Decent theater. Its a quiet theater been coming here since 2000. Changed names a few times. The current company doesnt not promote customer service and the rewards never work. I was told my birthday rewards were already used when I have not been to this theater in 10 months. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed to be the manager. I saw her scrubbing toilets later. Either they dont have much of a staff or she wasnt a manager. Either way they need training.

Decent theatre, small with only about six screens, the lobby is done fairly high end.Seats are somewhat disappointing; they’re halfway between old fashioned and lazyboys, they are big and comfy, but the legs don’t go/stay up, so I found myself perched in an awkward position.Ultimately a goodbut not great Theatre.No refills on concessions. Coke thankfully. Clean bathrooms, well appointed.

Ive been coming to this theater since 2005, and its been remodeled and renamed several times since then and is now a great place to see your favorite film. This time I picked up a Blue Moon, some chicken strips and French fries. It was $20, but they were actually good. The French fries were too thin; I prefer steak fries over shoe string fries. The seat was great and the move was . . . OK. But that wasnt the theaters fault.

Good place, sound and image quality were great, there was plenty of space and the people working there were all very pleasant to deal with.The only thing that could be better was the chairs, they were comfortable but were not recliners.

This is a very clean and well maintained place. Admission price was reasonable the staff was very friendly and professional and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and no foul odor. Overall it was a great experience and Im comfortable going there again

Theater was very dark before and after the movie. No one directed me to the right theater. A few years ago, reclining seats were cool. Now they seem uncomfortable without a footrest. Projection and sound were very good.

This place is horrible and I’ll never go back to this location again. The Rico’s cheese they use for nachos is disgusting and I had to return it. The French fries were limp and soggy and I just threw those away. The seats in our theater room did not recline and they were squeaky. During the early portion of the movie I could hear the movie playing in the theater to my right and later towards the end of the movie I could hear the movie theater on the left. The walls must be really thin for me to hear the sound from both adjacent theater rooms and that totally ruined the quiet parts of the movie. I will not be returning to this theater. Ever.

You pick your seat in advance so you know the tall person in the hat isnt in front of you. Fair prices ($7.00 Tuesdays), Stadium seating, good selection of movies and food and beverages are available.

If you want to ho somewhere thats not crowded and nice this is the place

There was a lovely young lady there, I think her name was Rosa. She greeted me very politely and served me my food in a mannerable way, always smiling and being kind even when I was asking for a lot of things. The other employees were quite impatient and slung around my popcorn, not knowing it was my first time there. I even saw what looked to be a manager or an assistant manager on their phone instead of helping to answer my question. Overall I give it a four because of the young lady Rosa and the theatre had comfy seating to support my back and alright food and my favourite wine.

One of my favorite movie theaters. The chairs are very comfortable and clean. The food is very well priced and very tasty when you need an alternative from the usual popcorn and soda. Is conveniently located in the heart of Coconut Creek. On the premises is an outdoor mall with lots stores & boutiques for shopping. You could say this is the Coconut Creek Mall.

Enjoyed this theater for the most part. Food is decent. Able to get drinks if thats what you like. My girlfriend enjoyed the place. Get tickets early because they usually sellout quick.

We order the food and they all look lost and the counter and the kitchen. They gave me a buzzer so we went in to theater to watch Bad boys for life. after 20 mins we came out to ask for the food, they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about and told me to wait which I count because the movie was about to start. I came back after another 20 mins into the movie to ask for the food the employee Luis looked annoyed and gave me the food all cold mind you the buzzer # 27 never worked. When I asked for the missing hot dogs at this point I was upset I was missing the movie the kitchen lady and him started arguing and I told them I couldnt wait Luis decided to ignore and started taking care of another customer. So I left to continue watching the movie. After the movie I went to them to ask for the money back for the hot dogs the manager Devon Murphy and Luis were giving an attitude making inside jokes saying oh word your hot dogs right so where is your receipt I couldnt find it and the manager started mumbling stuff to Luis and they were laughing when they saw my face and told them I was going to make a review and call their Corp office they both said oh ok here is your money I can only give you cash even though he asked for credit card. I cant believe this cinema is being run by young disrespectful adults. I will not come back this Cinema is the worst.

Love this place for movies. Not a huge crowd like other places which is very nice for a change. The staff does an outstanding job of keeping the police clean. Youre not sitting or stepping on popcorn on your way to your seat. The sound quality of the theaters awesome also.

Cinepolis is small and has a homey feel to it. I bought my tickets, and reserved my seats online. When I walked in there was no wait in line, and got our food withing 10 minutes. I wish the seats reclined at this location, but they were comfy.

Anytime I go watch a movie here theres a ton of teens making screaming during movies and stomping down the stairs in the theater and running up and down the aisles. And it makes it impossible to pay attention to anything. The staff dont seem to care about kicking them out. Im not one to complain about loud people in the theater but the kids there seem to only care about making a big scene and ruining everyone elses time.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. We went to go see the new Dumbo movie a few weeks ago and were very disappointed. The theater was hot, there were bugs flying around everywhere, and there were rips in all the theater seats. The only reason I give them 2 stars is for the popcorn which was good. They really need to renovate!

This theater is horrible. It played Bad Boys and it had no sound and then when it started again jumped the movie ahead. It has insects that fly around in there. Just a horrible experience.

Saw Downton Abby on big screen (8) last night. Sound was not right (voice channels-low) and picture was out of ratio (tall skinny people & cars). Movie was enjoyable otherwise. Funny outdoor sign has: “DOWNTOWN ABB”

Went to see Joker in October 9 2019 in room #8 the air inside is heavy and smells like mold, the venue has the AC off during the day to save money probably. I will never come back here again

Clean & inviting.The staff is friendly and accommodating. The popcorn is the best tasting out of all the nearby competitions. Definitely recommend.

Been going to this theater since I was a kid! Took my kids and everything was great. No problems at all

This is the closest movie theater to me so I only make it here when its an unplanned movie night. I usually drive to a another movie theater because this theater is expensive and the seats while roomy are so uncomfortable, not reclining and some parts of the leather seats are ripped. I wish they had reward points system or maybe a refill discount instead of having to buy a whole other popcorn or drink. Its just not as nice as most theaters around.

Senior discounts are available. It is an excellent movie theatre. Reclining chairs. A vert nice restaurant. It is a beautiful place. Good free parking.

I was very disappointed with the overall atmosphere. The staff all seemed to be a bunch of teenagers who were there just to have fun. Our seats had popcorn left from another show and the floors looked like they werent properly cleaned. Amazingly we sat in the theater for a full 15mins with no ads or even some music to listen to.I cannot say I will be rushing back anytime soon.

The staff hardly ever ask about the rewards system and promote. You dont really know or remember about the rewards until you watch the previews. Hate to knock teens or younger staff but the gossiping while a guest is in line is far too often. I know more about their friends lives than I do about specials. Disappointing.

I’m sitting here sweating at a 1pm movie. I know they have redone this movie theatre multiple times, but I think it’s time again!

Definitely a great movie theater. Prices for tickets and concessions are noticeably higher than other theaters, but its always easy to find a nice seat and I managed to have a whole theater to myself on a slow day. Only complaint is they wont give me a refill if I order a drink, so I usually bring my own instead (they dont check very hard). Maybe just buy some candy instead. Still worth it to get the best movie theater seats in the local area.

Clean cinema, comfortable seats, friendly staff and great matinee price.

Sadly this theater has gotten worse lately. Usually the center sound is way to low or just plain broken. The 1st projector with for the commercials and ads is way to dim its annoying. The nom upgraded chairs are comfy(ish) but it seems like general maintenance is lacking to save money.

My goodness. I gave this place so many chances to redeem itself. Cinepolis is a poor second choice that I thought would actually turn itself around. I gave this place two years.Now, I am telling you to sidestep this pathetic excuse of a movie theater. The staff really try to work with what they have, but you cant roll a road apple in powdered sugar and call it a jelly doughnut. Avoid.

Nice luxury theatres with comfy seats. The luxury menu is quite expensive, but solid selection. I personally prefer the Jupiter, FL location thats closer to where I live, but this was still an experience cut from the same cloth.Even the Non-luxury seating is very nice. I have a bad back, and it didnt start bothering me until right before the credits rolled.

One star because the theater was empty, and it wasnt freezing. But it smelled. I could hear the construction on the roof, while the movie was playing. The screen was dirty. So while your trying to hear the movie, you hear the roof constrution, and you have to look at the dirt on the screen and hope its not the movie it self. ( NOPE NOT THE MOVIE BUT THE SCREEN, AND IN TWO PLACES) On top of all that, you smell this nasty aroma in the air. I was thankful that I did not buy popcorn. Left after one hour. Dont waste your money.

Yeah, I will not be going back to this theater, and I would recommend that you dont either! Not only were the seats not very comfortable, but apparently you also dont get a refill with a large popcorn and large drink. WHAT THE HECK?! HOW DO YOU EXPECT SOMEONE TO PAY AROUND $16 FOR BOTH, AND NOT GIVE THEM A DAMN REFILL?! I would NOT have dropped as much money as I did on a large popcorn and drink, had I known that I wouldnt be getting a refill on either. The thing that pisses me off the most about it, is that youre not even paying for the popcorn or the drink, youre paying for the cup or bucket! SO, ONCE AGAIN, WHY THE HELL DO YOU NOT GET AT LEAST ONE FREE REFILL?! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! The cup and bucket are also smaller than normal. And there were a bunch of kids who were being loud and obnoxious during the movie!

Local movie theater in Deerfield Beach that is usually not too crowded. I have been here many times lately due to using Moviepass. Best deal in concessions are the skinny fries. Pretty good portion size and taste. Ticket prices here are a little less than the Regal theaters in the area. These are the large comfortable seats but they do not recline like Regal.Parking is sometimes a little crazy around there since they have a gym in the same area as the theater.

This place could be a lot better. My biggest problems with it.1. Some of the seats are uncomfortable and worn out.2. Shoddy Cleaning. Sometimes I have to get my seat cleaned.3. If you use their website to buy tickets they gouge you over a dollar for each ticket.4. Food and drink way over priced. I guess it more profitable to serve 10% of the people that are willing to buy candy or food at 5x the cost. Most people sneak their own food and drink in. Hint: dollar store right next door.

So we came for the 7:40 show and 20 minutes later it finally came on I went and ask the clerk whats going on she stated We are just giving ppl time to come. Plus the leather seats are torn.. In town visiting and wanted to go to the movies, Ill never choose this facility again.

It is family friendly, clean plus alcohol is served.

Hubby and I had a good experience here. It’s nothing spectacular, just a plain movie theater, no frills. Standard food options (note: pizza wasn’t that great.)My biggest disappointment was that there was NO refills on any of the sodas. I ordered the largest possible size and still no free refills. Most theaters will have that option available if you have either a special refillable cup or the largest size. The good thing about this place: The seats are very comfortable and there’s hardly any people here. I would only come back if I really wanted to see a movie and everywhere else was sold out. This isn’t your Date Night kind of a place. It’s not terrible but just very standard.

The theater had a very strong smell of mold and there were several large months flying around which was distracting during the movie. This is a very old theater and needs to be cleaned/renovated. Its cheap so you get what you pay for.

Went there to watch Venom and had the worse experience so far in my life.There was six people constantly checking their phones and the lights were very annoying. There was also 2 groups talking like they were in their own living room.It took all my self control not to start a fight right there.

Its a good local place to go see a movie, the staff is nice and usually helpful. Though the place is a bit plain in its lobby but nothing i would say is condemning.

Close by and easy. Decent staff and newer theaters. Pay attention. We have been sent to the wrong theater and seen the end of the movie we intended to see a few times.

Its a nice standard movie theater. Nice leather seats. Dont expect anything extra ordinary but its nice for catching a casual movie. In the area is probably the cheapest movie theater. They also serve alcohol.

Serve beer which helps. Audio visual fine but angle to screen from seat was acute. Caused neck pain...

A five star movie theather but they should give 3d glasses

The seats were ripped and torn and the cleaning crew did not do their job. There was popcorn and candy wrappers on the floor. Conditions in the theater were deplorable. We called for the manager when our feet were sticking to the floor, and were given a choice of either free popcorn or a movie pass. A cleaning crew was immediately called in and did a pretty decent job of cleaning up.

Always great and the rewards program is also great. Great employees and the seats are very comfortable.

Nice cozy little theatre but with 35 minutes to go in Black Panther the screen goes black and we were told the theatre has to close. No manager approached to customers. No replacement tickets. Wow! Where does that happen?

This is a great movie theater were I go to see all the new releases. The people who leave a negative review must be employees for a local competitor. Keep up the good work and o ya the manager is a little slow. Shes funny.

Since I lived here this theater has gone through about 10 different owners. Out of all of them Cinépolis has to be the best so far. Their ticket prices are very reasonable. During the weekdays they show other movies for kids. The price for popcorn and refreshments are lower than other theaters. The seats are all reserve seating and they are all really comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Its ok but need remodelation.

They use the same deodorant spray in the actual theater as the one they use in the restrooms. Its a distinct smell that anyone who has used public restrooms will recognize immediately. And it was strong af. So basically it smelled like i was sitting in the mens room when i sat down to watch the movie. Maybe some people appreciate that fragrance, i dont know. For me its a check in the negatives column.
