Our experience with Jonathan at Worthmore Jewelers in Decatur was fantastic! From the initial email all the way until picking up my custom wedding band Jonathan and the whole team at Worthmore were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I brought in a family heirloom to be transformed into a modern but classic wedding band. Jonathans help in choosing a design resulted in a perfect match for my engagement ring. Handling my antique family heirloom was done with respect and care and they were upfront through the entire process about the cost and expected timeline. I hate that I have to wait until June to wear my gorgeous wedding band and I am excited to come back for more custom creations with Jonathan and the Worthmore team!

We really took our time deciding on a ring for my husband and have made several visits to Worthmore over the last couple of years. We were always warmly welcomed back by the staff with every visit. Jonathan makes every visit a no pressure experience - he and the entire staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I cant recommend anyone better if youre looking for a local jeweler. They have a beautifully unique selection and stellar customer service.

Worthmore is a great store. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. The service is personal and they have an impressive selection of jewelry that’s frequently refreshed with the best from artists across the country. They’re timely and transparent with repairs. The whole store is friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve also made great accommodations for safety during the pandemic.Special shout out to Jonathan Paz. He’s made some great accommodations for me over the years and is a phenomenal communicator. I don’t enjoy spending a ton of time shopping and Jonathan does a great job of listening to what I’m looking for by text or phone and having a great selection picked out for me when I arrive. On top of that all, he’s a great human being!I recommend them (and him) highly and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I came to Worthmore to get my engagement ring appraised and ended up buying my wedding band from them as well. Jonathan helped walk me through the appraisal process as well as helped pick a band that would accompany my custom ring. Both look AMAZING. He even went the extra mile to ensure the band would arrive in time for our wedding date! I am so happy with the band and with the customer service I received. Will definitely be going back for any of my jewelry needs.

I had shopped at Worthmore before for a birthday gift and knew that I wanted to revisit them when the time came for an engagement ring. I was not disappointed! They offered me honest feedback on a diamond from a third party and made wonderful suggestions to create the most fitting and unique ring for my person with constant communication including photos and video. I would recommend Worthmore Jewelers to anyone in the Atlanta/Decatur area! The store has a very welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere with gorgeous art on the walls, and you can tell that everyone who works there is passionate about jewelry. My partner and I worked with Jonathan, who was THE BEST!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our many (many!) questions as we created two custom engagement rings. We came into the store intimidated by the ring-buying process, but Jonathan went above and beyond to make it a fun and memorable experience and was willing to work with us to make our rings perfect. We LOVE how they turned out!

This place is AWESOME!!You can tell that they really care about you and your experience. I was getting engaged and needed a ring and Laura Foster helped me every step of the way. Reasonable prices meets great and engaging service. My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands here. We purchased hers new, and had my grandfathers ring re-sized. We worked with Laura, who was engaging, transparent, and upfront about capabilities and price. She was clearly passionate about her craft, and made this as least stressful for us as possible in a difficult year to plan a wedding.

My partner and I visited Worthmore Jewelers to request custom wedding rings early 2020. Neither of us had much experience with rings but I had a large Pinterest board dedicated to planning our wedding; every jewelers dream client, right? Laura (Foster) was there for us from the beginning with so much patience and knowledge to help us design our rings. With unrivaled patience and kindness, over multiple visits, Laura sorted through our pictures and used rings on hand to parse out important design elements as well as educate us on the creation of our rings. During the pandemic early stages, she maintained contact with us to keep us informed, and stayed in touch following the proposal. I cannot recommend Worthmore and Laura enough. Our hope was to find rings that reflected our taste, our relationship, and that we could share for a lifetime. Laura satisfied that goal and, in doing so, became a part of our relationship in a way. She has a place in our story now. I could not imagine going anywhere else for our jewelry needs.

Worthmore Jewelers Decatur is an amazing establishment. For folks like us who know very little about jewelry, Laura our representative helped us pick out our wedding bands with such ease. They have options for all budgets and will help you navigate to the best choice with this in mind. Worthmore genuinely cares about their customers. Highly highly recommend!!

Amazing Service and Original DesignsI have had many very good experiences now at Worthmore Jewelers in Decatur.For my 11th wedding anniversary, Michael Logan assisted me with having a moissanite stone set in a gorgeous solitaire ring. I wear it every day.Also, Laura Foster helped me extensively when my mother gave me several of her vintage jewelry pieces. I ended up having several of the rings sized to fit me. In addition, Worthmore rebuilt the prongs on a much-worn diamond wedding band, which is probably 80-90 years old. Laura and I collaborated on two simple but unique designs. We created a pendant that combined my late fathers wedding band with a compass charm he had given me (see photo). Also, she helped me come up with the idea for arranging my collection of 7 loose pearls into a wire pendant (see photo). The half-circle geometry of this piece is so whimsical and modern. I absoutely love it. Worthmore sourced the wire and drilled the beads, but I actually got to put it together myself, using some tiny pliers, a little epoxy, and Lauras excellent advice and encouragement.Im pleased with everything I have purchased, and the prices are reasonable for such good quality and service. I feel that the staff is very comfortable helping me find inexpensive ways to adapt my older jewelry and the stock of new jewelry is absolutely stunning. My only warning would be to wear really supportive shoes, because the people are so nice you wont want to leave.

I cant say enough great things about this place. We went last year to look at wedding bands for my now husband and Laura was a huge help as we were clueless! She was so sweet and always remembers us when we visit. My husband recently lost that ring and we filed an insurance claim to replace it, Michael helped with the claim and Jonathan assisted us once we arrived. The whole replacement process was seamless, they made it so easy and Jonathan was so helpful along the way. While we were there, they offered to clean my rings and earrings. Come to find out, my great aunts earrings Id been wearing, were real diamonds! After talking with Harris, I am planning to go back in the coming weeks to have them made into screw backs now that I know what theyre worth! I later found out, he is the owner of both stores which isnt surprising given his and all his employees excellent customer service. Jewelry stores always intimidate me but not this one, they are always helpful, warm and friendly. No reason to go anywhere else!

This jewelry store has been the best thing I never knew about until 2 years ago. Everbody is really nice and they are doing an amazing job during the pandemic. Jonathan has been so helpful and responsive. Best way to cure my Covid stress! Thanks!

Amazing service! I highly recommend Worthmore Jewelers and specifically Jonathan!We recently moved to the area, and I needed a ring repaired; Jonathan was extremely helpful in explaining the options, and was never pushy. Weve since returned for several other repairs and purchases, and Worthmore has now become the jeweler our family will keep returning to.Jonathan always goes above and beyond to be helpful, even texting to let me know when things are ready. Worthmore did a great job reworking my wedding band for my 10th anniversary. My original band sat up too high, it wasn’t well made, and it had loose diamonds. I worked with Olya and got exactly what I wanted. My diamonds were reset in a new band and we added an extra one for 10 years. Olya would touch base with me often to keep me up to date on the process. It felt like talking to a friend. It was a very personal process. I would definitely use Worthmore again.

This place is incredible! Dan and Laura orchestrated an engagement between my fiancee and I where she proposed to me with a custom engraved Hamilton automatic watch just before I was going to propose with a custom ring. We couldnt be happier and wouldnt go anywhere else. You feel like the most important person theyve met every time you go in!

We bought our wedding rings here in 2019 and I have since had to come back to get it resized. With both experiences they were extremely helpful and friendly and got my engagement ringing sparkling like new! Jonathan and Christina are the best and this is definitely the place to go for quality service and jewelry!

If youre shopping for wedding rings in Atlanta - ESPECIALLY if youre LGBTQ - make this your first stop; you wont want to shop around anywhere else.Our sales guy Dan was courteous, professional and friendly from the second we walked in the door. I had a limited budget and a pretty good idea of what I wanted already (but without much knowledge of the ring/jewelry industry), and Dan never once made me feel pressured to buy anything, though he did make me aware of all my options with no coercion whatsoever. As someone who has trouble saying no thanks, thats a huge plus for me.My partner and I were able to pick out the perfect pair of wedding rings which arrived just less than a week after we placed the order. Dan made the process seamless and really went out of his way to make us feel like people, not customers.Im not much of a jewelry person, but if I ever need anything else, Im coming right back here. To anyone looking for rings, give Worthmore a call and ask for Dan.

Going to Worthmore was my first experience with fine jewelry, and Im so glad I chose a local expert to entrust with a family heirloom. My girlfriend and I took her grandmothers very small and very thin engagement ring to have it enlarged 3 sizes. Dan was so patient and fun to talk to as he explained the basics to us (even showing me my diamond under a microscope to explain the cut), and I felt like he had our best interests at heart when it came to both style and pricing. The ring looks incredible and fits me beautifully, which I attribute both to Dans expertise and to their jeweler who performed the work here in Atlanta. Every time I enter their store in Decatur I feel like the personnel know me and am immediately at ease. I will continue to return to Worthmore for anything related to jewelry or watches, and I cant recommend them enough!

This is such a nice establishment! Ive never purchase anything from here, just battery replacement. But still very friendly and helpful!

I have been coming to Worthmore for all my important jewelry gifts ( including the ones to myself!) for nearly 10 years. I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere locally. Their selection continues to be updated, featuring interesting local and distant artists, offering a range of prices and the staff are expert. I have especially loved my personalized care, attention and rapport with Laura who is a gifted artist herself. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but Laura is the bomb and folks should know she’s truly one of their gems behind the counter.

I bought an engagement ring at Worthmore and could not be happier. Olya helped me find the perfect ring and was great at walking me through the process and educating me along the way. Definitely the best in Atlanta!

Had an internet purchased ring resized here and added an engraving. Professionals work here, and they are experts at their chosen career.Id bought a ring comically larger than her finger size (6.5 vs 5.25) with an accidently minuscule engraving. The stone was gorgeous but the stage can make or break a show. These guys tailored things to a degree of awesome beyond my expectations.I wasnt going to write a review seeing as how they had enough 5 star head nods, but 4 months later shes still receiving compliments from strangers on the beauty of the ensemble and now I feel as though Ive underpaid them.I want to fix that by writing something telling anyone who needs a resizing (or a ring altogether) these folks dont screw around.

Dan in Decatur did an awesome job designing and creating a unique, carved pendant with my family’s crest. Dan took the time needed for multiple meetings and had excellent ideas on how to change my family piece (a ring that was rarely worn) to a beautiful necklace that I can enjoy regularly. Excellent carving and designing- a very enjoyable experience all around. I highly recommend Worthmore’s!

Laura F at Worthmore is the best! She helped me pick wedding bands and also helped redesign my engagement ring! She had so much patience with me and was extremely detail-oriented! What a pleasure to work with her! The rings turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

My girlfriend and I went to Worthmore on the recommendation of a friend, and holy moly did we make the right decision. We worked with Jonathan, who patiently listened to us as we decided what we wanted, and worked with our vision to make it a reality and they are the most beautiful rings. Custom design, complimenting diamond size, inlaid birthstones, absolutely gorgeous. We have been beyond thrilled with Jonathan, and Worthmore in general. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to propose. We purchased our wedding bands from Worthmore when we got married. Several years later, when we needed to replace a lost wedding band, we returned to Worthmore, and have been just as pleased. Worthmore Jewelers is awesome. An opal fell out of my wife’s engagement ring. Luckily we found it and they were able to put it back looking good as new. Excelllent prices and fast, friendly service. Jonathan Paz was super helpful and knowledgeable, explaining how they would reattach the stone and showed me the ring under the microscope. Everyone there was very friendly but very professional. You can tell they care about what they do and care about their clients. I’ll definitely be back to buy something. Great selection of opal jewelry and a few watches caught my eye too!Also, they took all precautions regarding the pandemic. Masks and hand sanitizer etc.Support local and check them out!

These folks really care about meeting your needs as a person and and making your experience the best possible, rather than just trying to sell you thing. My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands here, making several visits before even committing to a purchase. Christina and Dan were both incredibly helpful and spend plenty of time with us while we tried on almost every band in the store and asked lots of questions about modifications. Christina helped me find the perfect band that fit with my pear-shaped ring shape. Both of our rings are beautiful, and we cant wait to wear these for many years to come!

Not one to leave negative reviews but felt it was necessary to warn off others. Sorry to say they ruined my great grandparents 90 year old gold wedding bands by dipping them in rhodium because “someone made a mistake.” Took so many trips back some consisting of them “fixing it” and telling us they took the rhodium off when we found out later that did not actually happen after two weeks of wear when the rings turned silver. No refund when we tried to get our money back to take them to someone capable. Really devastating they ruined such a cherished heirloom. Do not trust them with your own.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at Worthmore when I went to select an engagement ring for my (now ) fiancee. Their selection of diamonds and rings is amazingly varied and beautiful. It was a bit overwhelming at first! Olya Dupuis was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to educate me on diamonds, metals, settings, and design. She was patient with me and encouraging of me in selecting this very important ring. She did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. Olya stayed in contact with me and gave me updates about the design process along the way, and also kept the ring safe at Worthmore until it was time for the proposal! Olya (and the rest of the staff) made me feel that they were truly and genuinely happy for us. The ring is absolutely perfect. Most importantly, she said YES!

Outstanding shop!! I just moved to the area and I needed a link or two added to my Fortis watch. I found Worthmore (the only shop open on Sunday) and went over ASAP. I was kindly greeted multiple times and Dan immediately came to assist me. I was expecting to pay $15 to have a link thrown in but Dan offered a quick alternative adjustment that worked perfectly! They didn’t charge me and sent me on my way. I will have all my watch work done at this shop! Thank you Dan!! Oh and they were VERY clean and COVID compliant as well.

I worked with Jonathan Paz and through several collaborative consultations where Jonathan was able to interpret my vision into design, Worthmore Jewelers and their associates have created for me a ring that embodies the spirit of loved ones who have past and captures the hope I feel for the future. I love Worthmore. Went in recently with a laundry list of repairs and questions and Dan could not have been more helpful. He repaired and shortened a bracelet and then whipped up a pair of earrings from the leftover links. I know my repairs are in good hands. The entire staff is personable and knowledgable. Dan enhanced my already great experience with stories you cant believe are true! Entertainment + Jewelry = Delight.

We’ve been here several times now for servicing and purchasing jewelry. Their associates are extremely knowledgeable, Jonathan always takes time to thoroughly explain how to care for our items. I bought my wifes engagement ring from the Amsterdam Ave. location in 2006. Olya took care of me there and helped me pick out a fantastic ring that my wife loves. We moved away from Atlanta in 2008, shortly before the Decatur location opened. I recently contacted Olya for help with an anniversary gift. Not only did she remember me, but within 24 hours she sent me photos of several different gift ideas. I picked one out, and it arrived at our house within a few days. Needless to say, it was another hit! I love this place because even a guy like me who knows nothing about jewelry is made to feel right at home. Olya takes great pride in making every gift a special one and really goes out of her way to provide outstanding service. I highly recommend Worthmore!

YOU NEED THIS PLACE! They are absolutely the best you will find!! We drove from Birmingham to work with Dan in Decatur and could not have been happier.They helped us create exactly what we wanted and ended up with 2 beautiful rings (and stayed in our price range!). I am convinced there is no one more knowledgeable, friendly, or supportive. Whatever you are looking for or trying to create, they can do it! At Worthmore, you walk in the door a stranger and leave feeling like family. They will take care of you and you will be a customer for life!

I brought my 98 year old mom’s ankle bracelet in to Worthmore to have the clasp replaced. Told them who it was for (because 98 years old!) and they said “and of course she wears an ankle bracelet!”... super nice guys. I tried to pay, but they wouldn’t have it... it was a simple repair and an inexpensive clasp, but it means so much to her, and to me. Thanks to Dan and Jonathan for being such cool guys. Mom is very happy! You made me look good.

I highly recommend Worthmore! I worked with Laura Foster at the Decatur location to design an engagement ring for my fiancée. She wanted a ring with white diamonds and black diamonds (or another dark stone), platinum, art deco styling, and an eternity-style, thin band. Laura was absolutely amazing to work with. After some extensive research on her part that black diamonds in the baguette cut and size I was looking for werent available or compatible with the budget I wanted to stay within, she and her colleague suggested black sapphires which worked perfectly. Laura was so responsive and reliable with communication, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and the ring was completed well before my requested deadline. The quality and design are gorgeous, it was exactly what I was hoping for, and my fiancée loves it.

Im so happy we chose to check out the wedding ring selection at Worthmore before going to any of the big franchise jewelry stores. I was worried about staying close to our budget of $900 for wedding rings for my husband and myself. We got married in May and first visited the Decatur Square location just before Valentines Day, hoping there would be some seasonal deals. We were helped by Laura Foster, who was super sweet and helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. We let her know our budget and that we each wanted to pick a ring and have them engraved with each others name and our wedding date. She helped my now husband pick out a very sleek modern cobalt ring that he liked, and was able to help me get a diamond inlaid ring with miligrain detail to match my engagement ring. She even made sure the diamonds in my custom ring would line up with those of my engagement ring. She really took her time to be sure we got what we wanted and we spent $1100 in total for the two rings, engraving, and custom design of my wedding band. I know jewelry shopping can sometimes feel stressful when franchise stores make you feel rushed or are trying to upsell you, well we avoided all that with Worthmores and we got the rings we wanted and were able to keep our wedding costs down! Check this out first, youll be surprised what you can find!

I recently had a ring reworked here as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I was trying to recreate a ring she’d lost years back. They added diamonds and replaced a 15 carat amethyst center stone to a piece I’d purchased elsewhere. Michael Logan helped me out with it and kept me informed of cost and timeframe and worked to make sure it was done in time to be shipped off for the birthday. His input was helpful, his suggestions were spot on. My daughter declared the ring stunning and said she nearly cried when she opened it. I couldn’t have asked for better!

I went to Worthmore to ask for help designing a new custom ring from three rings I had inherited. I never wore them and hated their style, so I was not optimistic it would work. Olya was INCREDIBLE to work with and “got it” immediately. She helped me create something that was exactly what I was envisioning—a gorgeous, vintage-inspired emerald ring that I wear every day. She was so encouraging, straightforward, and helped me make this vision come to life. She was also very reasonable to help me find something that worked for my budget, which was invaluable. The final product is stunning and exactly what I wanted! I can’t put into words how special it is to look at my new ring and feel acceptance of my past, but carrying that hope toward the future. That’s a lot for a little piece of jewelry to do, but it does!

My husband and I worked with Laura at Worthmore Jewelers in Decatur for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I knew I wanted to work with a local jeweler and the entire experience was fantastic. We sat down the first time we stopped by and Laura mocked up my dream ring and sold it to my husband at a great price. For bands I wanted something a bit more unique. While perusing their selection, I cam across an interesting band with baguettes in the same setting as my east west emerald cut diamond. I asked for a few modifications and Laura worked with the designer to get the ring made for a great price. My husband wanted something simple, well made and affordable for his. My fiance (!!) and I visited Worthmore Jewelers this summer to check out engagement rings and get an idea of what styles I liked. Prior to booking the appointment, I was worried the experience might be a bit stuffy and stressful, much like shopping for a new car. Walking into the Worthmore in downtown Decatur, however, we were immediately greeted by friendly employees who made us feel at ease. The level of customer service at Worthmore is unparalleled, and our salesperson Jonathon made the entire experience relaxing and fun. He was very knowledgeable, endlessly patient while I debated and tried on different styles, and he helped me to pick out all the design elements I liked so he and my fiance could combine them later into a beautiful custom ring. I came into Worthmore with little time on my lunch break to look into a ring for my long time girlfriend and although I wasn’t purchasing anything at the moment Dan showed me what would work for the budget I have and gave me a lot of great information. He was never pushy or seemed like he was forcing me into buying anything. The store Was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. even the guard there made me feel safe and welcome. I would highly recommend Worthmore to Any and everyone who needs jewelry. What an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I had a pleasant experience at Worthmore last weekend or two ago.I stopped by for a replacement watch battery -- and on the off hunch, brought by one of my daughters necklaces to see if it could be repaired. Those things are hard to repair as much of kids stuff is pretty cheap, but the jeweler at Worthmore persevered, even though the darned thing was quite tiny.I offered to pay for the repair, but the man declined. They just thanked me for keeping my business local. I appreciated that, and thought it worth a review here. :)

The time and attention we received at Worthmore Jewelers was unexpected but made our hearts SO full. We spent on two rings about half as what many would spend on one engagement ring - but it didn’t matter! Jonathan made sure our experience was out of this world every time we walked in the door, and he was great following up via phone call, but never ever overbearing! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Worthmore. I’ve gone in a few times for repairs since moving to Decatur and every time they’ve been incredibly kind, so helpful, and just fun to be around. This week I stopped by because I managed to get a knot in a delicate chain that I was making zero progress on. I walked into this store with a bag of loose stones, and Olya helped me design a wonderfully unique (and absolutely perfect) necklace. I had no vision or idea of what I wanted and she helped me through the whole design process and kept me updated as it went to casting and setting. I first came to Worthmore to accompany my older brother when he had his and his fiancees wedding bands made. Both of them were custom work and very beautiful-- even including gems and metal from other pieces of jewelry. Jonathan really helped them make something unique.As for myself, I thought my future SILs ring was so beautiful, that I decided to have my and my fiancees rings made there as well. Olya worked with us and was very attentive with lots of good guidance and suggestions. Good response time and was very patient with every request made.I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns, which is often troublesome with business relationships like these. However, it was no problem with Olya or anyone else-- which was a welcome relief! Im very happy with my future wifes ring as well as my own. Looking forward to continuing the relationship for any maintenance or other custom pieces.

I went in with a few pieces Id been putting off fixing as well as my moms watch. We didnt have a trusted jeweler, so I took a shot at Worthmores because theyre close by. So glad I did! Dan was a great help and really earned my business. He cleaned my rings, rounded out one that was bent, helped with a few other things and charged me only for a couple jump rings and a new polishing rag. We also brain stormed how to customize some stones I have into new pieces. Ill definitely go back for anything I need in the future.

Never have I experienced better service than at Worthmore! On recommendation from my hairstylist, who also got her ring create at this location, I have come to find Jonathan to be an artist in making a design/idea come to life. My now fiancé and I went in originally to design a ring together that would symbolize our relationship and something I could wear for the rest of my life. As cheesy as that sounds, we definitely went in with no real expectations. Happily surprised that our desires and wishes came through. With his creative eye and with my soon to be mother-in-law’s helpful opinions, we were able to create something I have never seen before and that I think is perfect for me!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a custom ring or needs help find a perfect ring for that person you love. The staff and environment is very relaxing and no one will pressure you to do something or buy something you don’t feel good about. They want to make sure you get what you want.

I have been to Worthmore several times to browse, get jewelry repaired or jewelry cleaned.They are always welcoming in addition to their beautiful jewelry.I do need to especially brag on Olga! I went in last Saturday to check into what I needed to do for my diamond stud earrings. I have not been able to wear my left stud earring for two months because every time I put it in, it would hurt and get infected. I thought I might need a new post —at least on that earring. Olga took the time to explain she didn’t think it was the post. She told me to let her clean it very well. I even went back that day with a different backing do she could clean them again!I want you to know that my earring (both of them) are in with no pain or infection. It must have been something on the post that Olga patiently & kindly removed through the cleaning.Thank you Olga for your patience, knowledge and sweetness!

My wedding band (previously my grandfather’s) needed to be re-sized but had a complicated pattern and I was nervous about finding someone who does good work since my previous jeweler retired. Jonathan at the Decatur store was great at helping me and very attentive to my concerns. Their jeweler followed up less than 48 hours later with a quote and the work was completed in less than two weeks, much exceeding my expectations, all at a fair price. Would highly recommend Jonathan and the entire Worthmore team when you’re in need of a jeweler for serious maintenance or repair.

I brought an old diamond ring to Don and Laura Foster at Worthmore to inquire about resetting the stones. I wanted something more modern that I would love and wear all the time. I went home with the ring as the first estimate was more than I had anticipated but, I still wanted something I would enjoy wearing. I went back to the store weeks later and explained to them that the price was just more than I could afford. Don and Laura put their heads together and found an affordable option that turned out beyond my expectations! This ring is something that I will love looking at every time I wear it

I have never written a review before but my experience at Worthmore was so amazing. I want to acknowledge Jonathan‘s work. I have not taken this necklace off since I picked it up. I emailed Jonathan about it and he was so quick to respond and provide me a design of exactly I wanted. He also gave input to perfect my design and it turned out even better then I expected. The necklace was also finished about a month earlier then I expected. I’m already planning my next piece and can’t wait to work with Jonathan to create it. I cant say enough good things about Worthmore. Ive been in a couple of times to have jewelry repaired. This past weekend, Jonathan helped me. He fixed three silver chains while I waited and at no charge! I was stunned. Any time Ive been in, the customer service has been top notch, and the jewelry is unique and beautiful.

This place is just so awesome. We worked with Jonathan to design a custom engagement ring and the entire process was a breeze. We were able to design the ring in the shop and make a few modifications over email. The production was pretty fast as well! And most importantly, the final product was gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Worthmore to anyone wanting to design a custom piece.

These guys are exceptional! The friendliest, expert and dare I say funnest service I have ever received. I went in to the Decatur location to ask some questions about some pieces I have as well as get them cleaned, three hours later i walked out feeling like I had made some new friends! (Note: my service did not take 3 hours, they were very speedy, I just stayed that long chatting). Laura and Dan even fought over who was going to be able to help me untangle my necklace. Dan won out and expertly got out the knots! I couldn’t recommend them more. Great service, friendly crew, beautiful jewelry options.

This is a fantastic company to work with! I came in with a daunting task of resetting a 9-diamond platinum engagement ring, and had it reset in a gold band. The catch was it was a band from the 1950’s (grandmothers ring, so the design was very intricate and vintage), and I asked them to have it ready in 6 weeks... Olya (supported by Jonathan) delivered, and I received the ring before my planned proposal! It was unbelievably beautiful, and my now fiancé and I will be returning for wedding bands! 10/10
