Mr Gattis Pizza

Exceptionally friendly service from beginning to end! Food was fresh & delicious, & if you dont see what you want, theyll make it!! Game room was also a major plus! A great place to have family fun, & at a great price!!

Didnt get to eat here today.. Giving it 3 stars because I cant say for sure how the food is, but the GM was rude to my family who was trying to dine. My wife has a medical condition which wearing a mask would severely inflame. We were told she had to have a mask to go to the table. We were already in and had already paid. The GM said that she could not sit at the table and I could fix her plate for her. He said he reserved the right to refuse anyone. All the while a few people who already ate were leaving and didnt have masks on. We tried to explain her medical exception but he said they dont honor them and he has signs everywhere saying masks are required. We asked if we was discriminating against her condition and he said he is just enforcing their riles. We did get a refund and left. Maybe one day when people arent afraid of the fake Covid cooties well try again.

Great place to eat a pizza buffet. Good selection of pizza and dessert pizza. They also serve spaghetti and have a great salad bar with the best ranch dressing.

They dont care about you or your health. I informed them it is a federal law they cant discriminate me for medical reasons. They did not care. When I asked to speak to the owener they refused. They allow the tables to be without mask which spread germs. No matter where you are in the facility germs are stead.

Great service. I ordered my pizza order mistakenly from Essen Lane when I needed it from denham springs they talked called Essen Lane for me and got the pizza put on the bar and they made it all for me within 20 minutes and I was able to get out the door until my daughters birthday party fantastic place.

Great experience. 1st time eating at this restaurant. Drove from N.O., going to BR, but dining room not open. Wonderful atmosphere. Great service team.

Cant remember the last time we went to an actual buffet... everything was great, service was fantastic! The kids had a great time.

Always a great place to have buffet style pizza. The staff is more than friendly and always want to help the customers!

The Mac n cheese pizza is to die for! Its delicious, the environment is great and the games are fun! Theyll do just about any kind of pizza you ask for, and the salads are fantastic!

We love going here for the kids birthdays. They always have a blast not only in the arcade but getting to pick whatever they want to eat.

The food was great but the cashier was rude. Usually everyone is friendly.

Very good food, but can you imagine stuffing your face with pizza and having to wear a mask. Extremely uncomfortable experience.

Food was old and dried out, service sucked and 2 of my families 4 plates had dried food on them. Not until i asked for the manager did anything be made right. Money was refunded and we left. Sorry for the complaint, but if our plates were not clean, than the restaurant couldnt have been sanitized and safe environment.

Cold pizza isnt my thing. Friendly service but food was cold. Need new warmers or something!!!

Good value on the buffet. I have always loved their pizza which is one of the few things from my childhood that seems to have not changed. Something distinctive about the recipe. Maybe it is the provolone cheese. Just wish they still had the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4 Player scrolling fighter arcade game. Still, I see no reason to hold back on that 5th star.

By far the BEST gattis Ive EVER been to in my entire life. Clean interior (exterior could use some work) amazing staff EXTREMELY polite. You guys were amazing the food was killer thanks for the good experience also the arcade was KILLER updated machines polite cashier at the ticket booth and the environment was extremely clean. great gattis everyone dont skip this location

Fun Family Friendly Stop. The pizza is ok, The Salad Bar is really good, always fresh vegetables. Great place for kids it has an Arcade where you earn tokens used to buy prizes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely take the grandkids back...

Used to love this place. Ordered a fiesta pizza 2 days ago. The entire pizza went in the trash..wasnt even worth complaining over 13$ i will NOT be back. They were missing several toppings. But went to heavy on nothing but bellpeppers. And worst part is the dough was so under cooked. It was mushy biting into. Horrible

Every time I visit, I am not disappointed. I always order a deep dish spinach alfredo pizza for the buffet and it is SOOOO good!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the salad bar. Thanks Gattis crew for always working hard to give picky people like me the best! Love yall!

Order pizza over the phone and when I got there it wasnt ready I waited another 40 minutes and I finally got the pizza. They didnt offer it anything but an apology after waiting for over an hour for a pizza. Ill never go back there again.

Food is good but price is a bit high and I have trouble having them honor my weight loss card.

Resonable prices, fast service, very clean, and great smiles on every one. Myself, my friend,a her kids had a great time. Thank you for very good family evening.Mason

Good pizza at reasonable price.

Very awesome pizza and service.

Great place for the family, especially for kids. My daughter love it, especially the arcade room. The pizzas are really good, especially their breadsticks.

I have enjoyed eating and playing here since I was a young child, and now it is one of my favorite places to bring my own children. The teenage staff can be slightly clueless, but the tasty pizza makes up for it. They will make you (almost) any type of pizza you want.

First time there. Management and staff were top notch. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

I only ate pizza it was good but the first time through it was a little older so it was an little dry the fresh one was amazing. I didnt try the salad bar or the dessert pizza . Had a good experience there though.

Pretty good. Party room for birthday parties. Large game room compared to the EBR location. This location doesnt have wings. Hand drawer in the restroom is in an ackward place and too small. Overall good pizza and spaghetti.

Very clean, great pizza, and friendly service.

Great place to take the family! Food is one of the best around. Pizza is so fresh. They are constantly putting more out. They also have salad stuff and nice fountain drinks. Their party room is okay. They have big barn doors incase you have more people. Now the games are the best part about this place. Since the flood, they have lots of great games for all ages. All new and up to date. You use a card to swipe the slots on the games and then the tickets are loaded onto your same card. Very convenient.

Good food. Good service. Clean and easy to get to. Great place for lunch or take family.

Mr.gattis is on of my favorite buffets. They have a large variety of pizzas that they will make for you fresh. I also like the spaghetti and the cinnamon sticks

Never disappointed with their pizza and service. Always fresh and delicious. Thank you.

Delicious and fast! They make whatever kind of pizza you desire

Much better than Chuckie Cheese, my 3yr old loves chilling here. Pizzas great, and its not nearly as overwhelming as CCs.

Excellent place to bring yer churrins! Get em full of food, let em loose in the arcade, then sit back and enjoy the quiet on the ride home while the little hell spawn sleep it off!

It was nice with room food and games. The only reason it gets a four is its food. I honestly dont expect it to have top notch gourmet meals since its a place for kids but i did have to go there for a party so i expect something tasteful. The games had cute little trinkets for kids and there were enough tables for around 10 people including children in one area. We were all pretty uncomfortable though because of the heat, which is also understandable since the kitchen is always up and running.

If you want a place to eat pizza and take your kids, this is the place. Forget Chuck-e-cheese. This place is more affordable and the games and prizes are better here. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. If you are having a party for kids this is always a good place to hold it. My kid loves to come here and the wife and I always have fun bringing our kid and their friends.

Great food..even tho bar lil high for us short people..4 10

Great food.

Had plenty of help fro. The Staff and other Patrons as my friend and I Dont get around d too well . Food was great.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, at least over 15 years and I’m completely and utterly disappointed!!!!!I called and requested a thin crust BBQ chicken pizza & the girl said okay. I arrived and they decided to say they couldn’t do specialty pizzas more than 3 toppings. I said: chicken, BBQ sauce, and cheese. They said oh we were told we can’t do that. I told them I’ve never been told that all the times I’ve ever requested it. I asked how long they been working here? “Since January” wow. Since January.Just unprofessional and I won’t be coming back. It’s sad to see how things turned out compared to how they used to be at Gattis!

I took my daughters and their friends here. They enjoyed themselves. The pizza area and salad bar was neat and clean

Love there pizza & chessee bread there customer service is awsome

All around good kids love it there pizza is ok wish they served beer while the kids play games lol

Best Mr. Gattis in Livingston Baton Rouge and all the surrounding parishes. The pizza and spaghetti is always fresh and hot. The salads are always always fresh. The service is superior and the people are helpful and hospitable. Great place for the family. The game room is huge. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap family friendly place to eat.

Love My Sampler!

Love this place. It sooooooo good. The food is amazing and the game are so much fun. Its great for the whole family

Would have liked to see more Italian sausage pizza w/out onion but the pizza was really good & the salad was nice and fresh. It was yummy.

This was r 1st time here, good food, lots of seating to choose from . They have a game room for kids,Trixie is a clown that does face painting, balloons out of animals she was their 2day. Good buffet salad, pasta, pizza, pop. All for 7.99 4 buffet, 1.99 4 drinks. They will even make a pizza of your choosing while you wait . We will be going back again .

Been a lot of years since I last ate at Mr. Gattis and I have to say that they have definitely improved!

I love the pizza here and the employees are kind. I gave it 3 stars because it costs way to much for the kids to play the games now. It wouldve been cheaper bringing our 5 kids to the fair!

I love the variety on the buffet. Self serve salad bar and the dessert pizzas are fun and interesting

Good selection of pizza and they will make any specialty pizza for you

Food was great, and children enjoyed the game room. Fun for all.

Awesome. Fresh hot food. Very polite workers.

The party room was entirely too small. Theres no way you can have a comfortable experience in there. Not to mention the party attendant wasnt very attentive.

Actually our first time and my children really enjoyed themselves, we have found our new spot

Since this place was remodeled all they care about is money. The games are over priced and give very little pay out. Ive been saving my kids tickets for years SINCE the remodel but it disappeared so about 4,000 tickets are just gone. I wont be coming back.

Great service prices and food

Friendly staff. Loads of pizzas. All was fresh. Yummy hot bread sticks. Awesome price

Great pizza buffet with family

Great service. Clean facilities. Super buffet.

Great food great people. Need more sesting space though

Good pizza. Nice place to take the family to eat.

The pizza is average but the experience is what makes this place! Everyone is always so friendly when we visit. Our last visit was on a Saturday lunch and you could see the sense of urgency amongst their employees. My kids enjoy playing the games as well.

Great pizza

Best pizza ever

Very friendly staff. Pricing is great. Pizzas are the best

VERY BUSY PLACE. PIZZA WAS GOOD. GREAT PLACE TO TAKE A FAMILY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDRENS AND . IF YOU LIKE PIZZA AND FUJN PLAYING GAME. I ENJOYED THE SALAD,.

Good place to eat

Incredibly good pizza for only 7.99! And what a cool little arcade! More games aimed toward younger children, lots of neat prizes to trade in tickets for. Phenomenal pizza options. 4 dessert pizzas: smores, cinnamon sugar sticks, apple pizza pie, coconut creme pizza. Pizza options include but are not limited to: buffalo chicken, cheese, pepperoni, supreme, barbecue chicken, etc. Had a little stomach ache half way through not sure it it was related to the food or not though. And only 2 bathroom stalls! That was not fun.

Had a great time. Called and had a room reserved for 20. They didnt try and run us off. They were closing at 6 and we stayed to 7. Very nice to us. Thanks and Happy New year

Great time for granddaughters birthday. She loved the games!

Fresh hot pizza, Clean dining room and they will make any kind of pizza you want.

Nasty! Ordered on waitr they gave me olives in my food and I had to toss the cheese sticks I’m allergic and it got to me it was ice cold no warmth like it was sitting up there on the counter for awhile. The cheese was so cold it was stiff like it was in the refrigerator. Very nasty horrible taste this place ya fell down. Not planning on ordering again first they don’t care about contamination what if someone would have ate that and got sick like you can’t tell me you don’t see big olives in a regular pepperoni pizza ridiculous waste of money

Awesome...not only got to spend time with my grandson... the food was great

You always feel like service still matters here. Employees are concerned and acomidateing.

Asides from the good pizza the kids love the place. The buffet was well kept and the salad bar was all fresh. The staff was freindly and helpful.

Gattis is a family staple. My family has enjoyed their pizza and cheese Sticks (which are our favorite) for a long time. I ate here when I was a child and now I am continuing the tradition by bringing my children here. We always enjoy the pizza and the service.

Amazing Pizza. The arcade is great for Children. Employees are super nice and have amazing customer service.

Good tasting pizza, great service. My new go to for pizza!

Great place for kids too. Variety of foods, good music, love the game room. Cashiers are great. Food is served hot and fresh.

Ive been visiting this place for at least 22 years. Work here when I was 16... I love a deep dish green olive pizza and cheese sticks with marinara. The drive through is tight and I always slow an extra 5-10 minutes from the quoted time. There have been times when the order was right, but not since I made it a habit of asking the name of who is taking the order and having it repeated. True to its motto, this is the best pizza in town.

So glad they have a room with cartoons when youre there with kids makes two meal peaceful and enjoying.

Even as an employee I can say it isnt the best place. The food itself is good, just ridiculous unhealthy

Excellent food as expected!

Absolutely love it.

Good services and respectable employees

A little tight, but great, fresh food.

I love the variety this buffet offers. Delicious pizzas, spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, desserts, and salad bar. Kickin chicken and bbq pizza are so good. Friendly employees and my children enjoy the game room. My only complaint are the high chairs. They are so sticky and dirty my baby wipes I bring cant clean them. They need scrubbed. Please.

Kids had a blast! Was a little warm, but considering how busy it was, they never let the ovens slow down

Fair it didnt taste too good

My kids love Mr Gattis. The staff and environment were great. Great value for dining with kids

Good pizza, fairly clean, not too expensive. I love coming here on my off days to get an easy warm meal I dont have to cook.

Birthday party for my nephew! Alyssa did a wonderful job helping and putting up with a large family head count!! She deserves a raise Mike!!! As do you! Always treated with respect and helpful in all ways with us every single visit. Party or just wonderful buffet time is always a great experience!!!!

We love to have a family night here once a month!

Love going here!! Food is good & diverse for picky eaters. Can ask for a specific pizza/toppings at the register for no additional cost and it will be on the buffet in a matter of minutes. Clean environment, family-friendly, good for multiple occasions. Separate dining areas for parties & kids play/game area.

Extremely busy. The food is always pretty good. I wish there was a little more space in that place. But we enjoyed it as usual
