Cypress Gardens MHP

Since new management, the park has looked a lot better. New changes have brought a safer and improved way of living. I know people that live there and I’ve noticed the positive turnaround.

Great place! Family friendly and place is looking very clean and well maintained with the new management.

Ive drove by the park interested in purchasing. Noticed how clean the parks is. Too bad it is all booked.

Currently the worst management ever!! Dont bother trying to speak to anyone with any professionalism.

Had a party by the pool was clean but the air condioner didnt work otherwise it is a good place to have a partyLimited parking

Editing review as theres been a change in management. still a nice place to raise family but car parking spots are now pay to park. Parking cars on the street outside of your home can get your car towed.

Not recommended, too many restriction, car towed away if parked on the side. Rude manager.

Such a lovely place to visit, I often stop by from time to time to see how a work friend is doing and I always love being here, it just feels like a home away from home

It a good place to rise a family of what I see and hear from the local people.

A nice small place for a little party.

Nothing attractive about a mobile home park.although they have a decent pool.

I mean its not that safe. Cars get robbed now and then and one time a guy got killed in front of my house it was very scarring

Have lived here for 31 years and cannot wait to move. It has changed. I havent utilized the on site pool for 19 years. The hours were changed so no more night swimming. Pool used to close by 10p but now is locked by 7p.

The neighbors are loud and plays music until 3 am
