranch or Westminster. The crowds here are the worst ever and it smelled horrible in the theater for a recently redone spot. I am done with this location.
Great seats! Very comfortable and roomy. Took my grandson to his first movie here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Snacks are typically priced. Overall a great experience.
Great theatre is terms of comfort and clientele. Not a place that attracts riff raff. On the downside, food and drinks are overpriced.
Is it customary to keep people out of the theater while cleaning even though the previews are playing and the screen says Now Seating? The tickets, food, and drinks are overpriced. Save $$ and go to Alamo Drafthouse. They treat their customers much better, their theaters are way cleaner, and their food and drink is much more reasonable.
Service and food were horrible. A lot of teenagers working there. Our drinks were horrible and then we tried the food and it was even worst. This location makes AMC Theatres look bad.
I have been an AMC member for a long time and been to them all over. This one is very nice greatatmosphere and just under two weeks they will be serving alcohol.the only reason Im not giving you the full five stars its because I feel like could be easier to locate theres not enough sign that was my first time there we were 5 minutes late we didnt know where to park what entrance to enter
I dont like that everything is touch screen because it doesnt always work, like when I went tonight. Thankfully the staff was very helpful, so I was happy. But if it had been busy, I dont know how it would have been.
Remodeled so everything is new. Dine in option is quite expensive - a burger and milkshake were twenty five bucks. Quality was fine but you order at a counter and the theater brings it to you (and you bus your plate yourself). An experience only an MBA working in the bowels of AMC corporate headquarters could love.
