First day of painting class this morning and time flew by. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The building is very spacious, simple but artsy. I thoroughly enjoyed myself:)
Good prices, clean, and well organized. No one bothered me, but the folks working the floor made me aware that they were around and ready to help if I had any questions. Selection was a bit limited, since this is more of a medium sized store. I shall return.
I love ASLD!!! All their instructors want you to learn and have a positive experience. In the midst of COVID and political chaos, this is a Zen spot to rejuvenate my soul. I highly recommend it if you want to learn art or improve the talent you have.
This is an amazing experience for children who want to learn about the arts!
I think the ASLD is valuable to the art community. I have taken many painting and drawing classes over the past many years. Unfortunately I took a sculpture class with a horrible instructor. Yenni Tawahade was unbelievably rude. He was disorganized and he gave poor instruction. He was so bad that the school had to refund my tuition for the class series which they don’t do often per the administrator I spoke with.I hope he improves or teaches elsewhere.
I love this place. Very accessible and diverse art classes for all levels. Great ceramic studio.
Great! They have payment plans for classes over $250 so that helped. They have so many classes and teachers available that you can find what you are looking for. Also great one day workshops!
Such a welcoming atmosphere with the most talented instructors. Truly enjoyed learning and working among the best!
Visited ASLD art fair today. The artist were super friendly and the art was amazing!
Great art festival every year
