Beautiful landscaping and country club! And sadly, that’s all the positive I can say. I recently moved out and thank goodness I did. Found a much more friendly club in the area. The behavior at Addison was abusive from the community manager to the senior members/board members. Place is filled with anger and fear. If you want a controlling life, then Addison is for you. Addison says they want new younger members, but doesn’t understand it will rarely attract new or younger people by having a reputation of making your life a living hell to do anything. I will say, I don’t play golf but I heard from my friends it has three great courses. Do your research when searching for a new home in a country club. I will miss my friends there but I am happy to be out of the “jail” of Addison Reserve. Their mentality is not survivable in the long run, but I wish them and all and especially my close friends I left behind the best. I know for a fact my feelings are shared by many at Addison, but they cant say as they live their life in fear from retaliation from the board or management.

Toxic environment. We lived here for a while and got ‘pushed’ out. Very sad. It is a beautiful environment, but it was obvious they wanted us out and board discriminated against us. We do want to thank all the international staff that did treat us super amazing – we love you and we will dearly miss them all. Beware however that the board is an angry bunch of old men and very anti LGBTQ. Many other communities that will welcome our type. We have $$$, they just didn’t want ours.

Addison Reserve is the most welcoming club Ive ever belonged to. The staff is excellent and members are fun to be with.

Excellent golf courses (3 nines) that provides 3 different challenges. These are tournament quality courses that are excellently maintained. Clubhouse provides great food with lunch buffet or individual menu with top quality food. A very good private country club that is worth the high dues for avid golfers and 1st class club amenities.

The food was delicious and the workers are very professional and nice they make you feel at home.

Very elegant upscale neighborhood.Good security and helpful HOA.Im sorry but if you work at McDonalds, you cant live here unless your parents on the house.

We have lived here since January 2000 and have found it to be a closely knit community, since 80% of the community are golf members. It makes for a very friendly community.

Simply outstanding in every category.. restaurant is 5 Stars... members and guests only.

Addison Reserve Country Club, likewise, is rated as a Diamond Club..... the amenities, the workers, the residents here are fantastic..... needless to say, we feel privileged to live here..... barry titton, MD
