Bought several items for my upcoming honeymooon spent over $300 and half of it has either broke or doesn’t fit, and all sales are final so it was a total waste of money, do not recommend

Good selection and friendly service, but items about twice the cost or more than buying on-line.

This place is awesome. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. My husband and I love coming here. We love it so much weve made it a weekly thing to buy at least one of their $10-$20 grab bags. These bags are made from the warehouse but the employees check them at checkout and are so helpful in making sure we dont end up getting lingerie that is the wrong size or duplicate items weve got before. We feel like kids at Christmas time opening them. The store even has plus-size lingerie and items! With the employees weve interacted with, they are very knowledgeable about their items and make you feel so comfortable. Once you step inside, they make you feel right at home. They never make anything feel awkward or weird. Definitely my go-to store.

I hate leaving bad reviews . But I’m well over 21, and so are my friends because One of us didn’t have an I.D we weren’t allowed in the store. Crazy because I had been their before several times and never been I.D’d . NEVER AGAIN

Let me start by saying I do not like leaving negative reviews of Denton businesses as I try to always support the community but I am SO disappointed in the management here. I called yesterday to let someone know that a $70 corset I JUST bought and never got to wear, broke. I was getting dressed for a costume party and the teeth on the zipper started falling off and wouldnt zip so I couldn’t wear it. Let me repeat I NEVER WORE IT. I tried it on in the store once, and once at home with no issues but apparently three zips and you’re done. Management said they couldn’t do anything about it, didn’t even get to talk to them directly for an apology. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is a joke. Don’t buy something from China for $5 and resell it to your customers at a 1300% markup knowing that it will break and you won’t accept a return or exchange, in store credit, or even give an apology. If I had know the terrible quality of this corset I would not have bought it. You’re better off ordering from Amazon.Edit: Just googled the brand, Shirley of Hollywood, on Amazon and they sell the exact same ones for $15-25. You’re welcome.

Was in there earlier and I was helped by “the costume fairy” lol. I didn’t know what I wanted to be for halloween and the worker really helped me and gave me confidence! I really recommend this place, she made me feel very comfortable. They don’t have many costumes but we put stuff together. Over all great experience and thank you so much for everything you deserve the 5 stars!!

Super Helpful staff and theyll answer questions and recommend products. They test everything that has an on button at the cash register to make sure it works since its company policy to not take returns.
