My husband and I went a few nights ago and the women who was working was amazing! Great help, social and made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Carrie is awesome and will definitely be returning to see her again!

Extremely Poor Quality Items. Everything Ive ever bought Breaks with minimal usage. Do yourself a favor and Drive the extra time to a different store. The quality is far better and much cheaper. Mom and Pop Adult shop? I feel like I get robbed every time I walk into your store.

Went into this store shortly before Christmas, was greeted by two amazing employees. They answered all the random questions I had and one of the girls even went out of her way to see if the product I wanted was available next door. They ended up having it and I walked out a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning, those 2 girls made my night!

Bought a Pink scorpion today after being told they are great. It broke with the 1st use. AVOID BUYING HERE! The owner is scummy and sells cheap, brittle products. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE Else. Just dont buy stuff from here if you want it to Last.

Great customer service.Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasnt because of the owners attitude..nasty attitude.. Hes very selective with who is friendly with.. Oh well.But hey people.. there are very lovely employees there.. Dont be shy with them ok?

I go there from time to time. Never had problem with anyone. This time I go to make a purchase and the gentleman with glasses gave me a hard time saying they dont accept cards without chips, I never heard of this. So I decided to use my samsung pay and he still refused saying its against the store policy. His concerned was they get charged backs. You can get a charge back even with a chip card. Very rude. He should not be working at the store. Never had a problem with anyone there.As to your response, I was never rude to you. I was actually extremely polite, I never once raised my voice to you, never once said anything negative. I did ask the clerk you why you were raising your voice. That is all I said. If you felt offended by that, you should not be working in customer service industry. As for the 2 ladies that were there, I am not interested in there opinion. If you have the cameras and audio, please by all means you should listen to it, or have your partners review it. Your main and only concern was a charge back, as you said you have had a lot of customers purchase items then have it charged back on there credit card. I gave you my credit card for a $8.00 purchase along with my license as you requested. But since my card did not carry a chip you wounot accept it. Tried to pay with my phone ( Samsung Pay) which is very secured and you would not accept it. I have purchased from in the past using my phone. Your only concern was making sure you would not get a charge back. Having a chip card does not guarantee you not having charge back. Just a little FYI. You are just plain rude!! Take a look at the tape and learn customer service skills. Remember you are just a mom and pop shop. Cannot afford to be mean and rude to customers. Be blessed.

I love the owner and the staff they are friendly down to earth people but I am mad as hell I bought something last month and its broke already.

Tbh, I dont appreciate being followed around as if Im stealing. I would have loved to be able to openly express with my partner what we wanted to purchase but because the lady working there was literally right behind us, we werent able to enjoy our shopping experience. We went in tonight looking for something specific. We were helped by a sweet and funny young lady named caysha (sp?) She went above and beyond to make sure we left totally satisfied with our new toy. We had a hilarious time. Thanks so much!!!

A waited for someone to ring up my purchase for 45 minutes, only for her to then leave her shift. She was unnattentive and never wowed me before, but today she particularly dropped the ball...She told me to give her a few minutes to finish some stocking, and she did the stocking for 45 minutes and left without telling me a thing. A nice gentleman who took the next shift then rang me up, but the first woman was lazy and generally inattentive. Its a good thing you hold a monopoly on sexual items and lingerie in deltona.

Terrible customer service. Was getting a toy and lube, asked cashier/owner if lube would be ok for toy and she told us yes because you wasn’t made form silicone. Came home to find out toy is pure silicone and can’t be used with the lube we bought. Called to ask for refund but they won’t give one. Local shop there every few months but won’t be back again.

Never again!! I was racially profiled today by the owners wife because I was touching the toys, aint thats what your supposed to do when looking for something you like. Smh running away good business. Sad thing is there was other ppl already in the store before I got there and she was at the counter and not watching them which made​ me feel some type of way. DONT GO HERE!!!!
